Kaden is polite, professional and his crew was fast and efficient. They removed my rotting porch that supported my roof and rebuilt my front porch. I was picky with who I chose for the job but everyone I talked to including a building inspector recommended him. He added features I wouldn’t have thought of such as privacy where I eat my dinner and added storage doors that I can add a lock to if I want to store my winter tires under the porch. Highly recommend!

5 stars doesn't seem to be enough for the gorgeous new deck Kaden designed & built at my home. From start to finish he was easy to reach, took the time to answer all my questions, showed up when he said he would & was just so nice to deal with. Used Renovations by Kayce for a full house renovation. Couldn't be happier with Kaden and his crew. Excellent quality of work (even had building inspector comment to me on the high quality). Kayce & crew installed new flooring, remodel our old fireplace facing, modified our kitchen & re-tiled both bathrooms.
His crew is “first rate” for sure. They made suggestions to us throughout our reno and made the whole project a lot easier to live through. Finished ahead of time and exactly on their quoted price.

Being an electrician you see a lot of construction throughout your years, and Kayden and his team are the real deal. From the time they set up there job sites are always clean and organized. I used Kaden and his team for a full remodel/renovation and basement suite installation (100k+ renovation) on my older bungalow. This covered everything from framing, structural beams, subfloor to windows, (amazing) tiling, and the finishing touches.

They are thorough, professional and simply get the job done the right way (the first time). Permits always passed the first try.
