Rapid Renovations - Sikeston, MO

Many many thanks to Daniel, Troy and the rest of the team over at Rapid Renovations. They did an AMAZING job on helping us get a house ready for sale. We had a rather long list of projects to include changing out some windows and some fairly extensive ceiling repair. The quality of work is impeccable and the price was more than fair for the work completed. They are also quite easy to communicate with. They respond quickly and even supplied us with before and after photos. I would, without hesitation, recommend Rapid Renovations!!

My daughter’s bedroom ceiling fell in after the tornado. Daniel and Troy did an excellent job completely renovating our two affected bedrooms. We totally replaced everything from drywall, flooring, and insulation and it looks even better than before! They do a great job and are so nice! Would definitely have them come do more work for me. I’ve included before and after photos.

Taking a chance on Rapid and allowing them to do work on my home was the best decision I could have ever made. They were actually really proffesional and gave me peace of mind at every step of the process. I would highly recommend and I will most definitely be contacting them again. Southeast Missouri has been in need of a profesional, reliable contractor for some time and these guys have definitely hit it on the spot. They are very detailed and professional in their estimates, explanations, and overall process. I absolutely loved their quality of work and definitely recommend them to anyone needing any construction related services. I can definitely see that they are passionate with what they do and devote a lot of time to providing the best quality service.

I've never seen a better service to the community and customer. Not only did they come to my house the same day I called, but they gave us a estimate on the spot. Usually renovation or construction takes no less than a few weeks to estimate then start, but when theu say rapid repairs they mean it. Two days after the estimate they came out, ripped the whole brick stairs out, cleaned, sand, rebuild them with wood and power washed the whole back porch. All this done in one day because they refused to leave it half done. All for a very affordable price!

I couldn't recommend this enough to anyone needing their property renovated. I will continue to use them until everything is fixed.

If you ever think of getting something fixed or renovation in your home, call them first because you won't be disappointed.

Rapid Innovations LLC did foundation work on my home. They got it done in a day and it is very professionally done. I would recommend them for any work you are needing.

Rapid Renovations was an excellent company to work with for our much needed upgrades and repairs in our home. They did a great job on the siding on the back of our home which was heat damaged and missing sections. They put new flooring in over our bathroom tile that had been cracking and breaking over the years and desperately needed an upgrade along with fixing plumbing and other issues that was left from a previous contractor. Daniel and Troy were knowledgeable, hardworking, efficient, and very professional. I will definitely go to them for future work and recommend others to give them a try. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
