I've been in my home almost a year now, and it was a bumpy process at first, but Josh W. taking over my build made my experience a smooth one!! Any little issue that came up he took care of immediately and followed up to make sure it was done correctly. Being a single girl and taking on such a huge project on my own was overwhelming, but knowing I always had him to turn to at any time of the day was so reassuring and amazing. I couldn't of made it thru without him. Thank you Josh W!! I'm so appreciative of you!!!

We wanted to thank Josh W, and Reality Homes for the excellent work you have done on our home. It has been such a positive experience to work with your company. Josh's professionalism has given us a sense of confidence from the very beginning on a project that caused us great concern. Everyone we have worked with from Reality Homes has been great. The frustration we came across was they changed contractors mid-point but was pleased that Josh was brought back towards the end of the project.
He is obviously a true craftsman. Maybe just as importantly for us, he showed empathy for our concerns and took the time to explain everything so that we were able to understand the what, why, and how of each step of this complicated installation.
At the outset, this job was a real worry for us. When Josh came on site and began putting things together, our concerns fell away. Having seen the time and expertise he took at each stage.

We will never recommend this builder to anyone! We will continue to spread our experience and how it was just a waste in the end. The time frame was absolutely horrible and things were not finished and took forever to get responses for things we needed! Please choose someone more reliable when building your dream home! They don’t get papers turned in and they did not stick to their guarantee!! Horrible builder!!!

We had our home built with Reality Homes 4 years ago. Looks like they took down my last review. Very shady company. Please be warned and save yourself a lot of trouble - do not use this company. We were so excited when it all started and we were on the job site everyday. Our project manager was very rude. Quality of materials was so cheap. Many mistakes they would not fix. We ended up finishing the house ourselves but still had to pay them full price.

Let's see if they keep deleting my posts. This company lacks integrity. They have lied, mislead and now they refuse to follow through with what they have promised my family and I. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The problem I have is even if I keep moving forward with this company how can I trust them to do the right thing for my family. From their CEO on down they have been nothing but untruthful and deceitful.

All staff have been great thus far. Special shout out to Josh who goes the extra mile. Calls with questions and updates, stops by with informative status reports. Knowledgeable regarding the trade and provides realistic expectations...and... (Puts up with me)! Thanks for all, Josh!
Will be happy when work can resume after this virus outbreak. Until then...stay safe....stay sane!

Three years, still not checked off. Bulging wall, humped up floors. Expensive to pay for a house that we still can't legally occupy for this long, and have it be so faulty. They don't return calls or follow up emails, claiming they can't reach you. Only communicate with this company with them putting it in writing, or recorded on answering machine.

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
