I must say, this company is absolutely amazing! They were able to complete my entire roof in just one day. The workers were very efficient and clean. You can tell that they definitely don't mess around. They are also super friendly because my 4 year old daughter kept trying to help them clean up and kept following them around and they didn't get annoyed. It was like they enjoyed her company and loved interacting with her. But back to the roof...it looks absolutely stunning. I am so happy with the job that they did and I highly recommend them!

I hired Raidex roofing service to make repairs on a portion of my front windows on my home and perform some masonry work on my chimney. I first discovered this roofing company when my neighbor across the street required a new roof and the results were satisfactory. The roofing company is exactly what it is, a roofing company. Unfortunately, the work completed on my chimney was met with negative results. My chimney which leads to my fireplace was leaking significantly and required work. Theodore, the owner of the company felt he could complete the masonry repair but realistically does not have the skill set to make the repair. Theodore made the repair but my chimney continued to leak. Theodore made only 2 attempts after to guess and seal where the leak may be coming from but could not make a conclusive repair. The last time Theodore came to find a solution he brought along an apparent subject matter expert who basically stated that I would need to completely repair the upper portion of the chimney for an extra 7,000.00 dollars. No partial refund or compensation for the work was ever completed or suggested by Theodore. We decided to strictly focus on masonry chimney experts and have our repair carefully examined. The examinations included drones, water test and a thorough review of the work completed by traditionally climbing on the roof for a closer look. Of the 4 masonry companies we called to quote our repair, each company individually stated that the repair was not to standard and merely a novice skilled repair. The masonry work on my chimney was subpar. The bricks were unevenly placed, and the mortar was poorly applied, leading to visible gaps. And still unfortunately leaking. The chimney was eventually repair by a skilled masonry who guaranteed the repair and performed the work far from the price Theodore suggested. Our leak was completely sealed and repaired to meet the standard. In conclusion, I do strongly feel that this company truly is a roofing company and that is the work they should strictly perform. When it comes to any work other than roofing, especially masonry please avoid the company. I have attached pictures as visual evidence of the repairs poorly completed by Raidex roofing. I am currently still waiting for a refund or a solution to our failed repair. Thank you.

I was recommended Raidex Roofing Service from my aunt who spoke greatly. She shared details about how they replaced her roof and assisted her with insurance claims paperwork, etc. the same day she referred them. They came to my home and inspected my roof.
The young man Juan came and took pictures and videos and helped me explain my issues to the insurance company. He was patient and consistent. He assisted me in submitting my claim as well, the job was done in a timely fashion. The team replaced my roof in one day. Everyone was very professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Don't let this contractor do siding, roofing, or masonry work for you. My contractor had to come out to fix a few things. The gutters fell off. He didn't use the right material, so the sidewalk is cracking. The stairs had to be repaired, and they're still crooked. Now I've got a dangerous electrical issue because the contractor didn't secure the pole. They tied wire around old brackets. The utility company found out about it. It's no longer his problem, he said. Honestly, I'm telling the truth. You can see his response here. There's a 10 year warranty in my contract. I'll post pictures of everything. To follow.

Great roofing company. They used the best quality materials and the job was finished to my satisfaction in a very timely manner. I contracted Raidex to repair and change out my entire flat roof. Their pricing was better than the majority of quotes received. Their team completed the work in a timely fashion and were very professional. They sent pictures of the before and after, and the work done during the process. At the completion of the roof, all debris and clean up was done like it was never there. Great work, great price and an overall good experience.

I would give negative stars if I was able to. I used Raidex for concrete work. They did a horrible job. A few months later and the concrete is all cracked and falling apart. They should be embarrassed of themselves. I tried numerous times to get Theo the owner to come back to fix it but no luck.

I worked with Teo to replace the roof on my shed in backyard and they came shortly after Christmas. He offered great pricing and the team finished the work quickly and cleaned up! He replaced all plywood before putting on the new roof and didn’t try to cut corners and save the cost of materials like some other contractors who I have interaction with. I also noticed they installed a white small gutter like metal underneath the roof, which seems to help with water draining based on the design (and i didn’t have this in the past!) Teodoro is a very unreliable contractor .,he certainly and did my roof and gutter in Bloomfield NJ a few Months ago,everything looks good,when finished, once the rain came,my gutter started to top over with water,and running onto the side of my walls,I called him on ten,10()occasions just a bunch of lies and excuses,I'm out of town,I will come tomorrow etc,I even offer to come and get one oh his employees to come rectified his sloppy work,but he kept dodging me,initially I gave the company a good review,however I took it back,once I saw that the guttering is incomplete. Raidex you know the sloppy work you did at my home in Ampere parkway Bloomfield. I'm tired and frustrated with you little liars.Come finished installing my gutter properly

This crew is awesome!! They work like machines, very efficient, and BEAUTIFUL work!! This time they replaced my entire roof, gutters and facia. I will have them back soon to do windows and siding.
The pricing is VERY VERY good. Not just fair, but really good prices. Every exterior project I ha e will be done by Raidex.
They cleaned up perfectly, and left my property looking better than when they got here, AND they went above and beyond!! They cut back trees that were impeding the roof. They provived extra materials for around the chimney, and even fixed a few pieces of siding for no extra charge.

A ++ for Raidex! I’m not one prone to write reviews, especially when things go extremely well. However, in this case, I wanted to take the time to rave about this roofing company, Raidex. I've only had to replace several roofs in my lifetime on different houses that I have owned, and in comparison to those experiences, I have to say that I am very, very pleased with the service provided by Teodoro and his work crew. I come from a construction family, so I have some familiarity with the process - it was a total rip off and installation of new shingles. The finished product is a beautiful job! First of all, they were very punctual and very professional, communication was prompt and efficient. I did not have to wait too long from the time of my estimate to the start time. They were respectful not only of my property and my neighbors (since my house sits close to them) but also of me, and you know it's not always the case when you are a female head of household dealing with contractors. Their prices were extremely competitive compared to four others in my local area, and the materials applied were top notch. I voiced several concerns in a few areas, which Teodoro addressed thoroughly. In fact, he took pictures of the progress of these areas that I had questioned to show me that it was completed as requested. He was also on top of his crew, supervising the whole time. He assembled an excellent team, and they worked synergistically to complete the project in the least amount of time - cheerfully, courteously, and competently. They were so thorough in their clean up that I did not even find one nail after they had left, and believe me, I looked. In the meantime, I know that several of my neighbors will be using Raidex based on my suggestion, and I will be using them further for other repairs needed here at my own house in the weeks ahead. This roofing company is the best. At first, we were a bit nervous being that this is our first roof and gutter installation. The owner showed us the material and brand they would normally recommend for our type of roof. We agreed and was swiftly given a fairly priced estimate. The work took two days to complete, and we are very happy with the outcome.

I was in need of gutter replacement on my house and I just happened to see Raidex Roofing doing work in my neighborhood. I'm so glad that I did! After they finished working on my neighbor's house, they came right over and gave me a quote. Their pricing is is extremely reasonable and fair.

Once scheduled, their team came out within a couple days. They were super responsive, professional, efficient and went above and beyond. Though I felt like I could reuse my downspouts (because they appeared to be in good shape), they also changed them and ensured that the water drained away from the foundation of my house.

I gotta say, it's hard to get excited over gutters but after the work was complete, I could not help but acknowledge how clean and thorough of a job they did. The replaced damaged wood (without me asking) to ensure that everything was secure. They were sure to make sure the gutters had the proper pitch to drain properly. In short, they did the job right... and didn't waste time doing it! I would definitely recommend them - so much so, that I have the booked/lined up to do two more jobs for me.

Our Yankee gutters had been leaking and damaging the wood on our house for a long time, and we wanted to replace them as well as replace the peeling and rotting cedar shingles with vinyl siding, but we were having trouble finding a contractor we were comfortable with.

Raidex happened to be working on the house next door and my husband was impressed with the work they were doing so he asked them if they could give us a quote.

Teo, the owner, is the consummate professional. He always came when he said he would, listened to what we wanted and followed through on it. He was involved in the project every step of the way, and was responsive whenever we wanted to contact him about anything. The team led by his son was very competent, hard-working and efficient.
