The service tech came to my house and did a very thorough job of cleaning my air conditioner unit. Very happy with this company will definitely use them again.

Each time I hire their skills and experience they show up timely and do what they're good at. Skilled pros are never cheap, but RL prices are always more than reasonable and never make me think I should have called the competition.

They did a great job installing HVAC in the parsonage for the church. First rate! Very accommodating. Cleaned everything up and made sure everything worked properly!

This is the worst company to come have your stuff fixed by their receptionist is so rude and likes to call the customers names in the meantime I'll be sitting here with a child with no AC for I don't know how many days let's see how code enforcement likes this

Very positive experience with Rick Leonard Heating, AC, et al. Old Singer a/c finally bit the dust, and I was provided with multiple options for repair/replacement. Ultimately decided for full replacement of a/c-heating system. The installation guys were great, very patient with me and my questions and most helpful. Installation went well and things are running smoothly. Most importantly, I have a/c! Major kudos to the guys and staff for their assistance and professionalism throughout!

I did call u back Rick Leonard never call me back I gave u guys a call back twice never heard from you guy to resolve issue the issue was they dropped a wax ring down the toilet drain when putting the ring back on cause the toilet and everything else to back up in the house I’m need some of my money back are we going have too see each other in small claim this is the only way I’m hearing back from y’all in the internet I talked to a lady last Monday who said she would call me back never heard from y’all had to get another plumber out to fix what Rick Leonard mess up

Christmas miracle! Our heat went out 12/23 and Rick’s HVAC was able to work us in to get the heat back on before the holiday weekend. Deeply grateful for Rick’s HVAC. Many parts of the house have been worked on by Rick’s HVAC and each service visit was a successful repair or upgrade. Highly recommended!

Review 2.0 One year after the water heater:
1/24/2024: Pipes froze up about a week ago, but didn't seem to break. A few days ago, I checked the crawlspace and found three small puddles and could see a drip coming off an elbow on the waste line from a vanity, over one of the puddles. No obvious signs of a break in the fresh water or waste water lines could be seen from the crawlspace entry. I wanted a pro to come check to be sure there weren't any breaks in the line. These guys got out the next day and stayed in contact with updates on when to expect service. Donnie arrived and checked the lines, finding no leaks. Assumption is condensation from the thawing lines may have been the source for the puddles. Donnie said if a leak does present itself that he may have missed, they'd return to repair it for the cost of the time and material without a service call charge. Can't ask for more than that. Very happy to have a professional, responsive and responsible company we can depend on.

Used the business to repair a hot water heater and gas leak. We found a leak on the hot water outlet line from the water heater and smelled gas as well. Turned off the gas and made a hasty and not terribly successful repair to the leaking line. I called them to see about getting a new water heater as it was over ten years old. Because of the demand for plumbing repairs, we had to wait a couple of days, but they stayed in touch daily with updates. When Scott and his helper/apprentice Donnie arrived, they quickly found the gas leak and determined we didn't really need a new water heater just yet. Scott and Donnie cut out the DIY outlet line I tried to put in and replaced it with the right connections that didn't leak anymore. While the repairs weren't in the inexpensive category, the cost was fair. If age has taught me anything, it's that if you tried to fix it and couldn't, it's time to get the pros out. I would certainly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I have used their services for the past decade. They have done wonderful jobs in maintaining an old HVAC system and then replacing with with a new one, putting in clean outs and keeping my pipes flowing and helping to put in a new gas water heater. I will always choose them as they give prompt service at reasonable prices.

The entire process of purchasing and installation of my heating and cooling system was quick and hassle free for me. The installers were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of what needed to install my unit. Great job!!

I have used this business for many different jobs in my house. They care about their customers and do good quality work! I would definitely use them again!!!

They missed my appointment twice. I asked them to call before coming. After the first time they missed the appointment I verified my phone number but they had it wrong I gave them the new number and two more phone calls later they still had it wrong.

They eventually showed up but I won't use them after the hvac evaluation. This shouldn't be this hard.

Called after hours during a heat wave with broken down air-conditioning. Got a REAL person! They were very busy but found time the next morning to get repair folks to my home. AC was repaired quickly with knowledgeable, professional repair tech. He must have been Santa because it felt like Christmas when the air-conditioning came on! These are awesome folks who really understand customer service!

Rick Leonard Heating & Air Conditioning truly exhibited the golden rule and went above and beyond to serve their customer from those in the office to those who did the installation. They were professional, personable and answered all questions that we had concerning the new furnace/ac installation. They were true to their word, if we were told that they would be at the house at a certain time, they were there at that time. Phone calls were returned promptly. They truly made us feel as if we were important and not just another number (job). It was truly a pleasure to do business with them.

We can usually get someone out the same day, and they're always very nice and professional! They are our go-to when we're having AC or heat problems.

Besides heating/cooling, they do excellent work in straight up carpentry, plumbing, and electricity. They have enough staff that if a job looks like it might take awhile, they can bring in reinforcements to get you back on line.
