We had our roof replace less than a year ago and had issues all the way. Our new roof keeps leaking and Ray doesn’t want to help or fix the issue. He told us he had a year warranty and isn’t honoring or standing up to his word. Talked with our insurance about the damages and they won’t insure away things with the roof because our roof is less than a year old and falls back on the roofer. Also he doesn’t clean up his mess. My gutters are full of roof granules and niles. He was clean up wasn’t in his bid. Awful company and communication! He’s a joke and I wouldn’t use him. Worst service and contractor to work with!
