Communication was excellent and the new siding on my house is the BEST.

Arnie went back on his initial quote, and installed the ridge vent wrong causing significant mold damage.
After working with his insurance company to cover his incompetent workmanship, I discovered he carries minimal insurance.
Should be zero stars on the rating. Still no repair of his bad workmanship... just more words.

This Company was exceptional !
I really needed a garage roof and the estimate they gave me was well below 2 other estimates I had previously.
They are bonded and insured.
Arnie was true to his word & arrived on the days and times we scheduled . His crew was professional & did quality work , and cleaned up all the mess !
I was really happy !
Arnie was very friendly and pleasant !
Also, very professional .
I will surely recommend and use thus company again !

Arnie Vitols, the owner of Residential Exterior Solutions, came to my house with his right hand man, Tony, actually when they said they would show up. They inspected my roof and determined that I needed a new roof and explained the process from there how things would be handled. They helped my with working with my insurance. It was so easy and painless to work with them. New roof looks fantastic. Very professional company to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Residential Exterior Solutions.

RES was so easy to work with! They worked with my insurance and kept me informed throughout the process. My questions were answered quickly and the project was completed in a timely manner as promised. i knew upfront that I would need the rotting wood replaced so there were no surprises. I was most impressed that my property was cleaned up, landscaping protected and just left with beautiful new siding, roof, gutters and downspouts!

As a contractor, I hired RES to install a roof. Arnie went back on his initial quote, and installed the ridge vent wrong causing significant mold damage. After working with his insurance company to cover his incompetent workmanship, I discovered he carries minimal insurance. Be wary of his work and words. Should be zero stars on the rating. Still no repair of his bad workmanship... just more words. Contacted the bbb in regard and no results from that... he's still rated well and the job is in disrepair. Be warned!!
