Great price for a top-class residential kitchen! I kept throwing in upgrades then asked him for an unreasonably fast completion time from teardown to cleanup and he pulled it off. After working with Richard, I'll always use a general contractor. He knows the best cabinet makers, granite companies, plumbers, and can coordinate with them for great prices and teamwork like clockwork. It's nice to communicate through one person who IS a builder who knows every aspect of the job, and can ensure subcontractors will show again post-completion for any adjustments. His chosen team's popularity during a building and home improvement surge (pandemic) made for a wait to commence, but it's worth the wait... he sticks to the promised timeline once you start and his recommendations for layout actually cut my cooking prep time and improved storage.
