I would give them 5 stars, however, they are such a busy shop and it's booked out for repairs up to a month out to get your vehicle in for repairs, but for the most part they do a pretty good job.

Didn't have the tire I needed, but got me to the place that could help. We're very service oriented .

I've been to other shops for tire installs before but let me tell you, Gary's was like nothing I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing before. Freshly brewed premium Folgers coffee, a retro fitted fuel dispenser for the facet in the bathroom, and an employee that supports my Jeep addiction. They can take my money any day.

Had them fix my 2007 for expedition did a wonderful job. Very professional and I am pleased with the work they did even though it was a dead cell in my battery

These mechanics don’t even adjust your headlights correctly if you ask them to. When they put new headlights on my car they were aimed at the ground and i went back a few days later to have them readjusted so they aimed them at the sky. How can you trust them to do anything other than an oil change?

They have taken care of all my car needs from mechanical to paint on all my rigs for 20 years. Great work at a good and fair price!

Great shop, great crew. Work on diesels is fantastic - powerstroke and cummins. Reasonable pricing and timely. Overall, heck 5 stars in my opinion. Thanks Jack and staff.

Stoped by to get a chip repair in my window it was done quickly and by a nice young man. I needed new tires so decided to get a quote. The price was fair so I decided to get the tires. They worked me into their schedule and two days later I had my new tires on my SUV. If your ever in Plains and need work done don’t hesitate to go to Gary’s. They are professionals and happen to be nice people. Thanks for my tires guy’s I really like them.

Very good auto body and vehicle repair center. Mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. Rates are very competitive. The owner has gone out of his way to explain problems that I have had so that I could completely understand it and make an informed decision on a repair.

Well i can't say that my experience was anywhere near as informative or as helpful as other reviews on here claim. We flew up here from just about as far south east of the country as you can go. We intended to drive a truck home that hadn't ran a whole lot in the last couple of years and u could clearly tell. My father in law wanted to take it to gary's for a power draw problem so i followed him up there where the truck sat in the same place for 3 or 4 weeks until we picked it up. It wasn't until the second that me and my fiance stopped in to find out what was going on. To let them know that we needed the truck to drive 2755 miles back home. That's when they informed us that the gem module was bad. In which they were not able to find one. So ok whatever so we got online and found one and got it shipped in two days and cost us $200. Ok so they said that they put it in. but now the windows and the 4wd didn't work so now the fuse box is bad and they couldn't find one of them either for 500 miles. Never once saying hey man i know u that u have a long drive ahead of u and this truck looks like it has been sitting a while i would recommend having things such as the brakes, ball joints, wheel bearings as well as a few other things. that could be hazardous or potentionally dangerous and could possibly hinder you on you trip or keep you from returning home safely. So we pick up the truck around lunch time and before two i have the windows working by three i have found the power draw. Which didn't have a thing to do with the gem module and in fact was a wire coming off of the starter solenoid. So after a month, $459 as well as another truck that i ended up giving someone for taking care of my animals for all this time and i still end up having to do the work my self as well as tottally going through the truck to ensure a good and safe trip home. They can be as cool or nice to b.s. with as they want too. But when it comes down to it if you don't have the pride enough to place value on the ability to safely travel in a vehicle that leaves your shop or atleast make them aware of the potential hazard or dangers they may encounter when pulling their vehicle off of your lot. Hope my review helps you to better your service in the future in turn costing customers less and making you more.

Staff at Gary's so courteous and professional. They take good care of my car which is good because I needed to get around

Just moved here from another state and always had our dealerships do maintenance on our rigs. I asked around town and was told about Gary's Auto so I read the reviews and decided to give them a try. Best decision I made... My Dodge needed a new clutch so I was given 3 estimates and a complete run through of the bill and how long it will take. They met my highest expectations and they will now handle all maintenance with our vehicles. They now have my 2017 Tacoma installing a brush guard and winch and I have no doubts that it will look great and be installed correctly. You can't go wrong with doing business with these highly skilled and personable individuals.

Had truck issues on our drive to Portland. Gary's Glass and Auto Body in Plains MT was very accommodating and checked our truck as we waited. Fortunately it was something that could be rectified while we waited and we were on our way! I would highly recommend Gary's for all your auto needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They go far above and beyond what is required in order to make sure that you are taken care of. I brought my truck in earlier this week for some paint and body work, after finding out the work required was more intensive than originally thought Jack came in on his day off to ensure that I would have my truck ready to leave on a trip tomorrow. I will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else for body or glass work.

I took my Buick to them a few years back. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it the same day. Never had any problems with that issue again. They are friendly, polite and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Unfortunately, I've had to have my car repaired a couple of times, but Gary's Auto Body has turned what could have been bad experiences into very positive ones. They have been friendly, honest and efficient. I don't hesitate to recommend them.
