Matt Martel was awesome to work with in buying our home. Helped get us in at a lower price. Didnt waste our time looking at houses that didnt have everything we were looking for. He was more helpful in our loan process advice than our mortgage company was. If purchasing a home. Especially first time buyers, Matt is your guy!

My fiance and I were on a tight deadline to get ourselves into another apartment and remax made it happen. We knew we were asking for a miracle and remax made it possible. We will forever recommend remax for all apartment rentals and house buying needs.

I've been renting from Northern edge for six years now. They've always been great with my family. Timely calls back, issues always addressed when needed. As far as a in between for tenants and landlords? They are fabulous! Knowing my husband and I are working towards buying a investment property they supported us in moving into a larger apartment within our budget, and have supported us on this new journey. Huge shout out to Luk, and Pam for all that they do!

I first used Northern Edge Realty about 10 years ago. Wayne Misucci helped me then and was terrific. He had an encyclopedic
knowledge of the area and was a goldmine to an outsider like me.
He is now retired.
I recently looked at a property listed by Lucie Remillard of Northern Edge. After a 2 hour drive to get to Berlin, Lucie was waiting in the open doorway of the house when I arrived. As a native of Berlin, I quickly saw that she too had a wealth of knowledge. She has a low key, no baloney style that I really like.
Some realtors hurry you through the house and actually you actually feel hurried and uncomfortable. Not with Lucie; laid back - take your time. In the following days and weeks, communication with her was easy and always available. I called her one time at 7:30 in the morning! No problem. Equally important, or more so, everything she told me about anything
was true and right. No deception. I trust her 100% I was unable
to follow through on the property I wanted, for health issues, but I will be going back to Berlin, and I will go through Lucie Remillard, even if another realtor has the listing I want. She is that good.

You have to be careful in Berlin. It's kind of like the wild west.
And that's nice, price-wise. People complain about some of the low life renters, they are there, like everywhere, but you also have to watch out for some of the realtors. I've been burned several times.

Just closed on my first home. I had a great experience and never had an issue getting answers to any questions I had.

Just know I’m not a big review guy…

My experience with this Remax office has been very unique. We moved from out of state and Cassie was my buying agent. I could not be more grateful for her unwavering support. We had a few issues that was not related to the real estate office side, but Cassie went out of her way to help us get these issues resolved. She did not have to help but quite frankly if she didn’t I would be in a pickle.

As far as the real estate transaction goes, Cassie made sure she found out as much info as she could and even went to the houses for us to take a good look and get as much info for us as possible. Cassie is kind and thoughtful. I am so grateful to her and her team (Steve included) for the support showed for us to have a smooth transition.

If you do end up utilizing this office, be aware, they will care about you! They will make sure your needs are met and will not hesitate to help you in a time of need.

Obviously if you see my reviews, they are little to none. So with everything that happened after the sale was made, I’m still left satisfied and humbled by this amazing office and I just had to leave a review.

Matt from Northern Edge Realty was fantastic in helping us sell our apartment building. He made everything easy, and answered any and all questions I had. It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to Northern Edge Realty, especially Matt!

Re/max Northern edge realty are the best people to work with. Not only do they go above and beyond to get you and your family the home or business your looking for. They are constantly giving back and helping out there community and local organization's such amazing people

I have dealt with Remax both in buying a home and in selling a home. I have always found them very professional, and very helpful and courteous. They are like super realtors. The only thing missing on them are capes.

Purchased my first home through RE/MAX. From start to finish, the agent was available to answer any questions I may have had and went above and beyond for me. The team at RE/MAX and my agent Chris really made the first time home buyer experience nice and easy!

Worked with Monique I would have give him no stars. We have a rental house and he wasn’t doing nothing for us. He didn’t answer my emails half the time and forget calling him. He didn’t return calls.
I had to fire him after 3 weeks of him doing nothing for us. He told us he had a few tenants in mind but it turn out to be a lie because I had tenants calling me asking me if the place is still for rent. I wouldn’t recommend this place for any place you are looking to rent

Worked with Wayne who seemed nice but felt like we were working harder than he was. We found a house that was being sold by Jennifer and made an offer tow which it never went through and should have never been on the market. Found another house, same situation, seller agent Jennifer, after having been here we have determined that the recommended home inspector must have been on the take as lots of surprises. Looking for more property but won’t use this real estate firm as we question the integrity of the team.

If you need any type of buying or selling see Debi Davis! She's the most knowledgeable helpful on top of everything lady! I couldn't say enough about how amazing she is!

I would leave no stars if it was possible. I had the pleasure of "working with" Monique, I applied for one of the apartments up in Berlin that they had listed for rent. It was a fairly cheaply priced apartment, and my husband and I make almost double 3X the rent, not that that was a stated requirement. I also had a co-signer, who makes 3X the rent. It could have easily been afforded.
Anyways, I made numerous attempts to contact Monique regarding my rental application, and rarely ever got an answer back. When I did it was just that "my application was still under review." It's genuinely okay if I wasn't approved for the apartment, but you guys can at least let people know so they're not sitting by their phone waiting for the "you're approved" phone call. Especially during a house crisis, that's just cruel.
I hope you guys learn how to treat people, because that was not just unprofessional but entirely disrespectful. I don't know how you are continuing to run a business like that but hey, maybe some people are into the rudeness.

Very professional, friendly, honest, and very accommodating. Cassie and Matt are great people and Berlin is beautiful. Ty so guys ❤️

not professional, a lot of misinformation, very pushy salespeople. I think they should coin. the phrase "sorry for the misunderstanding or sorry you had a bad experience." I think listening to the client is very. important and you may want to consider constructive criticism is healthy conversation. The client shouldn't be patronized for making critical observations.

Spent about a week giving my realtor ideas of what we were looking for. Wouldn’t get any information back except for information available through the website. I gave clear directions on what we were looking for and he stated he couldn’t pin down what we were looking for. Took days to get responses. Not worth the time contacting this office.

Not impressed, my husband and I are relocating up north and we're looking for a place to rent asap - we had several back and fourth emails at a very slow paced to the point where we didn't hear from anyone for 3 weeks and when we finally got an email it seemed like they had just looked at our applications due to all the other questions and hoops they were making us go through. By that time we found a really great place on our own and didn't need their help.
