They were so loud pounding away that they woke me up from a sound sleep even though I live nearly a block away.

This company began work just past 7am Saturday in a tightly packed residential neighborhood. They were so loud pounding away that they woke me up from a sound sleep even though I live nearly a block away, had my windows closed AND a recording of meditative music playing. While this is technicallly legal in Longmont, it's extremely thoughtless to the people who live nearby. Staff onsite and who answered my call were not helpful and unresponsive to my complaint.

TL;DR Great communication, great photo cataloging of the work delivered on completion.

I had a slowly growing leak between a backyard roof overhand and the main house onto the covered patio. I could provide them video and photos of the water to give them an idea of where it was happening before they came out.
Three people came out to inspect everything and after some minimally invasive checking and based on the age of the house, they explained what was most likely occurring, how current code would fix it, and the different degree of repair depending on if there were certain conditions under the roofing material. Happily answered all my questions (I'm a layman on roofs).
They provided a quote by email, it was approved and work was scheduled. They did the work without me being present and provided an almost minute-by-minute PDF photo record of their work.
I couldn't be happier with the work and the professionalism. I really appreciated the friendly and informative communication.

Great experience from start to finish! Red Canyon inspected our roof and worked with our insurance company for the replacement of both our home and detached garage roofs. They explained the whole process thoroughly and answered every question we had along the way. Very responsive. Both roofs were completely repaired and replaced the same day. It was awesome to watch them work! Would highly recommend.

We are extremely satisfied with the roof we received from Red Canyon Roofing. From the very beginning they were responsive, engaged, and ensured that the installation of our roof went amazing. From contract to clean up we were so impressed and pleased that we had them come back to do the roof on our new garage. We were looking for a company that would do quick quality work in a time frame that would not hinder our life and they more than delivered on that. We are so pleased that we went with Red Canyon Roofing. We have already told friends, family, and neighbors that when it comes time for them to have a new roof put on there is no better company to trust. Thank you Red Canyon Roofing for a great experience and a beautiful job!
