There was a Hell storm and it damage my roof. RCS Roofing helped me with my claim. I called them because my neighbors had there roof done, and I liked how they done there roof. They replaced my roof and gutters and done a great job at replacing the roof and gutter.

From our very first meeting and roof inspection with Roofing Columbus & Siding, Project Manager Juan Moralez was very professional and courteous, as he walked us through the process from the beginning until completion. Juan was also a great advocate in helping us navigate with our insurance company, and making himself available for any of our questions and concerns.

Amazing company to work with! Recently did a tree removal from a house roof that required extensive repair and coordination. Not only did Austin coordinate with our company to get the tree removal but he also handled all of the insurance process for the customer. Had an amazing experience getting our roof inspected and replaced by RCS. While the whole crew was great, Jasper and Juan really stood out as being experts. They both took time to ensure the job was done correctly (updating specs within code that were nearly overlooked) and taking extra time after all the crews left to confirm no nails were near the house and trampoline so we didn’t have any unexpected surprises for the kids. Jasper with RCS came out to check out my driveway and while he was here he noticed some wind damage to my house. Jasper helped me put in an insurance claim and within a few weeks I had a new roof! Jasper's team was very friendly and I even got to see drone footage of my roof. Jasper soon came back to help with my siding and gutters and help me select the right fit for the house. We had Ben and RCS come out and inspect our roof recently. His inspection revealed storm damage we were not aware of, from a weather event that occurred while we were out of town. He suggested we initiate an insurance claim, which I did. Ben offered to meet with the insurance adjuster when the time came, and did. He handled all the questions and provided all necessary paperwork. Our dealings with the insurance company were minimal, and the claim was approved. Quickly. On installation day, the crews arrived and the team worked around an unexpected problem with the roof sheathing, working all day and evening to finish the job before weather set in. The job was completed and cleaned up in one day. They even came back the next day to make certain nothing was missed. The roof looks great and is functioning as you would hope a new roof would. The peace of mind we are experiencing is much welcomed, as the previously installed roof had issues that needed addressing almost immediately. Some I’m not sure I ever got completely resolved. And we have had plenty of weather to test our new roof and skylights. We could not be happier with the service and product we received from RCS, from the very beginning, the communication during the installation, and the follow up once the installation was completed. I highly recommend you call RCS if you find yourself in the market for a roof replacement.

These guys are top notch! Rich took great care of us from start to finish. From dealing with the insurance company to answering all my questions and keeping me well informed. It all started when we just wanted to get some quotes to re roof and side our house because we were getting new windows. Rich informed us that due to recent storms it may all be covered. Needless to say this was great to hear! RCS dealt with the insurance company and went above and beyond to get everything covered. We have a shingle roof with a metal section in the back on an add on. They both now look great and each section was done in one day!! As for the siding the crew they sent out were true professionals. I used to do siding and they really paid attention to detail from the seams to the way they cut j-channel. They even added borders around our with custom metal work because “it’s the right way” making our news windows really stand out. As well as being better protected! I could really keep going on but to end it I will saying I would defiantly recommend RCS and working with Rich was a breeze.

So this company said I needed a new roof from hail damage. I didn't think my roof was that bad but I'm not a roof expert so I took there word for it. I also asked if they could fix a spot on the front side of my house which was actually caused by rain damage. They told me "sure no problem, we will include that in the estimate ". So I filed a claim with my insurance company and went with them. The only reason I went with them is because they said they would also fix this small amount of damage. The day they put the roof on, it rained halfway through and they didn't put a tarp up so the rain caused damage to my ceiling so I was already annoyed at that. But they did have a guy come out and clean the water stains off the ceiling. When the job was completed I found the spot that I originally wanted fix wasn't fixed and wasn't even included in their estimate. I feel like they told me what I wanted to hear just to sell me a roof. I wouldn't use them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Great company. I was a bit apprehensive and decided to to let them check out my roof. And they were very honest, and my insurance company agreed with their inspection. 5 Stars. Owen Salyers was professional from start to finish. He always stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Cannot say enough about his professionalism. As far as the crew that came out to install my new shingles and minor roof repairs: INCREDIBLE! 8 total hours to rip off the old roof and install new ones. Not a nail was left behind on the ground or in my gutters. Do not waste anymore time searching for another company. RCS Columbus is my recommendation.

After a bad storm we knew that our roof would need repairs and dreaded going through the process.

RCS made it super easy on us, they were on the site the next day and helped with all the paperwork, communicating with insurance and staying in constant communication with us throughout.

They replaced our roof in a day, the crew was really professional and took care to protect our flowerbeds and deck. They left zero mess when they were done and the results looked amazing!!!

We got some quotes from a few other companies. RCS was the best quote and the only company that offered to work with our insurance company. We called them and Mike came out that same day. 2 weeks later they came out and installed our new roof.We were very happy with the communication Mike shared with us. They were here at 7:30 in the morning and worked very hard. Mike met the roofing crew and stayed onsite during the entire job. The roof was done by 5 pm. They cleaned up even used a metal detector and cleaned up any nails that was missed. We highly recommend this company.

Mike came out to inspect my roof and promised to get me a new roof. Mike knew exactly what to look for and walked me through every step. I just can’t say enough. I met project manager Tom Isaac through my neighbor, which I considered a good sign, because my neighbor wouldn't have bothered if he'd smelled a rat... From the start, Tom was charming and informative, and made me feel at ease. As we chatted, he pointed out some damage on my roof that I hadn't yet noticed. He gave me some really good advice to consider, and I decided to file a claim with my home insurance provider for a roof compromised by storm damage, my claim was accepted and I received a depreciated settlement. Thanks to Tom, I was able to navigate the entire experience flawlessly and with confidence - in hindsight, he is a tremendously talented project manager, and represents his company extremely well. Even though it was November, he rushed local permitting and coordinated a crew to complete the work in 2 days, before the worst of winter arrived.

Tom came to the right place at the right time, and now I sleep better at night. In July 2023 I had a nasty hail storm hit my area! when I tried to contact my insurance company at first I got nothing but red tape and excuses. Thank God for Tom Isaac with RCS Columbus. He performed an extensive roof inspection, taking lots of pictures, and he worked diligently with my Insurance Company. When they played hard ball, Tom continued to work with them. To make a long story short, I would not have been able to get a new roof if it were not for Tom! The only thing it cost me was my deductable! Tom Isaac is a rock star in my book; along with, RCS Roofing and their staff, they did an amazing job. in fact they replaced the whole thing in one day.
