David & Ernest came to my home to repair a leak that caused wall damage and they were quick , professional , and very knowledgeable ! They were able to repair the damage and made sure to come and check on the progress daily !

During my experience with Rainbow, they restored my home after a terrible water leak that caused substantial damage to my downstairs. Their service was excellent! I coordinated with one of their supervisors, Alex, who oversaw the restoration and ensured everything was done right. Despite how busy Rainbow was, he still took the time to check up on me and also the work that was being completed. Great service and definitely a group of great people. Great team! They got the ceiling and insulation All down and cleaned Up in just a few hours, very professional, but also very friendly. As you can see from the pictures, they did a great job.

About 15 days ago I was sitting in my living room watching tv when the ceiling started to drip water and got worse and worse. Not knowing what to do I called my insurance company which referred me to Rainbow Restoration. I gave them a call and they had a crew out within the hour. Not only did they help me deal with the insurance company and filing a claim but they also knew everything I needed to do to get my house back in order from start to finish they worked with me. Jakes team came out to do the dirty work and him and Trevor walked me through all the work they were doing and explained what they were doing so I had the peace of mind that I wasn’t paying for work I didn’t need. All in all having damage in your home is the worst and I don’t wish it on anybody but if anything like that ever happens again I will 3000% be calling Rainbow Restoration to take care of things. Thanks again Jake and Trevor for all the hard work!!

Jake from rainbow did an excellent job on my house. He had great communication and met all my expectations. I was so distraught after my house flooded But he reassured me that him and his team could fix everything and all the damage. They did a great job!

The demo. team from Rainbow Restorations did an excellent job on our bathroom. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions about the procedures they would do. Thank you Mark, Jonny, Jonny, and David. We appreciate all of your help and hard work with our bathroom.
After the demo team finished their work the packing and storage team came to carefully pack up all of our furniture, china, and crystal from the rooms involved with the work to repair the flooring that was damaged by the bathroom overflow. Jake and Aubrey did an excellent job. I felt safe knowing that they would be very careful. Thank you Alex you were so helpful with all of the planning. Wilmer and his helper did a great job on the floor and walls. Now the floor team is working on the hallway, thanks to Danny and John.

Rainbow is the best restoration company in the area. I’ve unfortunately had to deal with several and they were by far the best!

About a month ago, my husband and I experienced the devastation of a burst pipe that ended up in our home being flooded in 4 inches of standing water. Rainbow restoration- and more specifically, Jake, Earnest, and Josh did an outstanding job of taking care of all of our belongings while our home was being renovated. They not only boxed all of our belongings, kept a thorough inventory of all of the items that went into the boxes as well as which room in the house they came from, but they also kept an extremely upbeat attitude during our interactions. Could not recommend this company and this team of employees enough!!!

My wife and I are very happy with the work done on our home by Rainbow Restoration after we had water damage. Victor was very professional and helped walk us through the entire process. Bernardo and Edwardo from Bernardo Buildings were quick and efficient and did very good work repairing drywall and painting. Very happy to have this team help us restore our home back to what it was.

Their project manager, Victor, did an amazing job getting the work completed. He was very thorough and methodical with his approach, which ensured that everything was done correctly. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend them.

We unfortunately dealt with an hvac leak and I was extremely impressed with how quickly it was resolved! Johnnie and Johnny were absolutely amazing! They informed me of all the damage in detail and was made sure it was done promptly. We have two children and a dog and they made sure everything was safe for both our kids and our large dog. Don’t waste your time if you want professionals and good customer service, experienced technicians don’t look at rainbow ! Project managers are a joke and no one is accountable for not competing work done . Took months to repair and several complaints , phone calls several
Project managers assigned nothing nice to say about this company except Nick was great he was a one man show. They even had myself
Tell a contractor he was fired and collect his things . Wasters time off when no one would show up for scheduled work oh and the floor job was a joke still
Not fixed though they got paid by insurance

The Johnny duo came out and did a great job trying to get the house and garage back together after water damage. Found some other things, communicated better and more thoroughly than the insurance company. And since Allstate wanted to deny the claim, all the contractors giving me quotes to put it back also complimented how well they took it down to be an easier fix versus other restoration places. I had Johnny and Johnnie come out for some water damage. These guys came in and finished all the demo in a day and cleaned up their work areas like true professionals! Quickly and neatly before I knew it, they had drying equipment inside drying out the spaces! I had to be at work all day and have three animals. They took care to make sure my critters were taken care of and were extremely respectful and treated my home as if it was theirs! Super Awesome work guys thanks for all your help and incite during this unfortunate situation! 10/10 highly recommended.

Had 2 nice young respectful gentlemen Johnny and Johnnie come respond to a water emergency I had where my roof was leaking. They tarped up my roof and got right to treating the water damage. They kept the work area nice and neat I was very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism. 10/10

We had what we thought was a minor leak behind our refrigerator that turned out to to cause much more damage than we initially thought. Jonny and Jonnie came out and crushed water remediation, mold treatment, and tear out of our entire kitchen from the waist down. They are so professional and easy to work with. We are incredibly thankful that they work so quickly and efficiently. They made a stressful set of circumstances a breeze. Highly recommend them!

It has been 3 months and counting since I hired this company to repair my bathroom. I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Rainbow Company. The first issue was their blatant dishonesty. They provided empty promises week after week and tried to shift blame on client. When I confronted them about this, they were dismissive and tried to blame material selection for the continued delays. Their communication was abysmal. Emails went unanswered, and phone calls were either ignored or met with vague promises that were never fulfilled.
Rainbow Company's lack of honesty and communication skills made my interaction with them frustrating and unproductive. I would strongly advise against doing business with them unless you enjoy wasting time and money on unreliable products and services.

Johnny and Johnnie did the best work treating my house for water damage. They were polite, fun, and professional. They both kept my house clean while they worked and were extremely considerate. They informed me of each thing they found, what they were doing for each step, and what I could expect from the treatment they did. 11/10!

Owners Adell and his wife get the 5 for getting involved with my condo rebuild to improve quality of work and also to increase actual work hrs spent at my residence by project manager, contractor and subs. Project wouldn’t have gotten done without them ; Adell personally followed up and worked tirelessly to complete and correct multiple issues using his vast construction experience.

Great company to work work! Sevasti is dedicated to having a staff who can handle everything from start to finish and has been so amazing. Rocky has handled issues at a few properties for me and makes sure I am informed with updates. Very reliable and works so well with insurance to take as much work off their customers as possible! They are definitely the "rainbow" after a storm!

Rainbow international was on it from day one. Kevin and Ace from the mitigation team did a great job they are very efficient and professional…also, Rocky and Christina who are in charge of the repairs are very accommodating and made sure that I am happy with the work. I’m happy with the outcome and will definitely recommend them they always answer my calls and if they missed it they will call right back. I give them five stars Rocky and Christina you guys ROCK!!!

Clay and his crew were highly professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful. They were prompt, they always called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. *Technician Clay was quick, informative, safety conscious, and professional in all his dealings, be it answering questions, or setting up and utilizing equipment items.
*Manager Rocky, has always been available to answer his phone. He gave honest answers, was very informative and realistic in his dealings with me as a client. He never failed to try his best to make things right, and displayed knowledge surpassing most managers I've delt with in the past.
