Regalado Masonry has come through for me time and time again, from building stairs at my house, to building handicap bathrooms at my church; along with an ADA ramp, stone work, floor installation. They also have replaced half of my family home basement, removed an old deck and built a new one. The list goes on. Highly recommend!

I called Regalado around 2021 about doing some chimney repairs. Toby came out to look at it, and we agreed on a statement of work. The project ended up taking all summer; the reason given is that it was weather-dependent. Toby was not usually the one on site. Instead, I believe it was family members doing a lot of the work.

After the work was completed, our chimney sweep identified that the liner hadn't been properly integrated with the new stonework, requiring more work and a cap to go in place.

Two years after completion, we noticed cracks starting to form (Toby told me his work should last 25 years). I called him, he said he'd come out, but never showed.

Now, three years later, and the cracks are awful. Regalado hasn't answered my calls. Extremely disappointed with the service. The reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because they were the only masons I could get a hold of to do the work at the time. I would not recommend.

Great work at a fair price. Toby does great work and has given us great guidance on projects without trying to upsell us for the sake of his wallet. He and his son are timely, hardworking, kind, and trustworthy. We’ve been very please with his work from our chimneys to an emergency shingle repair after the big December windstorm.
