Was very prompt with coming out and doing the estimate, then did the work within a week. Easy to work with and completed the job quickly.

Isaias called back within minutes when I contacted him on their website saying we were under a deadline. While we checked out at least 1 other company Ramirez Roofing LLC rose to the top due to their prompt responsiveness with the free estimate and fitting us into their busy schedule due to our insurance deadline.
Isaias explained the steps they take to ensure a quality product and to improve on the roof jobs he is often replacing. Isaias is on-site and does not subcontract out the work.
Ramirez Roofing, LLC came through at every step of the process, and Isaias and his crew were extremely pleasant to work with. They found and fixed several issues with the previous roof, including rotten plywood from poor work around the vents. Despite this, the timeline and cost were all within estimates. Cleanup was extremely thorough.

We just moved to Kingston a couple of weeks ago, so when our roof started leaking last night—Friday night—we were at a loss. We don’t know any local services yet. It’s supposed to be a very cold, wet week. I found Ramirez Roofing in a Google search for local roofing companies. Mr. Ramirez answered his phone, was at our house to assess the situation within an hour, gave us a reasonable quote and came back within an hour to do the work. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Ramirez, his speedy response and excellent service.

I did the recommended "get three bids". I chose the least expensive of the three expecting that I would be, in some way, compromised. Not the case with Ramirez Roofing. Isaias went beyond our agreement fixing flashing and fascia problems and was consultative in all aspects in getting the job done right. I found Isaias to be totally trustworthy and has a hardworking and reliable crew. The job was beautifully done, capturing just the right weather conditions. The job done right, efficiently, and reliably. I do not see why one would look elsewhere.

I have used Ramirez Roofing for several years to do cleaning and simple roof repairs. When it came time to replace my roof I got a couple of bids. Ramirez had the best bid and could give me what I needed and wanted. I did roofing in my youth and I still prefer hammer and nail to an air nailer. After they had removed the old shingles they found some minor issues that were hidden. They brought it to my attention and we worked out the best course of action. These professionals know their jobs and I got a beautiful new roof in 2.5 days start to finish. They also started within 1 week of reviewing the job.

They also used the latest techniques around the opening like my fireplace flue and power line.

My roof looks great, the gutters are clear and running well during this recent downpour, and the small shingle repairs were installed quickly and affordably. I will hire hire Ramirez Roofing again!

I don't normally leave reviews. But this company definitely deserves one!!! Isaias and his team are truly AMAZING! My roof was a moss ridden disaster. Now it looks BRAND NEW!! Ramirez Roofing meticulously inspects every inch of the roof by hand with a wire brush. The professionalism and care is beyond compare. There prices are very reasonable and they are finished with the work before you know they have started. Ramirez Roofing gets 5 STARS all day in my book and will use them again in the future!!!

Absolutely the BEST experience I've ever had with a contract team! I had a ventilation problem on top of a bad leak and most of my boards dry rotted because of it. Ramirez Roofing replaced my whole roof with all new boards, removed a chimney as requested, and tripled my ventilation all for a competitive price. He never tried to upsale or price hike like other roofers are during these troubling times.

Isaìas and his team are honest, hard working, and friendly. Communication is key in these big projects and they kept me up to date with every step and answered any questions I had. The crew were very polite and cleaned up exceptionally well after each day. They even finished ahead of schedule and the roof looks great and feels strong.

I can't believe this guy had any good reviews. My first impression is that he was very disorganized because he could give me a date and time for an appointment. I called the owner about getting a bid for my roof, which is a large job at about 28 squares and one story. He said he was busy but he would try to get me in the next day with a 30 minutes heads up. He texted me the next evening and said he wasn't able to make it. Okay I texted him back and told him when I'm available. He didn't respond to my text, so I thought that was the last I heard from him. The next day I got a call from him to say he would be there in 30 minutes. I said okay because I just happen to be at the property working with my son. He showed up and seemed to a nice guy, looked at the property, and said he would text or email me a bid. It's been a week and I haven't heard anything from him. I would understand if he didn't want to take on job, but tell me something. This is very unprofessional for a contractor.

Very prompt and professional service. We have had a skylight replaced, a bathroom/attic vent installed, and our roof/gutters cleaned twice in the past six months. Every job was thoroughly handled and explained. Prices were very reasonable. We would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Among several roofing company bids, there was no doubt that Ramirez Roofing would be the company to replace my roof and skylights. I was right. From the detailed contract to the completed job, all was highly professional. Any proposed changes during the project were discussed and questions were answethe red, resulting in a better way and still within the contract along with top-notch craftsmanship. This is a company that cares for the client, and I wish there were a higher rating than five stars.

Last year we had Ramirez reroof our daughters house. we were so pleased with the the finished job that we had him do our house this year. And again he proved to be very professional, on time, excellent work and reasonable.

Rarely are my expectations exceeded by any contractor. Ramirez Roofing is one of those rarities. Top notch, stellar service, from the initial contact and estimate, to the final completed job. His bid for our tile roof cleaning job was very reasonable. The job that he and his worker did on cleaning our tile roof was nothing short of exemplary. This was the best cleaning job that I have ever seen on a tile roof. Their attention to detail was nothing that I've seen before. It was so evident in the care that they showed for our property that they respected the property and wanted us to be pleased with their work. And pleased we were! After completing the work, they did a great job of cleaning the decks, walkways, and grounds to insure that anything that came off of the roofs was removed from the premises. As far as I'm concerned, if you need a new roof, roof repair, or roof cleaning, Ramirez Roofing is the only company you need to contact!

We have a tile roof that had a few leaks and broken tiles. It was also covered in moss. I had other roofers look at it and they told me I needed a new roof without even taking a close look at the leaks. I called Ramirez Roofing because of the good reviews and we were ready to pay for a new roof that I figured would set us back at least $20k. Isaias came by and upon meeting him I got a strong sense that he was honest and wouldn't BS me. I showed him where the leaks were and he told me they were relatively easy fixes and that I wouldn't need a new roof. He pretty much talked me out of spending what he said would cost me at least $30k for n a new roof. A week later his crew showed up, got rid of most of the moss, then came again the following day to finish the job. The roof looks great and from the get go he told me it shouldn't leak anymore but to keep an eye on it. So far after some serious rain no leaks. He literally saved me tens of thousands of dollars. He told/taught me all about the type of roof I had and all the details of how it was built and why I shouldn't replace it.
I highly recommend Ramirez Roofing. They should be the FIRST people you call, you won't regret it.

A very happy customer here! Needed a long overdue roof-over since leaks had started. So relieved to find Isaias Ramirez of Ramirez Roofing! Was even able to get the job done in early January within a nice break in the Winter weather. Most roofers in Kitsap were scheduling 6 months out! Did such a nice and professional job along with improvements in flashing, valley protection, and solid metal replacement vents, as well as great clean-up too! To boot, very reasonable as compared to other roofer estimates. Thanks Isaias! Great job, and well done!

Splendid roofing contractor. I needed a large porch (10' x 40') re-roofed, it was leaking (winter rain). The weather outlook was lousy for several weeks, but at the first good forecast he called and scheduled the work, which took a total of three days, including tear-off, new plywood, new membrane and new shingles, three rows up the main roof too. His price for the porch work was good enough I also had him scrub the moss off the whole roof and replace the ridge cap shingles. Mr. Ramirez is a very hard working man and his helper as well. Both were extremely pleasant to work with, got the work done, the house all cleaned up and gone as planned. Simply splendid. I am completely puzzled by the person who reviewed so terribly negatively. My experience from start to finish was as good as it gets.

Ramirez Roofing did some work at my mother in laws house in Bremerton and she was impressed that they came out in the rain to do some repair work. They showed up on time and cleaned up when they were done. They didn't try to take advantage of her and because of that and their exception work, she would recommends them.
