Ramirez construction

This is not a well run company. The owner charges for hours he does not work. He charged me for 80 hours when he worked only 20 hours. The work by his 3 men was done well but the business does not run correctly. He made me pay for lunch breaks for him and his 3 workers and time they did not work. The men did not speak English and was hard to communicate. The owner was supposed to be here every day working with the 3 workers but only dropped supplies off to them and left. I could not get him to understand I did not want to pay him for hours not worked. I ended up paying him because I was done trying to get him to understand how it works. I do not recommend him. He was unprepaired every day asking me to go pick up supplies at stores.

Ramirez Construction finished my basement into a fabulous family room, full bathroom, utility room and storage room. Edis Ramirez was with me the whole way through from design ideas through to completion. His team are hard workers who were a delight to have on the project. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Ramires Construction for you home improvements, big and small.

These guys were very professional showed up every day before I expected and worked until the sun went down. It’s hard to find construction teams like this. Eddie asked me daily how things looked if this is what I wanted. I’m very pleased with their work and would recommend these guys to anybody you will not go wrong working with Ramirez Construction
