Rain Day Roofing

I honestly cannot say enough about Rain Day Roofing. I had a leak in my roof that another company didn't fix properly, and stopped communicating.

Luckily through reviews like this one I found the Golden Goose of honest, quality roofers!

My first text on a Sunday was promptly returned and we had a meeting scheduled. Brendan was on time to our meeting to the minute! From there a thorough review of my roof was done, and the problem was identified.

Setting up a day for the work to be done was simple, and every step of the way was communicated through text or email. I never waited more than a short while for a response.

The day of the work, I was kept up to date of when they were on the way, and how the work was progressing. After the work was done I was informed of everything that was done, where the issue was, and how it was PROPERLY fixed.

Anyone who has ever had roof work done knows that it is always a mess after...not with Rain Day Roofing. I haven't found a shingle, nail, or anything around the yard. They even went around the house several times with a magnet to make sure everything was right.

Brendan is also going the extra mile for us as he noted some granular loss on the shingles. He is contacting GAF with some of the receipts to see if they will stand up to their product warranty. Something he doesn't have to do, but shows the character of the company.

I hope I won't need any roof work done anytime soon, but if I do I know who I am going to call! Don't be fooled by the companies with big trucks, fancy folders, and teams of estimators. Work with the people who are going to take care of you.

I have already referred them to several people, including two of my neighbors!

Love this company! Extremely thorough! Worked with insurance company to get the claim supported. Roof was 1/2 covered. During the job Brendan spotted additional damage. He took appropriate photos and documented effectively to get the insurance to pay for the rest. Highly recommended!!

What a great company! They were quick to respond and were fixing my gutters the next day. Highly recommended if you have anything that needs to be fixed on your house!
