Rick resealed and caulked the full exterior on a 20+ year old cabin. I feel the new finish gives us a “better than new” result.

Step 1- Pressure wash full exterior and remove old finish. Step 2 - Spot stain siding to same color. Step 3 - stain under sides of the decks to seal them. Step 4 - Apply maintenance sealer coat to entire exterior. 2 coats on southern exposure and deck / railing surfaces. Step 5 - apply proper color and caulk type to seal the entire exterior.

Excellent detail and quality. Looking forward to years of wear and a newly weather tight cabin. Thanks Rick!

Hired Rick again to fix drywall after a HVAC upgrade where new duct lines were cut in. Great work, timely and professional. Highly recommend.

I hired Restoration Contracting Group Painting to paint my back porch. Rick quoted a good price for pressure washing, sanding and painting the porch. As i watched him work, i realized that he works his a** off to try to make the finished product look as good as possible. He was reliable and showed up when he said he would. I also hired him to do a few other things because i could trust his work and his word. That is hard to find now a days.

I found Restoration Contract. Grp. Painting on a web search. So glad l did. Dawn contacted me immediately via email and quickly followed up with a call. She was very professional and friendly and took information about my house painting project.
Within a week or so, Lead painter Rick met with me to get all the info. to put together a quote. Rick was professional, polite and friendly.
Rick painted our house and shop. He also repaired some rot on some siding and trim.
Rick used a brush to paint and did a fantastic job.

Rick was the painter on my house renovation. He was very professional and showed great concern for the finest details. We hired the contractor to paint a commercial office that has not been painted in 20+ years. The contractor scrapped, sanded, and painted windows, soffits, a large deck, the front entry (that included 4 columns), and the foundation. He restored and revived an older building that was losing it's charm; He helped restore the integrity of the building. He suggested several things that I would have never thought of and it improved the appearance of the building. His quality of work and precision was phenomenal. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
