Strong communication. Honest. Expeditious. Fair pricing. Cannot go wrong with these folks. I’ve used them multiple times and they keep me coming back. I’ve even had special requests that that graciously accommodated.

Ratliff was amazing! Jason came out and gave me a quote and answered all my questions. They installed a brand new gutter, fixed the slopes in the gutters, cleaned out all the gutters, and added gutter guards. At the end they tasted to make sure everything was working properly. Would highly recommend!

Thanks Ratliff Enterprises – my home looks brand new! We had Ratliff install new siding, gutters and downspouts on our South Overland Park, KS home. It was just the facelift we needed! The price was very reasonable compared to competitors, the quality of the work was outstanding, communication through the project was great, and the crew was professional and responsive to questions or requests. I appreciated it when they thoroughly cleaned up the property after the project was completed. We get so many compliments on the new look! We couldn’t be happier!

The salesman who came to give estimate was friendly and professional, but he didn't bid the job correctly because more work had to be done later (for an additional charge). The workers who came out tried to install used materials, then I called them on it and they had to reschedule so they could pick up new materials. The owner apologized for this but it still took another week to get the work done. The initial repair didn't work and I called the salesman who was still friendly, but took several days to return my call and then several more days to schedule the second fix.
Overall the experience wasn't great. I even tried to contact the office staff about my dissatisfaction, but they didn't return email or phone call. Communication with this company is poor and the work done is just average.

Great customer service, I called and they got right back to me. They had to ordered some materials for my roof, but communication was great. Materials came in as stated and a crew was sent to my house. Crew did the job in a professional manner - showed up when stated, courteous of my property and clean up was great. Job well done! My roof looks great.

Ratliff was responsive when I needed my roof replaced. They went well beyond all expectations in quality, professionalism and customer service. Their work is outstanding. Second to none. I will happily hire them in the future for any roofing issued.

My experience with Ratliff Enterprises to have my roof replaced was excellent in all ways. They were responsive, knowledgeable, attentive to concerns, friendly and professional. They provided a competitive estimate and scheduled the project in a very timely manner considering the unpredictability of winter weather. The crew performed the work efficiently and professionally, the clean-up and removal of materials was thorough, and I am very pleased with the appearance of the new roof!

Chad was very helpful getting a quote quickly and working with my insurance. The crew was out the next week and worked efficiently to get the job done! They were friendly and cleaned up well when they were finished. Will definitely be recommending this company and using later when I plan to redo the siding! Thanks guys!!

Ratliff installed a new roof and gutters on a house we had just purchased. Mike (owner) was very easy to work with, making multiple trips out to discuss the job, provide samples, etc. He provided a straightforward estimate, and stuck to the numbers even when we asked for minor changes after the fact (no extra billing)! Work crews were diligent, timely, professional, and polite. Mike stopped by every day to ensure everything was going well and that we were happy. Mike was happy to answer questions or concerns we had during the job and had no problem having his crews address small details that I asked about. His foreman Gaston also stopped by most days and Mario the lead installer was the first one there, last one out every day. Job was done as promised, when promised. Overall this was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. We've had one good hard rain on the new roof and so far no issues have come up. Will post updated review if follow up with Mike is needed down the road (5-year warranty on Ratliff's work).

PS their bid was also the most competitive out of three we received.

My husband and I just bought a new home, we hired Ratliff to do our gutters and we had ZERO problems or complications! Everyone was VERY helpful, respectful, and kind. The work they did is absolutely beautiful!! I would recommend Ratliff Enterprises 10 times out of 10!!

Exceptionally poor services and communication. After one repair, the man who did the job tried to get my husband to pay in cash on the spot, and when my husband refused he said to him that the company would bill us for 300 when he was only asking for 100 on the spot. Super sketchy and unprofessional. This was after we already had multiple issues with this company. When my husband tried to call Mike to tell him about it, he never returned his call (which was par for the course by that point).

Other people seem to have had good experiences, but that was not the case for us. We were especially shocked since this company was recommended to us by our realtor. When we told our realtor about our experience, he was equally surprised and upset.

I hope other people have better interactions than we did.

Highly professional and straight forward, easy experience. The work done on the house was high quality. Very happy to recommend these guys to anybody.

I called Ratliff to help out an elderly friend of mine. Ratliff was more than willing to complete a small job, and even do a small job that wasn't typically something they do. I followed up with my friend and they were very very pleased with the Ratliff team. I really appreciate the work ethic this team demonstrated, and how far they went to help out this customer. I would suggest that you DO NOT use Ratliff for your guttering needs. In 2011 following a hail storm I had Ratliff install all new gutters and downspouts on my home. I also had a different company install a completely new roof at the same time. Ever since I had the new roof and gutters installed I will occasionally (a couple times a year) have a small interior leak in one particular area of my home. I've had the roofers out multiple times and finally during the last visit the roofing foreman showed me what may be part of the problem. I have a peak over my front door and Ratliff did the guttering, for some reason, different ways on each side. On one side the water correctly drains from the peak into the gutter and then into a downspout. On the other side there is a gutter but instead of having a downspout like it should, the back of the gutter was left open. Therefore, all the water from the peak rolls down the roof, into the gutter, and then backwards up against the house. The roofer was puzzled why they would have done it this way and requested that I call Ratliff back out to properly install a downspout and get the water away from that area.
When I was finally able to get an estimator from Ratliff out to my house he acknowledged the problem and had no idea why it was done that way and why there wasn't a downspout on the problem side. He then proceeded to tell me it would be $295 to repair the area. I stated the job was not done correctly the first time and I didn't think it was fair to be charged $295 to fix their problem. The estimator said he would "talk to the boss" and let me know.
I never received a phone call like I requested to discuss the issue. Instead I received an estimate in the mail for $295 to "redo gutter on the south side of gable".
I highly, highly suggest you find a different company for your guttering needs.

Mike was AWESOME to work with! Got out for a bid within the hour, worked with our insurance company, and got the job done quick and efficiently! Couldn't even tell they had replaced the whole roof. They cleaned everything up and the roof and guttering looks wonderful! Thank you Mike :)

I would highly recommend Ratliff Enterprises. Mike and his crew took down and put on a whole new roof for me. They were professional, efficient and kind. They cleaned up everything as they went and put on a really nice, solid roof for me! I would not go anywhere else for my roofing and or guttering needs!
