They came out and fixed our water leak within an hour of us calling them. Very professional, great work and great pricing! We will definitely use them again!

We had Donnie and his crew completely run new water line from the meter to the building at Reedy's Appliance. Our old line from the 60's had a major leak and was leaking 14,000 gallons a month. The leak was definitely under our building or parking lot. They were able to run new water line and reroute the line to the building without touching our parking lot or showroom floor. Many thanks for a great job and all the great people at Ramey's. I highly recommend Ramey's for all major or minor plumbing needs.

LOVE this company!!!! We had a house full of people for the weekend and Lowes just installed a refrigerator and damaged the water line. They had to turn off our water to the house because they couldn't fix it.. This was Friday night at 5 o'clock. We called EVERY plumber on google and the only one to respond was Ramey. God bless you! Not only did they send a plumber, they sent Super man. Best plumber /contractor, I have come across since my dad. Mark, so knowledgeable about everything, clamped the line for the night so we had water. He came back in the morning at 8 o'clock with what he needed to complete the job and fixed everything at a very reasonable price. So professional and pleasant. Love this company. Thank you!!!!

Called Ricky about estimate on cutting a tree and after agreeing his crew were at our house that evening and got the job done quickly and did an excellent job cleaning up. Great service Thanks guys!!!!!

They were 3 hours late after calling and asking if they can come at the earlier time. Price ended up being more than doubled what we agreed on and had sent pictures. I was here the whole time the guy spent most of the time out at his truck running up the time I guess. The problem was what we had discussed and no discussion was made that they were not going to honor the original price. We have older home will need future work but it wont be with Ramey's. Not professional at all.

About a year ago they replaced a toilet, cut off valve to the toilet and a dryer electrical cord. They didn’t do something correct on the toilet and now we have someone that has to come in and replace the entire floor due to it leaking under the toilet this entire year. The floor started rotting out and the toilet started leaning back. Ever since they were messing in my breaker box because they couldn’t get the dryer to work, my hot water heater has only half way worked, to which they said it was only testing at 50% but the funny thing is that it was working fine before they came out. These guys have cost us nothing but more money. I strongly suggest you do not contact them for any of your home needs.

Had a mini emergency, they were out pretty quickly all things considered. Got my plumbing problem cleared up in about 15 minutes, reasonably priced as well. I have no complaints.

I contacted this company about a leak under my moms trailer. They said that they would come that day to look at it. I asked them around what time that they thought they may be coming and he said sometime after lunch. I waited and waited for several hours after lunch time. I tried to call back the number to be for sure someone was still going to be coming. Got no answer and I left a message for someone to call me back. They never came and I never got a call back. These people tell nothing but lies. I do not recommend these people. I wish I had of read some of the reviews before I even bothered to call them. I see where this has been done to others as well. All they did was make me waste my time when I could have been looking for someone else to fix this problem.

They did work for a friend. Charged 10 times more than they should because they never fixed the original leak and also broke a marble sink and in the process. The only thing they did do was hook up a washer and dryer and charged over $600. Do not use Ramey

Ramey’s plumbing did a wonderful job on our bathroom! They work quickly and efficiently! The owner and his workers make customer service a main priority! Quality work and people! I definitely recommend!

Ramey came to my dad's house to inspect a leak in the living room ceiling on early Monday morning 1/8/17… They said that they needed to get something for the upstairs toilet and that they'd be back--- but they NEVER came back! All day on Monday, no one came back and no one called- despite me leaving a voicemail message. My dad and I both left voicemails Monday and Tuesday, which were unreturned. After leaving a final message in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, threatening a negative online presence, someone *finally* called us back-- but they were too late. We went with K. FARMER PLUMBING & SERVICE in Hillsville, Virginia.

Lesson to be learned by Ramey: "Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you." Also, don't assume that, because your customers are 70+ years old that they don't know about Yelp, Angie's List, and the like... Because their kids and grandkids do!

Needed a plumber in a hurry called early Saturday morning they worked all day till 7pm and never gave up. Flushed my dentures down the toilet and was distraught .thank you Rick and his helper. Can't believe they found them and saved the day and me alot of money and time Joe

Yesterday evening I came home to a flooded bathroom and hallway. The shut-off valve and the pipe at the back of the toilet had started leaking. Actually, it was more like a good size stream of water than a leak. I called several plumbers in this area trying to find someone who could fix the problem, but because it was so late the only one I could get to answer my call was Ramey Plumbing & Electric. The man I spoke with told me to turn off the shut-off vlave, but the valve would not turn. I called back and was told to turn the water off to the entire mobile home. We tried, but were unable to turn the valve to turn the water off. The valve just would not turn. I called Ramey Plumbing & Electric back and was told someone would come right out and help us turn the water off. I was also told someone would be at my home by 12:00 today. Well, no one showed last night. I figured that maybe because it was so late that might be why no one came, although I was a bit angry that I was told someone would come and no one did. All night last night I had to mop up water to prevent more damage and to prevent water from going down a heating and cooling vent. I was sure that someone would be at my home by 12:00 today because that was what I promised. 12:00 came and went. At 1:00 I called Ramey Plumbing & Electric, but no one answered. I left a message for someone to call me, but no one called. At 1:45 there still wasn't anyone at my house, so I called a second time. Again, no one answered the phone, so I left yet another message asking for someone to please call me. No one called. Finally, after trying a third time to reach Ramey Plumbing & Electric because the flow of water was getting bigger, I called the man I'm buying the home from and was told someone would be right out. Within 20 minutes the man I'm buying the mobile home from and another gentleman was at my house and the problem was fixed, thank the Lord. The point is, Ramey Plumping & Electric promised to come to my house last night, and they promised to be at my house to fix the problem at 12:00 today and they NEVER showed up and I NEVER got a call back from them. I feel that if you promise someone to do something, you should do it. I always try to keep my promises, and I always try to tell the truth, and I expect the same from others. Ramey Plumbing & Electric is a business. If they promise to do something, they should do it. Period. Needless to say I will NEVER seek services from Ramey Plumbing & Electric again.

Had an issue this morning and called Ramey Plumbing. They came right out and fixed it. Also gave us some background on the house as he has done work on this property before. BTW.... the issue today was not a re-fix of something he had done before. GREAT WORK RAMEY PLUMBING. Will tell my friends about this company.

I called Rickey Ramey to come out to my house 2 days before my daughters first Birthday I told him I had a party Scheduled for on sat he told me he would be out the next morning and have my clog fixed in time for her party I waited for him all day tried to call him and never heard a word back and a week later I still have a clog i do not recommend rameys for your plumbing or lawn care needs
