Fast gutter service job done within a week of having salesman out.....quote was reasonable ....workers were fast and listened to what I wanted...had them come back to redo a couple of things were quick with that too

Very rude project manager Mark was told not to come out till Thursday showed up with his crew on Tuesday well a painting crew was already out there was asked to come back and started cussing at the contractor The contractor informed him that if any of his crew gets hurt they're going to have a lawsuit on their hands and he just hung up on the contractor The homeowner informed the painting contractors that the roofing contractor was going to come out there regardless of her wishes

Raynak spent a lot of time in person and on the phone, problem solving and having a solution to our sunroom roof leaks. Rainguard roofing has always done a great job and I will continue to use them for our roof and gutter needs. They have our trust.

Rarely, if ever, have I written written a review where I was totally delighted. The experience was terrific from the quoting, sales process, friendliness of the crew, installation, cleanup, and overall attention to detail resulting in our complete satisfaction. Of note was they found a rather serious issue with a chimney during the installation. I loved that they knew I was a homeowner and not a roofer, so they clearly laid out our options and it was all handled effectively and expediciously without undue drama.

RainGuard was very responsive to my request for a repair spotted when rain gutters were being installed. They were out the next day and fixed everything noted and more. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and the thorough attention to the repair work.

New to town and was driving when my daughter discovered a water leak during a rain storm. These guys discovered the leak and fixed it promptly with no resulting damage. Solid company

Rainguard Roofing did a great job for us. What started out as just a repair job and after talking to Nathan we decided on a full roof. Our yard was spotlessly cleaned up of debris and nails. We are very pleased with how we were treated and the quality of the roofing. We would recommend Rainguard Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

First off, let me start by saying the finished job looks great. However, it was a long road to get to the finished product. Communication from Rainguard was poor and the initial repair job was completed with the wrong materials and looked bad. Surprised that a company would "complete" the job using materials that didn't match in color or size. It took a while to actually get someone out who could complete the job accurately with the correct materials.

I was happy to pay my bill! I had a foot of snow on my deck, sidewalks and driveway for way too long. Good Job you guys.

My 2' x 4' skylight started leaking approximately 2 years after the installation - apparently the roofers who did the job were out of their element. Rainguard was brought in to repair the problem (shout out to Mark who did a really great job!) I now have a skylight that is sealed & leakproof - I'm very pleased. I recommend the Rainguard team highly - I plan on using these folks again for another roofing problem this summer - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

This was another visit regarding gutter leaf guards installed when the gutters went in a year ago. The gutter install was problematic, but RG did return several times to correct the minor issues. The problem with the original leaf guards was that they were a cheaper variety -frame/screen- that were damaged in the hail last spring. I recommended that RG sales make sure to offer BOTH options up front so customers can choose the higher quality product instead of assuming the cheap ones will suffice. Biggest issue is that the up front sales communication doesn't connect well with the project planning (3 separate jobs -gutters, roof replacement and eventually sealing shed roof) and required several follow-up calls to get the thing moving. Work quality for roof replacement and shed sealing was very good. Gutter work was a bit off.

I was not happy with the services of Rainguard Roofing. We had so many problems. The process of getting the skylight windows in our home replaced went on literally for years. First we waited a long time to ever hear back after the initial bid was agreed upon. The team was having problems and the company didn't follow through with us after what appeared to be a firing of the first guy we saw. Then they had to come re-bid, but even after that we were had to continually call over months to see if they were going to get to us. There was always something. They couldn't find the windows, they had other projects that were more important... At one point they kept tarps over the open holes that were now in our roof as the rainy season was beginning. Lack of communication between the team as well as a general lack of interest in the project kept us wondering when we would ever be done with this nightmare. It turns out that the project is still not done even though we have paid the bill. We still have the inside frames to finish because they said they couldn't figure that out. And worse, the windows they put in have screens that don't fit around the edges. We can't open the windows. We can't unless we want to risk the entrance of yellow jackets which nest on our roof coming in. I took pictures of a yellow jacket that had slipped in through the crack between the screen and the side and sent it to them. They refused to do anything about it. So we can't open the windows without mosquitoes, yellow jackets, box elder beetles, leaves and other things from the trees above coming in. Not to mention that this was a very expensive job. The men who came to do the job were friendly and I appreciated their efforts. The company overall was hard to work with. It was very much as if they didn't care.

They came out to inspect my gutters and said my gutters were okay but noticed a piece missing from the corner of my roof. They said that it would start leaking inside eventually if the piece wasn't put on. I agreed, they sat up everything for me. It was so effortless on my end, which I appreciated. I felt that they were honest and trustworthy. They could have said they needed to clean my gutters and I wouldn't have known the difference but they were honest about it and said my gutters looked fine right now. I will definitely go back to them and would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest business. Thank you for the ease of the repair and the kindness of your employees.

From the initial estimate to the last shingle put in place, this company was professional through the process. Nathan provided a timely quote and explained the services they would provide. All went according to plan (with the exception of the weather, which they accounted for with extra protection and tarping). I especially appreciated their cleaning the job site each evening, the clean lines of new shingles, and attention to detail on the drip edges, roof lines, etc. I fully recommend their services to anyone needing roofing!

I hired Rain Guard to re-roof a house that had substantial damage from a hailstorm. Brandon showed up the day he was asked to come look. He gave us a fair bid quickly and the roofing crew started a few days later and did great work. They cleaned up their messes and was courteous to be around for my client. Rainguard Roofing installed a gutter for me in my panic before winter arrived. They were very professional and timely. Once the spring melt hit there was a spot that needed adjustment. Requested them to repair some of the roof membrane on a commercial building we were renovating. Storm was coming in, and I got worried and called. They came over the same day and got it repaired! Great service, great people.

When it came to the gutters themselves..-1star.

Their crew at the time originally fudged up the layout of my gutters and I had to show them my copy of receipt with blueprint, they corrected it.

Secondly... It has been 5-6 times now where I had to have them come out to fix or replace seems because the seems kept coming off and water was either leaking on my a/c unit or against my foundation. They have a new crew now and im willing to give them a chance on the "repair" they did. If there is problems again, im calling and i will not be a happy camper.

I'd like to preface my review by stating that I truly feel Jeremy, the owner, is a very nice person. He went out of his way to make things right for me. My experience with him was 5 stars. My job experience is about a 3.

I was excited for Rainguard to start my roof. I've had them do little projects and they were great to work with. They started Sept 3 with tearing off. The crew didn't pick up trash, left nails in my driveway, and would leave for long lengths of time randomly. It seemed like everyone needed a 15 minute smoke break multiple times an hour.

When they started drying in my roof and applying ice and water shield, synthetic membrane, etc., they did a horrible job. Most of it was applied incorrectly and I immediately texted pictures to Brandon who was very responsive. The ice shield had large and multiple wrinkles in it, which had to end up being sliced and patched. The next day, the manager, Mike, was on the job. He assured me that everything would be fixed.

I watched them "fix" things. They proceeded to shingle and didn't put starter shingles down correctly, they shingled over nails and other things coming through the membrane and ice shield, and they did a horrible job on the drip edge metal.

Long story short, Mike was very upset that the crew was doing a horrible job and vowed that he would fix it. He passed the buck onto the crew, taking no responsibility. He started to do a lot of the shingling and patching. He assured me that the metal would be taken off and fixed, ice shield would be fixed, and any other issues would be resolved.

It took over a month for these issues to resolve. There were areas that needed to be fixed and I told Mike several times and sent him the same picture multiple times. Each time he had a reason why certain things weren't done. There were shingles that had nails coming through and all they did was put silicone under the shingle. After all these weeks of constantly asking him to fix these issues I told them I was going to wait for Owen's Corning to see it.

Jeremy and OC came out and looked at it all. Jeremy assured me they would make things right. When they started to do tear offs of multiple rows of shingles to fix the ice shield and other issues, I discovered that Mike had not patched the ice shield LIKE HE SAID, and instead just left it cut and shingled over it. Not to mention the metal that he said he replaced was actually never replaced, but just "fixed". So he lied to me multiple times. He himself also never applied things correctly or did the starter shingles correctly.

I do like how Rainguard had a 50 year warranty. Jeremy took full responsibility for the lack of communication, horrible job that was done, etc. My roof was finally done on Halloween. It took almost 2 months for everything to get done because of all the mistakes.

Would I recommend Rainguard? Depends. If I had the same crew (which I was told was let go), absolutely not. If there were a different manager overseeing my job then yes. I've spoken with many people who have had Rainguard and they never had these issues.

I was able to fill an entire garbage can of trash that was never picked up. There were nails and trash in my backyard for weeks. I cleaned up cigarette butts and nails along the sides of my house and in my yard for weeks. Maybe a different crew would do a much better job.

But I'm thankful for Jeremy for fixing everything. He stood by his word that he would make it right. He was honest, listened to my concerns, and was very responsive.

Their crew worked VERY hard to get this job done in a very timely manner considering the lateness of our start date and weather concerns. They worked hard to not to damage my landscaping and their clean-up is beyond reproach considering the messy nature of roofing, in general. Again... GREAT JOB. We just got our roof done by Rainguard less than a month ago. It looks great and they offer a 50 year warranty at a very reasonable price (unlike some other companies). They were able to come out within a week and on the weekend to boot. Those poor guys worked through rain and snow for almost an hour until they got to a good stopping point. They came back early the next day to finish up. It would have only taken them two days, had it not been for the weather. They also sent out their head guys to thoroughly inspect the work that was done, within a couple of days.

The roof looks excellent! I'm so happy with my new roof. Thank you guys for offering such great quality and workmanship at a very competitive price.

Gave us a bid for $16k to replace half a roof (about 1000sq ft). Got a bid for $7k for same services from another vendor. Good interactions and prompt responses though.

If you have ANY roofing needs, search no further. I had water coming in thru the middle of the living room ceiling and they came out the same day I called to tarp and prevent further damage. They are professional, show up when they say they will and do an amazing job start to finish. Communicated the process and progress from start to finish- beyond what I have received from any other contractor working on this full home renovation- and they provided pictures with the invoice of the entire project. Can't speak highly enough of this company, I would recommend them to EVERYONE!

My roof was leaking from another installer not doing it right in one area. I called Rainguard and they showed up quickly, checked out the area and sealed it till they could get the OK from the warranty company to repair it. When they got the OK, they called and let me know then said "we'll be there in about 45 minutes" . They came and fixed the roof, at a fair cost, and got the work all done that day. Awesome to work with, I would highly recommend them if you need any roofing done.

Again I had to call Rqainguard because of the problem with the roof from the original installer, and again they were great. They showed up quickly and took care of the issue. now I'm waiting on bids from the restoration place. I can't believe how quick these guys show up. I don't hesitate to recommend Rainguard to anyone

I had to replace my roof. These guys do quality work. They are all very professional and friendly. They ripped off the old roof and finished installation within 5 days. Then they did 2 follow up inspections to make sure all was done right. Very satisfied.

Very professional and have the best quality products on the market. They are a bit more spendy than most but we'll worth the cost.

I called on a Monday and they had a roofer at my house by Wednesday. Not only did he fix the problem I called about but saw other problematic areas and let me know about it so we could get it fixed before it became a bigger issue. He was very respectful and kind and did quality work. Recommend 100%

Rained early in the week which i'm sure delayed their other scheduled projects. They did get my roof dried in by friday and even worked on the holiday weekend. Quality of work was great and the final check on the roof made me feel confident it was done correctly. Also, way cheaper than any bid from the Wood River Valley (almost half).

These guys were amazing from start to finish! Jeremy explained all of our options and walked us through the process. Replacing our roof in the middle of winter wasn't on our to-do list but these guys were fast, efficient, and professional. This is a hard review for me to do. Eric Hawkins here in the Elko,Nevada area gives some of the best Customer Service I have had in many years from anyone.
That being said...the reason for the need for the customer service, is that I have had numerous small leaks in a new TPO roof on a commercial property. Having just remodeled the inside including new tape and texture, lights, paint, etc., it is troubling to say the least.
Perhaps it was because they did an emergency roofing for me in January (not the best time to do roofing)....I don't know.
Like I said...a tough Rating and Review....otherwise they would have received at least 4 1/2 Stars.

We had our house re-roofed this last summer and Rainguard did a Fantastic job. There were 3 or 4 guys working on the roof. They had to strip off 5 layers of roofing material before they could even start the roof. They had all of the work done in 2 1/2 days. Those guys really busted their rears every day. And all of them were so nice and respectful. Not to mention that Rainguard goes over the ground with a magnetic strip to ensure that there are no roofing nails there. And when they were done our yard was cleaner than when they got there. As far as we are concerned, This is the only company of this nature to use!

Being from out of town, I got a call from my renters that a severe wind storm had gone through Twin Falls and had taken most of the shingles off my roof. After calling several other roofer to no avail, A friend recommenced Rain Guard Roofing. From the first call they were right one it. I had an estimate very soon even before the insurance had appraised the situation. Once that was done , they set a date to complete the work. Due to weather they missed the date by a couple of day. but finally finished the roof, what a beautiful job they did. Couldn't ask for any better job!!!

The gentleman that ran the crew "Eric" took his time and explained and showed everything to me and my wife. Overall was as pleasant experience as can be expected (lots of banging of course but hey they are tearing off and putting on a new roof. LOL My only complaint was a miscomunication with our rental company on when they would arrive to start work. A minor issue that Rainguard called twice to apologize for. My initial experience is that I would certainly recommend them if you need a roofing company.
