Will Stolting and his team did an excellent job when our septic pump died and flooded our home. Recommend them and would definitely use them again. Just hope we won’t need to.

RestorTech handled the water mitigation clean up for a sewage loss in our basement in April 2023. Timely professional service....

My water heater broke and water had gone into my basement floor and closets for days before I noticed. Restotech removed the standing water, cleaned and dried the basement, and checked for any growth of mold. They took care of the issue professionally and in a timely manner. Awesome management and staff. I will definitely recommend them to my own clients and friends.

We had a leak in our basement due to a burst pipe. RestorTech was extremely responsive and at our house the same day to dry out the area and mitigate any potential mold or further damage from occurring.

We had a second instance of water in the basement due to sump pump failure. Again, RestorTech crew was prompt in clearing the damaged area. Also, Daniel Ramsey was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process of dealing with the insurance company.

I would highly recommend this company. I haven't personally used them but friends of mine have and were very pleased with their work.

I had a mold problem that hadn’t been adequately addressed by another company. RestorTech came in and treated the areas that were problematic. Wallboard was removed, carpeting was pulled and removed, revealing mold that wasn’t visible, and the technicians cooperated with the other contractors to remove and replace structural members that were affected. Confinement areas were set up, air scrubbers were installed and they worked for 2 weeks straight while the cleaning was ongoing.
John and his son John Junior were our technicians. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient, as well as being all around good guys. We would have them back anytime!
We passed the post testing and are happy to be moving back into those areas. Much to be done, but I feel confident that the mold is truly gone this time.

We had a pipe in our laundry room start leaking. RestorTech was extremely responsive and had someone out right away to inspect and start the mitigation process. They took great care in making sure that all of the wet areas were dried out and removed sections that showed signs of mold. John and his son (also named John) did an excellent job. A fire nearly destroyed our home and Restortech was at my home early the next day. Their experience really showed through and helped us get through a devastating event. The attention to detail was terrific, going above our expectations. The workers were very polite and courteous, and after their cleaning and restoration of our salvageable goods, we couldn't tell what they had been through. Do not make the same mistake I did! I originally thought my trains were stolen because they weren't in their original "beat up" box with the transformer and etc. I was beside myself because it is a family heirloom, at least to me it is. I did looked in the other boxes but not thoroughly enough. John Pletcher, from RestorTech sent me a very kind message. One of the things he asked if I had unpacked all of the boxes they took for cleaning and/or storage. 95% of the time a customer finds the missing item in a box he had not yet unpacked. His message calmed me down. And to talk about HUMILITY! I rolled up my sleeves and pulled out those three boxes. In one of them, at the very bottom of the boxes, were my trains. Each trains were neatly and carefully wrapped. Literally. Put my family to shame because we, in 70 years, NEVER wrapped them like that. I was so happy and relieved. I also felt ashamed. I immediately reached out to John, letting him know and I apologized. They are truly good people. I liked them from the beginning to the end and never had a problem with them. So, please check all your boxes before you jump. Thank you John!

When you experience an emergency disaster in your home, having trusted, experienced and skilled professionals to get you through it is of great comfort. I liked that RestorTech assigns a rep to you who shows up on day 1 and can be an advisor on dealings with your insurance company and your repair contractors. I highly recommend RestorTech. They packed out and stored 200 boxes and 60 pieces of furniture when our roof was crushed by a tree. No damage to anything they stored, and they put it all back where we wanted it.

A water main break flooded many homes, and our home was one.. The entire basement had to be cleared of furniture, beds, sofas, paintings, so much! When a tree fell on our house and damaged it severely, RestorTech came to the rescue! They packed up scores of boxes to put in storage, set aside damaged items for the insurance appraisers, and also set aside boxes of stuff from the attic that I needed to go through. Off to the dumpster with the rest. Then they cleaned and polished everything (including crystal and silver)before it was packed and stored. Before we moved back into the house, they cleaned everything, down to the plates in the cabinets. They were wonderful to work with and I have never encountered a company that did such meticulous work!

RESTORTECH Moving came highly recommended by my insurance company as I was in the middle of water damage and remodeling. Daniel came over and gave us an estimate, Insurance covered the move “thanks USAA”, and the move went flawlessly. The team took 3 days; now mind you, the pack out was perfect. The boxes weren’t over packed, everything in the boxes were inventoried. Every box was labeled and the data was electronically stored and given to the customer within 3 days of final pack out . My items were stored in a controlled climate storage area. The deliver was scheduled a week later after the floors were installed. Daniels crew showed up, and unpacked me in one day… NO DAMAGES!!!! I’ve moved more than 10 times in my life and never had a damage free move. Thanks Daniel and RESTORTECH. Your service was well worth the money! I highly recommend here guys for your moving experience.

During a recent flooding at our church, RestoreTech professional help/equipments was invaluable. Service was prompt with help arriving within hours of us discovering the problem.

I highly recommend RestorTech! We hired them recently for water damage cleanup in our basement, and we couldn't have been more pleased with them. We especially appreciated their prompt response, outstanding quality of work, and their high degree of professionalism. Daniel oversaw our project and was wonderful to work with, and John and Rodrigo did a great job with the cleanup. In short, an outstanding company to do business with!

My experience with RestorTech was very positive on all fronts, and I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage in their home.

We had a roof leak in our house, and when we discovered that there was still some water above the ceiling we called RestorTech for an estimate and any necessary repair. I contacted them on a Friday, and Daniel from the water department was able to come out the next Monday.

He was thorough in his inspection and gave us an honest assessment, including not selling us on unnecessary work, which I greatly appreciated as a layman—there was an area where the moisture was so minor that he didn’t recommend the expense and hassle of tearing out drywall to get to it.

We scheduled the work for two days later, and he showed up promptly with an assistant to prep the room, cut out the necessary sections of wall and ceiling, remove wet insulation, and set up a dehumidifier and fans to dry the affected areas. He came back a few days later to confirm that the drying had worked and remove all the equipment.

Throughout the whole process, Daniel was easy to communicate with, kept us thoroughly informed on what to expect, and cleaned up well when his work was done. I have very little frame of reference but the price seemed reasonable - the affected area was a portion of a small room, and the total cost was about $500 (we didn’t file a claim with our insurance but he was ready to work with them if we had). He and his assistant were also very good about wearing masks and maintaining distance when possible since we were having the work done during the pandemic.

Unfortunately, RestorTech does the kind of work that I hope to never need again, but if I do end up with more water damage they’ll be my first call!

She swamped us with water in the basement where my husband has his office and his guitars. Within minutes of our first call, John, the owner was onsite with vacuums, fans, and advice. His crew then stepped in and did their work over a period of days. The next time I ventured down to the basement....it was liked it never even happened. I think I stole that from somewhere, but seriously, like it never even happened. The next time we needed RestorTech was our own doing...we failed to notice a water drip under our fridge. Damage to the floor, damage to the basement ceiling, and some other stuff I can't even remember. Why? Because RestorTech was on site within the hour and did that thing they do to make you think it never even happened. The people are nice, cheerful, reassuring, and professional.
