These guys are fantastic. Had a small leak in my roof and called up their main office to schedule a repair. Mike came out within a week and patched up the leak. He left me his card and said to call him if the leak continued. Unfortunately it did and I called Mike who got someone out ASAP to replace some shingles and patch the leak and handled it with no charge. Now I have a nice and dry attic!

This is a great local company and they have my business for future roof replacement thanks to their genuine care and honesty. If you need roof repair or replacement these guys are top notch!

Amazing company in every way possible! Cindy and mike were great! Crew was great. Awesome communication, reliable, efficient, great price and everything you could expect from a company. Had them come out and within a week I have a brand new beautiful roof. Pricing was amazing compared to other companies that over charge by thousands! Mike and his team are truly amazing! They did a very professional and great work! Mike was very attentive and walked us through all the process of the roof replacement, made sure that we are happy with the results and gave us great advices on insulation and ventilation. He raised our attention to all previous issues with the roof and made sure those are handled. The team was very hardworking and professional- we truly loved the experience and would highly recommend rain proof roofing.

Found a leak in my garage coming from the hot water exhaust vent. Called on Sunday and Mike came out Tuesday morning and took a look. Found that the seals had cracked and been broken which was allowing water to get through. Mike fixed the problem and resealed it for free. Your mileage will vary on that of course but i appreciate the integrity and honesty of not trying to sell me something I dont need. For that reason, I will use them for any future needs and feel comfortable referring them to anyone I know.

Mike and the team rain at rain proof roofing are simply fantastic. The level of customer service , attention to detail, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I have worked with these guys for a full roof replacement as well as gutter work.I can honestly say that it’s the best experience with any type of home contractor in Seattle that I’ve had in 15 years of owning a home here. I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent communicators and very professional. It was easy to schedule a date that worked for us. Mike came out and diagnosed the roof immediately and made a small fix free of charge. I would highly recommend Rain Proof Roof, and will definitely use them for any future roofing issues.

Travis came out for the bid, and was super knowledgeable! Had them cover a hole in the roof after I removed an old chimney and you can't even tell! Had a few bids and these guys were reasonabley priced and most importantly, trustworthy.

Rain Proof Roof was the first company to respond when we asked for a quote from roofers in the area. Cindy was so helpful and responsive! We had a leak after a long weekend of rain and Mike was able to come out days before any other roofers were available. Mike found the source of the leak and also identified a few other areas we should patch. He not only advised on what type of product to use but also did this all for no charge! The peace of mind he provided is invaluable and we refer him to anyone we know in need of roofer. Thanks Mike and Cindy!

In the middle of two days of heavy rain, our roof started leaking into the attic and then into our ceiling where we began hearing the constant dripping late at night. Early the next morning, Rain Proof Roofing returned our call. Cindy was the most helpful and professional of the three roof companies we talked to over the phone that day. She was able to schedule Mike to come take a look that same day! Mike arrived two hours early. He quickly found the source of the leak on our roof, installed a piece of flashing, and thoroughly assessed the attic, letting us know that no permanent damage was done. He advised that we run a dehumidifier some days up in the attic and in the room where the water came through the ceiling drywall. When we tried to compensate Mike for his flashing and 45 minutes of his professional time, he just told us "Merry Christmas!" We'd been having questions about our gutters since we moved into this house two years ago. Mike advised that we do not need to purchase new gutters until the gutters start leaking/dripping in the corners where the pieces connect. His visit completely fixed our leaking roof and provided long-term piece of mind that our gutters are just fine! We purchased a "flipped" house where the quality of much of the remodeling done just before we bought the house has not been up to our standards. Whoever did our roof follows that trend. So, when the time comes that we DO need to purchase a new roof, we now have our go-to roof company... Rain Proof Roofing!! Thank you Cindy and Mike!

Had a leaky skylight and called them to take a look at the problem. Mike was very professional and did an amazing assessment of the root problem from the previous contractor. Very communicative, love the appointment software used and all around A+ company in my experience!

I completely remodeled my house in 2018. In that process I ran across Mike and Cindy at Rain Proof Roofing.
They literally saved my home. They caught and corrected both structural and ventilation problems that were critical. My home was built in 1951 with rough cut lumber and zero ventilation.
My ridge had sagged and they were able to correct the problems to where now my ridge runs straight and true.
I had two gable vents to ventilate my entire attic space. Mike quickly explained the job and necessity of bird blocking and adequate ventilation.
He then said, Look We'll install ventilation right into your roof at the bottom and ridge vent at the top. The air will come in low and exit the ridge. This will do the job that bird blocking would've produced had your roof and framing been done right the first time.
They then installed a 50 year beautiful roof and in doing that corrected issues with my power mast, chimney, etc.
To close this review, their price was by far the best bid I received and that included everything I referenced above.
You may possibly find a company as good but in my opinion that will be a tough accomplishment.
I highly recommend this company!

My wife and I have a large and very complex custom roof on our house. While getting bids on a full roof replacement from several roofing companies, some said they didn't want to take it on, some were really high priced, and some sounded like they had no plan. Rainproof Roofing had both the best price of the bunch, and the most knowledge and experience. Mike had a plan for how to replace our failed roof, and a few simple modifications that would correct the root problem.

The process was easy. We never felt pressured, and we were kept well informed of progress. They always showed up on time, were extremely respectful of us and our neighbors, and did a phenomenal job. Mike and Cindy run their business with integrity and a quality product. We couldn't be happier with our rain proof roof.
