Osoyoos Home Hardware

My sister and I just came back from Osoyoos and had the pleasure of visiting this store and OMG it should be on the list of tourist attractions as the store is amazing. If you can't find what you're looking for here you won't find it anywhere. Make it a point to check it out and say hi to Dave & Jon who are the nicest guy's ever.

Home Hardware has become an annual visit for my husband and I when we visit Osoyoos! Everything you could ask for they have it and we always find ourselves picking up a few things when there! The staff are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

If you need ANYTHING at all, this store will have it! Reminds me of shops in Mexico. Windy aisles of just about anything. Floor to ceiling merchandise. From Summer sandals, to beach chairs, coolers, barbecues. All things summer and more at the craziest home hardware I’ve ever been to!

This is a neat Home Hardware, it has everything from hardware to beauty products to snacks. But it is pricey.

3 levels of everything you might want for your home. Feels like they filled all of Canadian tire into this space.

My friend and I went to Osoyoos for a little girls road trip and I was looking for an Osoyoos t-shirt for my husband…, we were recommended to go to Home Hardware! What, a tshirt at a hardware store? OMG., this place is amazing!!! Not only did they have what I was looking for, they had anything or everything if I needed. Large store, lots of inventory with unique items, different floor levels, and it all was in order and very nicely displayed. Man you could get married there lol, they have a stairwell going down on one level with a beautiful string of lights and figurines etc. I was so impressed, wish our Home Hardware back home was like this. Enjoyed very much, can’t wait to go back to Osoyoos just to stop in again. Your staff was also exceptional…The owner has really gone far and above in all her 40 yrs to make this one of a kind!

Nice big store. Come here every year with my parents and siblings, unfortunately got accused of stealing this year, my brother got a stern talking to and we had eyes staring at us the whole time. Talking on the walkie talkies “Yep definitely on camera”, “yeah I still see them.” A little disappointed and ruined the vibe of the visit to the store. All that aside huge store but don’t stand and look in one aisle for more than 10 seconds…

Was back visiting Osoyoos after a couple of years and returned to , the fabulous and famous Osoyoos Home Hardware Store. I thought it was great before, but is even better now. Unlike any other Home Hardware, the assortments are curated by a knowledgeable and discerning buyer. For example, they carry affordable quality kitchen knives and cookware in Mosaic brand. However they carry high-end Yeti water bottles at $52 and Yeti coolers at $500. Clean, crisp merchandising make it a great shopping experience.

This store was an absolute treasure! It has 2 full floors of everything you coukd ask for. Home decor, pet stuff, hardware stuff, gift ideas, to many things to list

I have camped in osoyoos every year for the pased 5 years and this store was always one of my favorites to come check out cuz of the cool gadgets and everything they have. But unfortunately today went back with the fam again and some biker mr tough guy decided to come up to us accusing us if stealing and threatening to take us for a car ride if we do.... totally ruined the vibe and shopping experience will not be comming back and advise any tourist to avoid in the future! Very disappointed and that dude if he is not the owner needs to be fired i get that lots of people do steal and what not but being so rude and violent right off the bad is jsut crazy.

First they have absolutely everything you could need or think of. Then they pack that into the most unique store you'll step into. May seem like there's a basement and a first floor but you'll see.... Nice spot to visit on main street.

My brain exploded… this place is a MASSIVE treasure trove for any wanderer. Deceptively large. They have something for everyone. We stopped in for a quick peek and ended up spending nearly an hour browsing. Lol. Staff were super friendly and I wish there were more places like this back home. If you need anything, or just want to escape the heat or grey skies - this place is a gem!

Probably the best hardware store I ever visited. Huge multi-level sections, extremely deceptive as to its size. Friendly staff, and an Icon of Osoyoos history and heritage.

Love this store lots to see and I get some awesome ideas here. Guarantee you won't walk out without buying something.

The best home hardware I have ever been in. 5 or 6 levels with anything you may need. I had a problem with my RV water and 2 staff dedicated their time to help me. And, they let me use their tools .

You may have seen a few Home Hardware stores in your time, but you NEED to see this one if you’re in town. Even if you don’t need to buy anything, stop in and wander around. IYKYK.

I was just in awe. I had to walk around the store several times to make sure I didn't miss anything. This store is amazing and has almost everything you'd need. They have decor, hardware, toys, kitchen gadgets, garden, pet supplies, signs etc.

I had a most unpleasant experience yesterday in your store. I came onto the main aisle in homewares to be met by several ladies and a large black dog that immediately lunged at me causing me to drop the armful of items I had gathered. When I bent over to pick them up, the damn thing thrust its nose aggressively into my crotch. I felt humiliated and a little scared as I have been severely bitten in the past. I try to shop local as much as possible but this is shopping experience I do not want to ever repeat.

I normally like shopping at this local since they have crazy good inventory. However today I went in to ask if I could receive a print out copy of my pet food purchase history. I approached the cashier and the fellow I talked to was either named Dave or David I can't remember. Anyway after I requested the print off right off the bat he told me "nope not doing that" and that it wasn't possible in a rude and dismissive way without even really understanding what I wanted. He clearly had no clue what I was talking about. He then paged another working which came to the front and confirmed that yes it was possible and they had done it in the past for past customers. I literally was just asking them to print my purchase history which I'm not sure why they would be an issue. Regardless he was such a douche I normally don't write reviews like this but he was such a jerk I should have told him off at the moment but was with my kids. I recommend not asking this man for any help and to approach other workers as everyone else seems to be a normal kind human being. Do better David or Dave whatever your name is you work in customer service that's your job not sure if you were just being lazy or are always this rude for no reason.

By far one of the best, most unique Home Hardware’s you’ll ever visit!

The collection of items is vast. They have everything you could possibly want from seasonal items, to crafts, home repair, clothing, kitchen and baking goods, beach toys, you name it, they’ll likely have it!

Staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful.

I adore the effort and hard work they put in during fall and for Halloween, it’s fabulous!

This place is a labyrinth. It never ends! You feel like you’re 3 sub basements down and there’s still more merchandise

This store deserves a lot more than a 5 star. It is a highly recommended stop for anyone that may be visiting Osoyoos. The family that owns it are lovely, kind, amazing people. As soon as you walk in, your eyes go everywhere looking at their huge selection of various items. It always puts our mind at ease when were travelling up, that if we do forget anything at home, we can go to home hardware and easily get it for a great price. Our kids have a tradition of getting a new stuffy on our summer visit and they always have a hard time trying to pick just one. Their jellycat collection is bigger than anything we've seen in the lower mainland. Thank you to Home Hardware Osoyoos for being as great as you guys are!

Oh my word! Have you seen this place??? It's like the EVERYTHING store. Everything cool, everything amazing, and then everything else!
I swear I could have walked around for hours in this store and still not have seen everything.
What wonderful staff too. You just know this is a great place to work, and it's a bunch of happy people there. Need joy therapy? Go here!

I love Home Hardware stores but this particular store takes it to a whole new level!
The place is ginormous and has absolutely everything you can imagine in stock. Be sure to check it out while in Osoyoos. You’ll be pleasantly surprised!

When I was looking on the map for Osoyoos for where we could go shopping, I was a little underwhelmed. However, we were travelling with some friends who had been before and they said we would go to home hardware.
I was a little skeptical, but after spending a significant amount of time here I totally understand now!
This is definitely a great spot for shopping!
The store is basically three levels and has a huge array of things to shop for! Sporting goods, games, kitchenware, gift ideas, cards, hot sauce, socks, decorations, Sports, garden, hats, pet stuff, tools. And the staff were all amazing! I’ve been looking for a couple different things and this home hardware had it! If you are in town, I definitely recommend popping in here to have a look around!

Could have spent hours in this store! They had everything! Going to add extra time, next time we are passing through. Friendly staff! A must stop if your driving through Osoyoos.

The best hardware store in Canada! I visit hardware stores wherever I go. This store has everything! The staff are helpful and friendly. They've told me how to fix things. It's a fun place to visit.
