I’m very pleased with the great job that Chad and his team did on replacing my roof. I had damage to my roof from a recent storm. Chad worked with my insurance company and stayed in contact with me. My roof looks amazing. They finished the job quickly and efficiently. They exceeded my expectations.

From start to finish Reams Custom Homes (RCH) did an outstanding job! Repairing the damage done by the fire in my home, Chad and his team took care of everything, every step of the way! All aspects were reviewed, communicated and handled. In my opinion, Chad goes above and beyond to try and satisfy customers and it is evident when you work with Chad and RCH. The RCH crew is very professional and accommodating. The Subs chosen also were great. Thanks again for taking my project and a job well done!

Chad came out to give us an estimate, promising to get it to us within a week. After contacting him several times, he never got back with us. If he didn't want to do the job, all he had to do was say so. We do not recommend this company.

Chad worked with us to get our wood flooring refinished after a water leak caused our wood floors to buckle. He answered any questions and was very responsive. The finished product is better than I expected. Quality workmanship.

This technician came in our place of work today and being we are all men and women of color he feels that he doesn't have to speak, so since he didn't I did too be the bigger person and till this point he has still not said a word not even look at just kept walking i can't help Trump was not reelected.

Chad just finished a major remodeling project for our home. He & his crew went over & above in their effort to make sure everything was done exactly as we asked. They truly did an amazing job. Their craftsmanship is beyond anything we ever imagined.
