Heritage Restoration

The entire staff was EXTREMELY helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I was having difficulty dealing with my insurance company and spoke with Heritage Restoration about this and they immediately assisted me with dealing with my insurance company and made sure that the work and repairs done were within the scope of my policy. Their attention to detail in every phase of the job was very reassuring and let me know that I chose the right company. Would definitely recommend Heritage Restoration without hesitation.

So they showed up with fans and dehumidifier, and also a air scrubber like used for mold. Had me sign a contract, started taking control and wanting to tell me how they were going to repair the damage. I built my house by myself, and I was clear, I only wanted it dried out. They wouldn't tell me how much the equipment cost was per day, refused to tell me there labor cost, basically wanted a blank check. Then too add insult to injury, there technician insulted my intelligence when I was leaning on going with a nother contractor, or doing the work myself

At the end I terminated them turned in the itemized charges to my insurance, and sure enough the air scrubber was not covered by insurance, so I never got paid from insurance for the air scrubber. I never paid them for the air scrubber, being that we agreed that they will only do what insurance covers. Then they turned it into collections.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR ANYTHING.

During one of the major rain storms in 2021, a large branch pierced our roof and made a 10 -12 inch hole. Water poured in damaging the insulation in our attic and the ceiling and walls in our upstairs hallway. I called 10+ companies and was fortunate that Heritage Restoration was the first company to be willing to help.

We are so happy with the professionalism, the quality of work, and the consideration shown to us during the whole process -- from emergency tarp through the finishing touches. And we are grateful for the diligent negotiations with our insurance company to make sure our home could be properly restored. Many thanks to the team at Heritage Restoration!

After 4 months of nothing being done on my kitchen they showed up, hung 1 sheet of Sheetrock and wanted $15,000 to cover all the money they had tied up in the job. I bought the cabinets, the flooring, the backsplash, repaired the floors and did the necessary carpentry work myself so we don’t understand how 1 sheet and installation was worth $15,000. Luckily for us in the middle of waiting on them their guy voided the contract because it wasn’t docusigned. You should be able to give negative stars.

Horrible company to deal with! Very crooked and dishonest! They massively overcharged on the dry out of our water damage- they literally charged for items that were never USED! Like 2 disposable rain-suits for the techs- we were there the entire time- NO ONE WORE A RAIN SUIT! When our insurance refused to pay the $3,700 overcharge they then threatened to put a lien on our home- avoid this company at all cost! Try Someone honest- like The Sandrinis!!

Our house flooded in June from the toilet, I called these guys on a Sunday within less then an hour someone was at our house helping with the clean up. Being a first time home owner, we had no clue what to expect. These guys did everything! From working directly with our insurance, to moving all our stuff out and back in. We expected the repairs to be at least 4 months but they had it completely done within 2! The only thing we had to do was pick out new flooring. There crew is amazing, dedicated and hard working. I have 0 complaints. Having them took so much stress off our shoulders. I would recommend these guys for sure!

I cannot thank Heritage Restoration enough for being by our side as we had to rebuild our home. They arrived within an hour of when a large fir tree from the greenbelt crashed onto our home during an awful rain squall. They were able to mitigate as much damage as possible. The entire staff at HR is professional, efficient, proactive and available anytime even on days I knew they had off. They are also genuine and caring individuals. How they looked after us during this time spoke volumes to me and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Kevin Godfrey and crew.

Heritage restoration is an amazing company. For starters my house looks beautiful! All the work they have done turned out fantastic. I love how the guys have kept me informed during the whole process. Anytime I needed to speak to someone there was always someone there. It really seemed like they cared about my family and made sure we got exactly what we wanted out of the restoration. Todd is a very special person and im glad we got to work with him. You'll be lucky if you ever get the chance to work with this man. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my experience with heritage restoration! Thank you guys for everything!

I really like the way they communicated with us during the restoration process. They were all very pleasant to work with. I would definitely reccomend Heritage Restoration.

Heritage Restoration helped calm a very chaotic situation. They nimbly navigated the insurance claim process, which given the nature of our fire, included three separate agencies and five claims. The quality of their work was exceptional and without them, this process would have been extremely confusing and time consuming. I highly recommend their services.

My husband and I had an extensive water damage claim. We came home to find a burst pipe on the second floor, which flooded multiple bedrooms, living room, kitchen and family room on the first and second floor. We immediately contacted our insurance company who recommended Heritage Restoration. We called Kevin Godfrey, and he was at our house within an hour. He surveyed the damage and immediately made arrangements for a crew. They showed up within 2 hours, and went to work removing furniture for storage, tearing out walls, ceilings, carpeting, hardwood floors, and cabinets, to mitigate any further damage from the water. The crew was obviously very experienced, organized,and worked well into the night. After a couple of days of the drying out process, Kevin presented me with a schedule for the restoration, and coordinated with my insurance company. The restoration took several weeks, and during that period Heritage Restoration maintained the original schedule, and coordinated all activities with the insurance company. We would highly recommend Heritage Restoration, they were prompt, professional, courteous,and on time.
When I say I would not hesitate to call them again, unfortunately for us, I had to call them about a year later, for another water damage issue in our guest house. The damage was not nearly as extensive as in our house, but we received the exact same response from Heritage Restoration that we did the first time. Needless to say, we have been extremely happy with both experiences we have had with Heritage and would highly recommend them. Jon & Debbie
