My wife & I cannot recommend this company enough! They were our silver lining to an unfortunate situation. They handled our major flood with a level of professionalism you don’t always see in this world today. We pray we never have to see another major flood again. Restore Right saved the day!! We had a huge flood in our studio basement. Not only were we impressed with how quickly they handled our emergency. We were most impressed with their level of professionalism and knowledge. The RR team handled all our belongings with care (and we have quite the amount of stuff in our basement). We hope to never have a flood again, but should this happen we know who to call and who to recommend now!

If you ever have any water or mold issues these are the guys to get in touch with! From start to finish they go above and beyond! Thank god a friend highly recommend them to us! If it wasn’t for AJ & his team we would still be dealing with this issue & mold since other services didn’t call us back until 8 hours later. If you want a worry free company this is the one to use! Moving day! Restore Rite's team made the process easy and smooth. They packed up all of my things in boxes, took all of my furniture apart, and labeled everything as well. We had an unfortunate pipe leak that led to a lot of water in the office. We were able to work with RestoreRite to help us deal with removing the water and assist with the aftermath. They provided truly excellent service during all steps of the process, at very reasonable rates. Every person who was in our office was polite, professional, and went above and beyond to get us back to normal, as fast as they could. I highly recommend them, and though I hope to never need their services again, if I do I would call them in a heartbeat.

We recently had a fire in the home I grew up in. We were highly recommended from our fire adjuster Restore Rite. My family was greeted by Austin Wilson from the company when I tell you this man was so compassionate and empathetic of our needs and wants. He especially was so caring with my Grandmother as she was having a really tough time through all of this. Him and his team showed up very very professional, caring, and they treated our belongings that we had left with such care. They bagged it all up and they did whatever we asked of them. I wish it was on stars on here cause this company highly deserves it. The crew work very hard and with such speed. It was phenomenal from start to finish. Marc and everyone at Restore Rite were fantastic. I had an ongoing leak that several companies could not correct. Marc came in and analyzed the situation and identified the problem. After his employees fixed the leak, they removed the damaged drywall and ceiling taking great care to minimize affecting the surrounding areas. The repairs were completed and their work is spectacular. Everyone from Restore Rite was friendly and professional. I am thrilled I found Restore Rite after a big sewer back up into the basement. They came over at 8pm to see what they could do right away, rather than have us wait till next morning.
They did a remarkable clean up job, & the team was on top of everything. Marc and Steven anticipated every question we had and put us at ease. They even reminded us to take pictures of damaged items, explained procedures for insurance & checked in several times while the basement was drying (the drying machines were amazingly powerful). The crew working on the job were so attentive to every nook and cranny, and Marc & Steven kept stopping in to see if we had any questions or worries. Basement was sooo clean. I recommend them whole heartedly, Marc and his guys were so thoughtful and so thorough - they took all the worry out of a serious episode, can’t thank Restore Rite enough .

We had a very positive and most professional experience in working with Restore Rite and their team. We had experienced flooding at our house, and it called for immediate mitigation with a major clean-up. Another company, a franchise of the the most well-known sewer and drain company, quoted us astronomical amounts they wanted to bill our insurance, but Restore Rite came through with timeliness, great work, strong communication and more realistic fees. We have no problem whatsoever recommending Restore Rite 100% over the nationally known sewer and drain company when it comes to a big clean-up.

Actually I have no words to express my gratitude towards Marc and his Restore and Rite company. They were there from the beginning to the end to see me and my family safe and secured. Marc was there thru the whole process from insurance to the major jobs like restoring eletric and sidings which caught fire. He is an excellent communicator. I have never been so lucky as to come across a crew that was Restore Rite that actually cares about your happiness. From day one they stepped into my tenant's apartment and worked on water damage, mold damage and gutted the living room and kitchen. Restore rite was there to help. My mothers basement flooded do to last nights down pour. We had about 6 inches of water in Basement and we didn’t know what to do. We looked up water damage specialists on Staten Island and restore rite came up. We called and Austin was there to help. They had a crew respond right away to this disaster. They cleaned up all of the water and made everything better. They left these machines to help dry the area and cleaned up everything. I’d recommend these guys to anyone that experiences anything close to our situation.

What an easy experience, dealing with Austin and Justin from RESTORE RITE. From the beginning we met with numerous other companies, most of them making promises that were sounding to good to be true. From the get, Austin walked up and was like i'm sorry for your families experience through this troubling time, but we are here for you if you would like us to be. He handed me his business card and said i'm not telling you to pick us, but just google us and you'll see. From that day i was still getting knocks on my door from other companies saying they work with my insurance and we'll have this house looking brand new. Well i googled most of the companies and the one that stood out the best was RESTORE RITE, They even had a A+ from the BBB.

Got him the money to fix the house. Fixed the house. I ended up selling it for more than what any of us thought. These are men of their word. Honorable. Time efficient. First of all, we called the other companies to come out on New Years weekend a d they took 8 days to respond. Restore rite was at my home in a few hours and worked till 2am with the water vacuumed, fans in place, and humidifiers going to hold back the mold.

they then did the pack up and cut all the sheet rock cleared all the carpets and vinyl wood dryed the foor and sprayed. With record time, it was incredible.
