RayAccess provided an inspection, exterior window cleaning and gutter cleaning. Total cost was $1210.00. This was way too high for the actual cost and time spent to complete the job. Quality of work performed was good but this did not justify the high cost. A more competitive cost is $750-$900. I would have given a 5 star review at this cost. I am only giving them a 2 star review due to the extremely high cost for the actual work performed. For example, they charged $300 for the inspection which should have only cost between $75-$100.

Sebastian did an incredible job cleansing the windows of my apartment today. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough with his work. I couldn’t be more satisfied and will definitely be requesting him again!!

We wanted to try a new company to clean gutters for winter. Ray Access had both a great reputation and terrific reviews online. We were not disappointed. Sabastian exceeded our expectations. Gutters were cleaned from the roof and flushed, both the house and detached garage. He spent time unclogging several gutters then flushing clear. Sabastian also washed our car with remaining washing mix and pressurized water as some debris had fallen on the car! Sabastian was punctual, courteous, dedicated to the task at hand and effective. Thank you!!

We have had great service from this company for the last 2 years. They make scheduling very easy and always show up on time and do a great job.

RayAccess has serviced my house for a second time now. This round they went above and beyond. Alexis and Eduardo had a really high attention for detail. They worked very hard to get to and through every nook and cranny for our exterior property cleaning. I look forward to our next project with them!

The gentleman from RayAccess was on time explained the process and willing to answer all questions about the process. He took care around any plants that were in the area he was cleaning. When finished he made sure the total area was clean even going as far as to clean my neighbors grill we're some water from the roof had splashed over.
In all I was very happy with the quality of work as well as the staff. As a 23 year vet of the arm forces I hold my contractors to a high goal, this company and their staff more than passed the test.

Great job cleaning out my old rain gutters! Sebastian was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job explaining the process and letting me know of any problems with my gutters. I will definitely be calling Ray Access again!

Eduardo and Alexis really impressed me. First! They were on time. Very professional and congenial. They assessed the issue with my skylight, and went straight to work on fixing it. Dude Ray Access is GREAT! I work for our church in the valley and we have a big glass dome that is 20 ft high and 50 ft across. Cleaning it is extremely difficult but the team from Ray Access were able to efficiently clean it and did an amazing job. They brought a DRONE with a hose attached to get the top of the dome, something which we couldnt reach. All in all, we're really happy with their work, their professionalism and the quality. Will definitely be using them again!

Johnny and Breg were so thorough and did such a great job of cleaning my windows. The result is absolutely spotless. They also showed me a problem with one of my downspouts that needs a plumber's attention, they were polite and wonderful to work with. I am a personal assistant for a screenwriter/producer in Culver City. I have used Ray Access twice (6 months apart) to clean the many windows & doors in my boss’s (very large) house. Not only have they been super accommodating with my schedule (both times), they’ve also done a fantastic job of making the glass look spotless. Perhaps the most important reason I am writing this review is to say that I have never met such kind and respectful people through any company until Ray Access. All three of the technicians/employees who were sent to my boss’s house have been hard-working, self-aware, and truly made me feel comfortable with allowing them to roam the house without constant supervision. They always wear shoe covers, ask which restroom to use (before assuming they’re all for everyone), and make absolutely sure I am satisfied with the work before leaving. We tried several other companies before Ray Access, and each one posed the same set of problems—messy, careless, lacked accountability, and were overall very rude. These guys are the complete opposite. I also want to give a big shoutout to Rebecca, the receptionist/scheduler, for being so consistently friendly and helpful. Oh and the price is undeniably fair! There are no surprise fees, and the payment options are the simplest. Thank you!

Had a leak in our sliding glass door. Eduardo came out to seal it. Eduardo was very professional. He went above and beyond when it came to removing the old caulking to ensure the new caulking could get a great seal. Also, did a great job at explaining the difference between the types of caulking and how it works overall. Easy to talk to and felt like I made the right choice by going with Ray Access Inc. I have used Ray access multiple times and my parents used them at their condo on the Marina peninsula. The team always shows up on time, clean, do great work, and leave the work site cleaner than when they arrived. They have no problem with second and third story windows. They never damage screens; and they were nice to my dogs . I highly recommend Ray Access as a reasonably priced, efficient, window cleaning service. Edwardo and Anselmo arrived about two minutes before their scheduled time, ready to rumble. We did a walk- through of the property so they could get an idea of how to attack the gutters. They spent about 3 hours, very busy the whole time. Afterwards Eduardo showed me several defective segments of the gutters that would warrant minor repairs. He explained everything so well. He also showed me several videos he took during the cleaning process that clearly showed that we needed the gutters cleaned. He showed before and after pictures and videos that dramatically and clearly showed the good work they did . He also placed several sheet metal screws in a couple of down spouts to better secure the ground level segments to the upper segments. to prevent them from falling off. .
Overall they did a superior job. We could not have been happier. And by the way, the fee charged was very reasonable and within their estimate. .

Sebastian's gutter cleaning is next level. He tackled my blocked-up gutters, both up and down ones, with total care and left them working perfectly. He didn't miss a single spot and even cleaned up all the mess around, making everything look neat. Honestly, this page doesn't have enough stars to show how awesome his work is. Sebastian is the guy you want for cleaning gutters, no doubt.

Great service. Sealed our windows and were very thorough. Even brought a drone to inspect all areas surrounding our unit to ensure there were no loose ends. That part was pretty cool.

I reached out to RayAccess to track down a persistent building leak I had been unsuccessful in finding or correcting for several years. Eduardo came out and inspected the building and identified several locations that contributed to water intrusion. He followed up with a phone call and photos to help explain what he found and what he recommended be done to make the building watertight - all of which made sense. We had a little hiccup in the scheduling, but putting that aside, I am very satisfied with the inspection and recommendations.

Eduardo and Luis came out to my home to find the source of a leak that has been an issue for almost 2 years. They were able to find the source of the leak in minutes and get everything sealed and taken care of. Extremely nice, detail oriented and clean. Appreciate the great work.

1st time I used RayAccess to clean the windowns inside and out @ my biz and they did a great job! It was much better than the previous company I used and I liked that they bring their own water softener. Service was prompt and friendly.

Just dropping a recommendation if you are looking at gutter cleaning. I had RayAccess, Inc come out today to clean the gutters. It was extremely easy to schedule, they came out within a few days, and provided a written (via email) estimate based on my description of the house. Johnny and Eduardo showed up on time (even a bit early) and did a great job. They took before and after photos and videos as well as pointed out a few areas that will need some minor repair in the future. Very competitive pricing as well.

The work crew did a satisfactory job, unfortunately, they were in a hurry to get to the next job set up by the office. Based on past experience with another vendor I feel the value for the price was not a good value. This is not a reflection of the two gentlemen working the job. I think they did a commendable job.I think they were overbooked. Additionally, your receptionist is a not client friendly in my opinion. Furthermore , giving a range on a estimate and billing at the high end of the range feels a little like the company is taking advantage on estimates to get the job.

Ray's always does an unbelievable and professional job cleaning my windows! They work hard to clean every nook and cranny and have all the tools to make sure that they can get everything off each window inside and I. I'm definitely not cleaning my own windows anymore!

Wow! This company sets a new standard when it comes to professionalism. Natalie who schedules the appointments is on top of her game unlike anyone else I have ever met. Within three minutes of talking to her, she sent me a google image of the location of my unit, asked me confirm my unit's location, she also researched online confirming the unit's square footage, and provide me with a quote. She made the scheduling process easy, plus the number of details she covered gave me utmost confidence that RayAccess is top notch. Today Jonathan came out and delivered big! The interior and exterior windows look great. He used a 40 foot pole to reach the exteriors from the ground, and then turned around to use the same pole, to reach down from the roof, to reach other windows. What determination! The windows look brand new. My new tenants could not be happier. I recommend this company to anyone, especially if you have tenants who are requesting window cleaning. As a landlord, it can be stressful to hire a company to clean my unit, when I have tenants occupying it. Yet, Ray Access took all the stress out of the experience through their exceptional management skills. Plus delivered sparkling clean windows inside and out. They are worth every penny!

The two handymen who came to our office, brought all needed tools to perform the jobs we had for them. They put together metal rolling carts and hung mirrors. The were courteous and professional. We will be hiring them again. We had another Rayaccess handyman work at our office a couple of years ago and he figured out (and fixed) where the rain leaks were coming into the office from unfinished seals in doors and windows. Important to note: Rayaccess has liability insurance (unlike TaskRabbit) for their workers, so we don't have to be worried about being liable at our office.

Getting alot of windows cleaned when you live on a main road in LA isn’t cheap. But when the result ends up like this you are very happy to spend the money. So it ends up feeling like good value for money.

The team were professional and courteous and had incredible attention to detail. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

The moment I realised how much they care about their work was when they had finished and noticed some marks at a different angle and so got up a ladder again with a scrubbing cloth to hand scrub some small marks off a second story window.
