Radek and his team were incredibly cooperative and great to work with through the process of getting a new roof.

I was in the market for a new roof for a couple years and when he gave me an estimate he told me the roof would last another year or two. At about the year and a half mark, it started leaking. He came out to inspect, diagnosed the leak and fixed it, as it was too late in the season to have the entire roof done. He said he would call me back in the Spring to get the ball rolling on the new roof (foolish me for waiting).

He was prompt in his follow up. We scheduled the job, worked through some rain, but the entire roof, on a large ranch was done in 2.5 days. The crew was friendly and flexible. There was some debris, but Radek communicated that would be the case, as the job is so large. The quality of the singles is top notch and the new roof looks fantastic.

Additionally, working with the office staff was also supporting and courteous. They worked with me through filing an insurance claim and explained to me that process as it related to getting a new roof.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience in getting a new roof. Thank you Radek and team.

Rako Roofing installed a beautiful roof on my home as well as added a new downspout. Roof included ice and water shield and attic ventilation system. Radek was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

UNBELIEVEABLE SERVICE. ABOVE AND BEYOND! It's hard to find kind, reliable and professional service these days - But this is not the case with Radek and the Rako Roofing Team. Radek came to look at a potential sky-light leak - and although the problem was actually a ventilation issue within our home he stayed to double-check everything and help to troubleshoot the problem for us.
