After facing constantly clogged and slow moving gutters for years I pulled the trigger and upgraded to 6" with the gutter guards. I couldn't be happier! First class from start to finish. All of my questions and concerns were answered right away. The crew was wonderful, and the cleanup was even better. I am so happy with the job Empire did on our new roof.

Most of the job was done excellently. The crew was great. Dave, who headed the crew, was exceptional. The reason for only one star is that we ended up with two completely different colors of roof: 2/3 "Patriot Red" and 1/3 black. We were not informed beforehand that this would be so. There are many different homes in our community that have the same style. None of those have been done with two different colors. The black part, which is more visible than all the rest, looks like tar paper. So the work, and as far as we know, the materials are high quality. But we were shocked to see the finished product and are extremely unhappy with it. The owner made a small deduction from the total cost, which we didn't ask for, that in no way compensates for the screw up.

EMPIRE ROOFING RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY WHEN I NEEDED THEM FOLLOWING A WINDSTORM. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, DID A GOOD JOB AND CHARGED A REASONABLE PRICE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED IN THE FUTURE.

I don’t remember the roofing service they provided but I’ve been pestered to provide this Google review for what must be years at this point.

We replaced our thirty year roof in 2021 and couldn't be happier with it, the roof gave our house an added "pop" that it needed. The roof is beautiful, who would think I'd say that about a roof! The crew was very professional and not only did an excellent job, they cleaned every scrap out of our yard. Highly recommended.

They replaced 3 large roofs for one of my customers. Fair price, great product and very responsive to any issues or questions. We will use them again.

Empire took on a challenging city sidewalk/retaining wall/stair issue for us. They worked with us to create a project that fit our needs and our budget, and the concrete work looks great- borders on all the sidewalks, sturdy retaining wall, and excellent communication throughout. We have hired them before, and will again for sure.

The crew was very professional and did an excellent job. They keep the area around my home picked up and neat. They also repaired some flashing that had come loose from wind damage. We had them return for another job, replacing shutters on the second floor. Again, then did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of exterior work like ours.

Empire shingled a porch roof for our company and did a great job. Roman arrange and coordinated quickly and issue free. Workers moved efficiently, and did a perfect job and cleaned up afterwards. I just hired Empire to do a second 40 plus sq. roof and siding on another project and cant wait. As a contractor I can not have down time or any type of issue and there were neither. JB sent someone immediately to fix a problem I had with a leak around a widow due to the flashing. Also, A problem with the gutters after the new roof was finished was taken care of immediately. I had my roof and gutters and downspouts replaced by Empire. They did a wonderful job including cleaning up all the debris. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our siding was old and falling off of the house due to storms. I called around for quotes and Empire Roofing was responsive and had an excellent quote and timeline. They quickly answer questions via phone, email, or text. We ended up getting the siding, soffit, facia, shutters, and gutters replaced and they were done in 3 days. Happy with the work we had them replace the old roof a few months later, it was done in one day. Its like having a brand new house.

I would like to say first, the staff was exceptionally courteous and professional as well as very knowledgeable! The work was done very well and on time and actually under what was originally quoted. We as a family would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I needed a long high gutter coming down from a rooftop deck rehung because it fell during a storm. Within a couple of days it was hung back up securely. The guys were very nice and went over the work they had done to make sure I was satisfied. I also appreciated that they reused the gutter I already had instead of charging more for a new one.

Empire replaced my roof in the fall of 2022. They did a great job on the new replacement. They also did a fantastic job on flashing. When the job was completed ,they did a thorough clean up and left the property looking great. I would recommend Empire to do your roof.

These guys were great! My roof is flat and that requires a different approach and of course different roofing materials. The whole thing took about 2 days and I am completely happy with it. Only a minor setback a couple months after, there was part of flashing that wrapped around the front of my house that was coming off and they came within a few days to repair and replace. I was referred to them and I will refer them to any others.

I had a very positive past experience with Empire when they performed some repairs on my roof. My neighbor had Empire install their new roof and had high praise for the Amish installers. Empire ended up being the low quote by a few hundred dollars, so based on experience, reputation, ownership (veterans), and price, I hired them. The work was done about two weeks after signing the contract. Overall, I felt like I got a "B" or a "C" crew (not Amish), the work was done in a single day and they really seemed to be in a rush. I understand it is hard to get good workers, but this crew didn't seem to be "trained to standard" to use military parlance. Some of them knew how to install shingles and the others were there to help. Their hurry was especially apparent on the roof edges. When the crew removed the old shingles they weren't careful where they threw them, resulting in many "tar" marks on our new porch railing. Empire's project supervisor sent some guys out to chalk and cut the uneven roof edge (not much of an overhang now), and fortunately, the black marks on the railing were removable, but overall I sensed that not a great deal of care or pride in workmanship went into my roof installation, despite the company's GAF certification. Once the roof was on, there wasn't a whole lot the supervisor could do at that point except apologize for my feeling of unease/disappointment. Of course, if anything about the roof does fail in the future, there is the GAF warranty - but in retrospect I sense that warranty gives installers - let's just say "flexibility" - when it comes to attention to detail.

Empire roofing did an excellent job with our new roof! They were very responsive, efficient, responsible, and friendly!! We were in a time crunch due to a very old leaky roof and they worked with us and gave us a very reasonable price. The house looks so much better and we feel so much relief in knowing we won’t have to worry about any more leaks!!

Very good job on a problem area of my roof where I had repeated repairs from other companies that never worked. Empire fixed it first try!

Updated: While the roof seems solid I've been having consistent issues with my new gutters. Any time I have called JB has had someone come out to fix them but the issues keep happening. I called JB on March 2nd to discuss why the issues remain and what we can do to remedy the situation for good. JB said he would send someone out, but I haven't heard anything since our initial conversation. It's been a point of frustration as these new gutters have been causing other problems throughout our property. Until there is some final resolution on the gutters I can't keep my previous 5 star review.

It was a pleasure working with Empire Roofing. Very well priced, professional, and everything was installed quickly.

We had our roof and gutters replaced in 2019 by Empire roofing and they were professional and timely and cleaned up most of the roofing nails and debris. In 2020, we had some minor gutter corrections, leaf relief adjustments, and aluminum flashing installed where fascia board was exposed.

In 2024, we had a plumbing stack leak (though at the time, I thought it was the roof leaking). As we had rain in the forecast, I was frantic to have the issue resolved to prevent further damage. Empire Roofing was able to diagnose the issue quickly which ultimately involved crawling through my attic to find that the source of the water was from the junction of a copper and larger PVC pipe. This was impossible to know when the roof was redone in 2019 because this junction was inside the roof when the addition was done prior to us owning the home. While Empire was there, they inspected the rest of the roof, caulked any nail heads and flashing.

I appreciate the quick and thorough response - I can rest better tonight knowing that my leak is resolved.

Empire installed vinyl siding on my house several years ago. They went out of the way to find a particular vertical siding that I wanted, and were quick, professional, cleaned up beautifully, and right on schedule both with starting and finishing. I couldn't be more pleased! This summer I had Empire install a new roof. They came exactly as scheduled and completed the job in one day I can't recommended them highly enough... 11 stars!
