We contacted Randy about a kitchen remodel at our home in port clinton. This is our second home. We reside full time in Chicago and my husband has been working in Philly during the week. We both drove in to meet with him.
Randy did not show up for our meeting and he didn't call. He called the following day and apologized. We agreed to meet for a second time and he would also bring his cabinet guy.
The cabinet guy showed up butRandy did not. Not even a call. The cabinet guy told us he thought randy was in Florida.
Very unprofessional way to run a business.

I would rate this company as poor. We hired them to paint an office and install new trim and the quality was sub-par. There was white paint on the wood trim, the door knob was left on one door that they painted and you can see the old color of the door through the paint plus there is paint on the door knob itself, there are black marks on the white trim that was installed, and you can see all of the nails in the trim where it was installed. On April 19, 2019, we advised them of the corrections which needed to be paid and in good faith, paid them in full. I haven't heard from the since. Very disappointed.
