Reed's Metals of Tupelo

First order the length of metal was to long so I cut to fix, second order the order was completely wrong and took them 6 months and about 10 phone calls to correct.
Was told once metal got to me they would work out some type of compensation for me and now they will not respond to me at all.
Would never use again

Really happy with the service all around at Reed's Metal! They all went above and beyond from the first pickup of the phone, all the way to pickup of the final product. Really happy we called them and they were able to deliver all around (when another company failed miserably). All the staff from reception, to managers, to sales, to warehouse are exceptional! Thank you, Reed's Metal! Would highly recommend anyone using them for all your metal needs. From small business, to personal, to large corporations - you won't be disappointed.

Roof leaked after two years. The guy they suggested that did the install came back out and put in some screws and sprayed some sealant. Now, leaks again 2 years later... His last reply to me was he was out of town. That was 2 months ago. Wasted my money on a metal roof!

Poor customer service. I submitted the online quote request and after 24 hours with no reply I called at 4pm. I was told everyone was in a meeting and someone would call me back. After another 24 hours with no response I called again. The person I talked to acted like I was a nuisance in his tone and was unable to give me price differences of items such as 3” insulation vs 6” insulation. He told me he’d have to do multiple estimates for each thing I asked about and made it seem odd that I’d ask such questions. After he got all my info he said he’d send an estimate later in the day. That was 5 days ago. I’ve heard nothing back from anyone at Reeds Metals. I’ll be purchasing my building elsewhere. These people don’t care about making a sale.

I talked to 3 people. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. She took me to the sales person, who was also very helpful and answered my questions I had for him and then he took me to another salesperson for a different job. He answered my questions and took my email so he could finish quote.

I have been trying for two weeks to get a call back from the people who do the quotes. I have emailed, used the tool on their website, called directly and sent messages on Facebook. The only time I talked to someone was yesterday when I was told they would have someone "call me first thing in the morning as soon as they get in" and it is now 12:00 and no one has called. I love to support our local businesses but at this point they are making it impossible. I have spoke with several people who used them and lack of communication, delays in response, and delays in product tends to be the most common complaint which goes along with several other reviews. I will be taking my business elsewhere since it is impossible to even get a quote. Do not waste your time. Start somewhere where you get a response. I have reached out to 6 other companies/contractors and all of them responded within a few hours to a few days. Poor work ethic causes loss of business.

Purchased a bldg in Jan 2017. Installed by Eddie Redwine's crew (GREAT service). Great attention to customer satisfaction throughout the process thru final completion. Would buy from them again!! Thanks Jeff!
