His team was one of the most professional craftsmen that I have seen. The job site daily was clean and tidy at the end of the working day. The roof and siding were installed with attention to detail. He arrived promptly as advised and said he could fix my problem. His price was very reasonable and was able to fix my roof all in the same visit. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Peter’s Construction two times now. Once for flashing/roof repair and the other for a window and gutters. Pedro and his team installed the gutter leaf guards. They also fixed the loose flashings and siding for me. Everything turned out great! And they cleaned up after the work. I recommend their service and will use them again future work!

I gave him a call, and he stopped by my house to take a look 30 minutes later, and he and his crew were able to complete the repairs same day for a very reasonable price. We were so pleased with the quality of the workmanship of Peter's General Construction. The team did an excellent job replacing our roof and insulation. They were punctual, professional, and clearly take pride in what they do, even going the extra mile to re-hang a loose cable plus fixing our gutters for us. We used Peter's General Construction to replace an attic fan. They were responsive and were able to come out same day to replace our fan! I should note that this was a job we were trying to get done for a while with other contractors to no avail. It was also not an easy job because we have a small crawl space to an unfinished attic. But they arrived on time, were professional and got the job done! I won't know for sure how well the fan will work until it gets warmer, but I'm looking forward to a much cooler summer! I live in NYC and after several years of trying different roofers to repair persistent leaks in my tenanted Orange, NJ house, I called Peter's. Pedro was most responsive, did a thorough inspection on the weekend, and determined the roof had to be replaced.

He started when he said he would and finished within 2 days. Would've been 1 day if it weren't that the plywood had to be replaced too. Peter's was reasonably priced, and did quality work. He's first class.

This company did quick work on my gutters by removing all the old ones, along with replacing wood and paining then installing new seamless gutters. The price was excellent. They even fixed an area with a gap by sealing it (they did not have to do this). I recommended them to others already. Excellent job.

I write a review of the shoddy work this company has done and his response is that I didn't want to pay for it. If I wanted my old windows, I would not have contacted anyone about new windows. I could've bought cheap windows myself and slid them into the window frame. So I paid for new windows and I am still stuck with removing the old ones myself. Even this company's response is unprofessional. Taking the old windows and screen out look just fine as long as you don't take the old frame out. But, we weren't looking for a company to take short cuts.

Wife contacted company because of good reviews. We needed 3 large windows and two small windows installed in my daughters attic room. The windows we had were very old. He informed me that they won’t take out old frames because it will show the wood on the exterior of home. I said ok.

Job was completed. I was busy. So I could only check very quickly. A week later I noticed the old windows were still in. He put the new windows on top of old windows. How lazy and unprofessional. This is potentially very dangerous. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I began to remove the old windows myself. Which is a difficult task. Since the new windows are installed over top of them. If he didn’t want to remove old windows. He could’ve let me know. I would’ve done it. Before he installed the new ones. What window company does this type of shorty work, though?

Pedro answered our call right away and came exactly when he said he would. He gave us an estimate that Saturday for vinyl siding repair and said he would be back Monday morning to complete the job. Pedro was very efficient and reliable, and he even adjusted a gutter that was askew. We were very pleased with his workmanship. Very professional and courteous too. Excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend!!!

Called them and asked if they could come and give me an estimate to clean my gutters and give it in my mailbox, he said ok he only leaves down the block from me , after a week with no estimate left in the mailbox , I called n asked him that I called you a week ago and I’m still waiting for an estimate his reply was oh I’m so busy for the next 2 weeks so I said so what are you trying to say you can’t do it and he said no. Very unprofessional could of at least called and said so I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone he probably wouldn’t even show up! How rude

This man did some mess work around my DWV pipe on My house back in May , and soon as I met him I like him and was pleased with the work and price,and probably will have him correct my gutters on my house that’s not draining properly

We had a terrible storm here in Edison on 7/22/2019. The dome to my attic fan was torn off exposing my attic to the heavy rain and winds. I made many phone calls on the evening of 7/22 and in the am on 7/23 to many contractors. No one answered the phone nor did they call me back. Peter answered his phone and was at my home in two hours. He replaced the attic fan in the rain while standing on a wet roof. He does exceptional work and at a fair price. I highly recommend him.

Called Peters General Construction today to repair siding & gutter damage from the recent strong wind storm we had. First time ive used this company and won’t be the last. Would certainly recommend and use again. I lost some siding near the roof line with the recent high winds. I took a chance and looked for a Gutter cleaning company while at work. I called they were able to come out the same day and do the work. What impressed me was Pedro took a picture of my house prior to doing the work and texted me to verify he was at the right house. Not only is he thorough in time but more sobin his work. He took pictures of before and after the Gutter cleaning and he also explained in detail about my concerns. Very professional and pleasant and I will definitely be using his coming again. Being in the process of selling one home and buying another, I have recently been dealing with several different contractors. Peter’s General Construction has been, far and away, the most reliable and easy to deal with out of all of them.
I needed my roof repaired very quickly for a mortgage approval and not only were they able to do so, they did it with timely responses on estimates, scheduling and billing all while maintaining clear communication at every step. The fact that they also had the best price and did not try to upcharge me for unnecessary work was icing on the cake. The best endorsement I have for this crew is that they will be coming back to install new gutters, windows and whatever else I can hire them for on my new house.

I contacted Peter Construction Several Times, Once for a roof leak repair and Siding repair. Quality work and Affordable,Very Professional as well.

This company is very good and trustworthy. It is very hard to find a personable trustworthy contractor that cares about his clients. The most important thing to him is taking care of his clients and doing great work. He will go out if his way to make sure the job is done right. Most contractors will give you a quote without thoroughly inspecting the issue. Peter’s General Construnction will do a free estimate and not try to rip you off. One contractor wanted to charge me 2300 dollars for a job and Peter’s General Construnction quoted me 700 dollars for the same job and fixed the issue completely and also did additional work for no extra charge. I will only use this Company for any work done to my roof or gutters moving forward.

I called this company for a quote on a Roof - Horrible service. I'm a out of state property owner and I spoke with a guy who was very rude when I explained I not able to meet him to get a quote on the roof. The guy hung up as if he wasn't interested in giving me a quote. I hope anybody considering using this company will give it a second thought. I never heard of a company treat a potential client so poorly. Such a bad experience I decided to write a review.

Mr. Pedro, of Peter's Construction, recently did some gutter repairs for me. The price was reasonable and the work was very well done. He rerouted my down spouts and dug an underground trench to send the run- off rainwater towards the street. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner.
