We hired Matthew Glodt to perform our home inspection on March 21, 2025. He was very prompt, professional and friendly. We actually had it planned for Wednesday the 19th, but due to the snow we asked to reschedule. He was very courteous and understanding. He performed an extremely thorough inspection and presented us with our report that evening. We asked for further clarification on a few items, and he didn't hesitate to return to the home for answers. His report is easy to follow and includes pictures for reference. He is an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector so adheres to their standards of practice and code of ethics. If you are in need of a home inspector, I highly recommend Matt Glodt. He will not disappoint and his fee for service is very reasonable. Thank you Matt for a job well done!
