We recently hired RBK Enterprise to remodel our entire house. With Richard’s expertise and a very organized schedule, our project moved along quickly and efficiently. We chose to live in the house during the demo and remodel. I wasn't sure if this was a wise decision, but Richard’s crew and timeline made it all work seamlessly. Since we were living there, everyone that worked on the house was very attentive to our needs and cleaned up as they went. What we were most impressed with was Richard’s project management skills. He treated us like we were his only client. He kept all of our different projects lined up and on time so that we used every day to its fullest. No time was wasted, so the whole project was completed on time and within budget. Amazing!

RBK Enterprises offers home-improvement services such as window and gutter cleaning, pressure washing, snow removal, painting, and remodeling.

I have been a customer of RBK three times, once for cleaning my gutters, once for pressure washing my deck, and once for pressure washing and sealing my concrete. The employees always communicated promptly and politely with me, arrived at my house on time, and performed the work well. The exterior of my house looks much cleaner.

RBK has cleaned our windows for many years. We are very satisfied with them. They always do a wonderful job. They have also done a great job of cleaning our gutters. Awesome company to do business with.

I rented from RBK Enterprises, and upon leaving they kept most of my security deposit AND pet deposit. Despite me hiring professionals to clean the carpet they stated that it wasn’t done properly and charged me to have it redone. They also charged me to pressure wash the property and to have all new landscaping done, despite the fact that I had weeded the property and g went back several times to the property to resolve the issues they brought up before leaving. Though they acted as if I could make an attempt to address their concerns and leave the property so I wasn’t penalized, they still took a majority of the security deposit, literally stealing thousands of dollars from me unjustly. Since when is pressure washing the outside of the building considered routine maintenance? This is a sketchy company that operates out of trailers that they station off of the highway. They will make every effort to nickel and dime you. Avoid at all costs.

RBK had a delay on my scheduled day of window washing but kept me informed and quickly rescheduled me on another day. The window washing was done in a quick, but thorough manner! I have them scheduled quarterly to return to continue doing the outside windows. Definitely recommend their services.

Our home has custom shaped contemporary windows. One must be able to do yoga moves, on the ladder, to clean our windows. RBK Enterprises Inc. does a magnificent job of cleaning our windows, skylights and sliding glass doors. Never a streak or smudge!

I had trouble getting my windows washed this summer. Called the end of May. Called mid July, they had no record of me on the schedule. A window washer came and asked me to reschedule because of rain. Finally, the windows were washed August 11. I was ready to give up.

RBK always does a great job cleaning all my exterior windows! They always give me plenty of notice to remove the screens and are flexible with the timing.

The field workers are hardworking, courteous, do a great job, arrive as scheduled and are respectful of property, and just overall good people. The office staff is also courteous, helpful and timely in communications. Highly recommend this biz! They visit quarterly, and will add additional services as requested, ie, indoor window washing, power washing, etc. I’ve worked with other services but these folks I’m sticking with. Have worked with them for over two years.
