Showed up early, but stayed as long as needed to walk through and around house to share findings in detail and in context with photos. Report thorough and sent early next morning.

Jeff just did a property inspection for me today and he was great. I did not follow him around. If he came across something, he would find me wherever I was and discuss the issue in a very matter-of-fact, easy to understand way. He was very professional and personable. He gave me recommendations not just on how to go about some possible repairs, but also where to go paddleboarding in the area! I had a very thorough inspection report within an hour and a half of leaving the property. Highly recommend

Ryan was outstanding, very professional and very thorough. He was very organized and pointed out good and bad things!
He did not rush and he took many pictures of hard to reach places (like the attic), he found many defects (like water damage in ceiling near deck), all great info that we need to know before buying this house.

The whole process from initial scheduling to final report was absolutely flawless. Andy showed up early and went right to work. Dave was very detail-oriented and we really appreciated how well he communicated with us about each feature he was inspecting. He was thorough, organized, and helpful with our questions/concerns. His report was generated earlier than scheduled, and was displayed in a way that made it easy to read, understand and sort into priorities. If/when we ever decide to sell this house, we may even have him do a pre-inspection for us!

David Brezack was on time for the inspection. He took his time to explain every little detail to our clients. The report was thorough and the pictures were very helpful. No surprizes in the report that we didn't already know about and understand, but a great physical record of what we heard and saw during the inspection. Overall good experience for everyone.

David inspected our house and gave us a fantastic and detailed report on all we needed to be aware of and more. He was happy to explain why things would be marked as a fail/pass and how important individual items were. Even with a very tight and difficult squeeze into the attic he handled it in stride and got us a great view of this hard to reach area. The review came back to us so fast so we did not have to worry about running out of our inspection clause window.

Jeff was was there even before I got there and was already working away. He walked the property with me and pointed out things I should be aware of. He answered all my questions. Very friendly and professional and easy to work with.

This was my first time using them and I was very impressed. Ryan arrived early and set time expectations . He was very thorough and took time to explain. The turn around was less than 24 hours and made a point to tell my buyer please reach out with any questions . They also got me in very quickly which is very important to allow client to have time to process the report before deadlines . I will use them again.
