Completely unresponsive and doesn't stand by their work.
I have called multiple times, texted multiple times, emailed multiple times, and he does not respond to any of them.
We are left having to empty a container of water in the attic every time it rains.
The leak that was supposed to be repaired by this roofer was not addressed.
We went to them because another company kept missing their appointment.

I had en emergency situation with my roof, and they came out and replaced the entire roof and carport roof in a half day. I couldn't be more pleased. And didn't leave any debris whatsoever either. Couldn't tell anyone had even been there unless you saw the new roof. Absolutely recommended these guys. Great job!

We called after a storm. Jason Paulsen was the only one to respond. They came out right away to assess the damage. We had our roof replaced quickly. They showed up when they said they would and took care of everything. Thank you so much!!

Completely unresponsive and doesn't stand by their work. We purchased a home that they installed a new roof on while we were under contract. We moved in and found that a leak that was supposed to be repaired by this roofer when they put the new roof on was not addressed. I have called multiple times, texted multiple times, emailed multiple times, filled out a form on their website and he does not respond to any of them. We are left having to empty a container of water in the attic every time it rains while trying to find (and pay) someone else to fix the problem on a brand new roof.
