I had damage to my house and my claim through my insurance was 100% covered for repairs. I called JNC on 8/21 and he said he could make it out to my house between 6-630pm. He never showed up. I called and left a voicemail at 645pm asking if I misunderstood what time or day he would be there. He called back at 830pm apologizing because he was in the middle of a job and we rescheduled to the same time on 8/22/2023.
On 8/22, I received a call shortly before 6pm stating he was on his jet ski looking for a body. He explained his friend either jumped or fell off a bridge and there was a search team looking for him. I wished him the best and he offered to reschedule to 8/23, same time. I agreed as jobs and life can happen.
On 8/23, I reviewed the news reports for the prior day and did not see an article about a search response for someone going off a bridge. It’s possible this incident happened but at this time it is unsubstantiated. I waited until 615pm to call and was sent to voicemail. I left a message reminding him he had rescheduled to 8/23 and I was waiting for him to either show up soon or to call me. At 7pm, I started writing this review.
I would not be able to recommend JNC Construction based on 3 missed appointments and would have trouble trusting the work being completed due to the lack of communication.
Johnathan is a good, dedicated worker. He listens well and delivers. He’s always thinking about the best approach to all his work. Very professional. Wes, his assistant, was very receptive to Johnathans wishes. The two work very well together. They put ‘love’ into their work. We love our new front steps!! ❤️
We hired Johnathan to change the entire siding of our new home, waterproofing all the windows and sliding doors and fix the garage roof. Johnathan was extremely professional and was able to do it all in a timely manner even in bad weather. Excellent services that we will use again in the near future. I would 100% recommend to my friends and family. - Amy
