Good customer service, the absolute worst quality work I have ever seen performed. Had my 2017 f250 in for multiple repairs. One being turn signals lights on mirrors. Found broke plastic clips hanging from mirror, mirror wasn’t snapped together right, power mirror didn’t work after, flood light fell out on way home, back up camera needed a new wiring harness. Wasn’t routed factory way. Instead was left free hanging. After they replaced AC compressor I found broke grill, none of the under hood cowl clips were put back in. Found a socket under the hood. The list goes on. Horrible work. They plan on taking it back in to get fixed so will make an updated review after. Sounds like they are embarrassed of it and are going to make it right. We shall see

A small town Ford dealership with big ideals. They are friendly and good communicators, and were more than willing to help me with a long-distance truck purchase. Their published vehicle prices are all-in-one, unlike many of their peers. I highly recommend your patronage.

My parents were longtime customers of this dealership. My mom had her Ford Expedition there for a month just recently and not only did they give her the run around but they never did find the problem with her car. Customer Service is definitely not their expertise.

My mom was just able to successfully get her car fixed at another mechanic nearby. Turns out the root cause was the power drivetrain module. Any reputable Ford mechanic should have been able to identify this repair.

The new mechanic didn’t have to “throw parts at it and hope for the best” they actually “went above and beyond” to fix the issue. Best part of all the price wasn’t unreasonable. Now she has a car that runs that she can trade in on a new vehicle.

Too bad Rehbein Ford didn’t have the professionalism and expertise to take good care of this long-term customer.

This dealership seams to have good prices. I made a long trip to pick up a used F150 and an issue came up in the test drive that I believe should have been caught in the screening process. I feel a little burned by the process, but I don't think it is a systemic issue with the company, just a simple mistake. It ended up being an easy fix on the F150 but I wasn't willing to risk a trip again for the same price.

Everyone here is so kind and will make sure you’re taken care of! Very reasonably priced vehicle and no crazy fees! I will definitely be coming back here for my next vehicle purchase.

Best dealership out there. Did not mark up my Maverick past the MSRP. And plan to order two more mavericks when order books open back up on August 2.

I just bought a new, (new to me) used vehicle from Rehbein Ford. Heidi & Brittany were extremely helpful, kind, & had great customer service. My vehicle needed a few minor things done, Brittany & Heidi were super efficient about getting everything done in a timely manner. They kept up on communication with me, throught my buying process & the minor things that needed to be completed on the vehicle. I have already reccomend them to friends in the community

We recently bought a used jeep renagade they had on their lot. The price was more reasonable than any other dealer in 3 states. Heidi helped us with out trade over the phone because we are 100 miles away and gave us a way better trade than another dealer we tried dealing with. The other dealer was 1000.00 more and it had 25000 more miles with also a lower trim package. Brittany and Heidi stayed late to make sure we got everything done so we didn't have to make the hour and half trip again. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Over the top ! Thank you.

My daughter spotted a car online located at this dealership. We stopped in and looked at the car and test drove it. Todd was fantastic to work with so we bought the car. I had a very positive experience dealing with Rehbein Ford and can highly recommend them!

The waiting room and the inside of the building is very cozy and has a relaxing atmosphere. The classic old school Ford style mixed with modern Ford. Im a garage door installer and work on their doors from time to time. Their work area is very nice and well kept. Not sure how the sales are but I'd give it a shot if I was in the market.

I just had an awesome experience with Rehbein Ford. I had a complex problem with my truck and they worked diligently to help. I had great customer service and they treated me extremely fair. I am from Missoula, and it was only a coincidence that I ended up at their dealership in Plains. When my truck broke down near Plains, the Rehbein name was the first I thought of, probably because of all the events they support in Western Montana. Someday soon I hope I can invest in a new truck. At that time, Rehbein will be the first place I go. They make it worth the drive.
