Our house was damaged by the April 8th tornado and R Warren was there the very next morning. The following day they were removing all of the water soaked walls and floors to start the dry out. They brought in crews to move our furniture out to make sure it did not get anymore damage. Six months later, the house was finished and looks like it’s brand new. Even after 7 months, our neighbors are still struggling with their contractors just to get their roof repaired. We recommend R Warren for any emergency repair and restoration work.

R. Warren Construction did an amazing job repairing my half bath and garage ceiling after a toilet leak as well as refinishing the hardwood floors on my first floor. The crews were professional and communication was extremely easy.

Dakota and Jaxson were very helpful and professional with the mitigation process. They were kind and answered all of my questions. I ultimately did not move forward with the company for repairs, but I highly recommend them.

Warren Construction handled our kitchen leak mitigation quickly and efficiently. Dakota was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Workmanship was top notch. Would use their services again, but hope we don’t flood the house again.

Our work was done in a timely and professional manner. Dakota was great scheduling each aspect of the remediation. Each specific crew did a great job. Would use R Warren again but hopefully won’t be necessary.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and responsive! We had to have repairs done to a retaining wall after a traffic accident and then a move across the country. The crew not only worked with us long distance, keeping us in the loop the whole time, and the repairs were absolutely flawless! Truly like the truck never crashed through the wall.

The gentleman just hung up on my wife a few minutes ago saying he could not help her with tarpijg a roof on Super Bowl Sunday. The leak is at my father in law’s house with two 80 plus year old Senior Cotizens living there. R Warren claimed that Nationwide did not assign it to them nor did they see a record for my father in law. The back breaker was when he claimed my wife was being aggressive at insisting he tarp it today He said “I cannot help you” and he hung up. Poor customer service and response from my view of listening to the conversation. She was not aggressive rather frantic that they claimed to not have the assignment while Nationwide stated twice on the phone that it had been assigned to them.

They did a pretty good job. Only thing was the floor supplier they use they take a little bit of time getting the floor into stock. But Brad kept us updated and he did a great job.

When we had a sudden water damage issue- The R Warren team came to the rescue. They handled everything from the mitigation to the reconstruction of our home. Everyone was quick to communicate and our PM Jason answered all our questions big and small . It was done as promised and on time. Most importantly- we are confident in the work and the end product is just beautiful

Our experience with everyone, at this company was an A+. Dakota got us started off and was knowledgeable, friendly and made us feel comfortable about the whole process. He was always there to take my calls and help in anyway he could. He was great to work with.
Tim was fantastic. Constant communication about every step of the project, always took our calls or text messages. Really treated us like family. He really worked some magic managing this project in such a timely manner making everything come together. He was always positive, honest and helpful to the very end of the project.

R Warren did an amazing job on our new roof. They helped us from beginning to end, especially with our insurance company. They always responded to any questions promptly. They completed work in one day and cleaned everything up completely. We would highly recommend them!

I had renovations done to my kitchen and master bath and moved my laundry room out of the master bath. I was impressed with the concise estimate I was given and the responsiveness to my questions. There were a couple misunderstandings that they resolved with me. Steve was good to work with.

The problems were with the actual work and the crew doing it. They had to come back numerous times to fix things that were done wrong or half way. They did replace my hot water heater at their expense because they had to remove and reset it 3 times because of poor work. My shower walls had to be taken down and reset because the worker had not installed the backer board that was required behind it. He came out 3 times to fix the shower on/off handle. The largest problem was that the carpet pad was incredibly poor quality with large hard lumps that felt like I was walking on rocks. The carpet had to be taken up and the pad replaced. It still has lumps but not so many. I couldn't face having the furniture moved out yet again and the pad replaced again. I hate the carpet because the pad is cheap. When the carpet crew removed my furniture the second time and moved it back in they broke the top edge of my antique cedar wardrobe. If they had told me and kept the piece i could have fixed it. They also bent the brackets on my bookshelf so one of my shelves collapsed. The caulking in my shower wall has separated. They fixed the caulking around the shower pan but his has happened since the job was completed 3 weeks ago. The job took about 2 weeks longer than it should have because of the numerous things that had to be redone. They did pay for a couple electrical problems that came up during the remodel that didn't seem to be related to the project as a means of making up the inconvenience. There seemed to be inadequate supervision of the crew and poor quality control.

Warren construction did a addition on my home. From the first phone call to get someone to talk to me about what I was needing to the job being finished all was amazing. Adam showed up right on time when he said he would. He let me talk telling him what I was wanting done.He started taking measurements and in a very short time. He had a very professional plan and started telling me what he would do and answered every question I had with a very knowledgeable answer. He sent me a quote that was well written very detailed and very reasonable price. My job was give to Russ to oversee getting people set to work. Russ stayed in contact with me giving me dates for each job being done.The brick removal and new foundation and the old brick being cleaned and reused was done by two outstanding talented artists. You can not even tell that it was an added addition. Framers and roofers and painters were all awesome. Everyone at Warren Construction was so professional, so very polite. They all had follow through and did what they said they would do and you just don't find that much anymore. I fully would recommend them to anyone needing any Construction and will tell them now you will never be treated better by anyone than what the fine people at Warren Construction Co.

what a pleasure it was to work with a professional contractor like Adam and the installation team. I had made a mess out of a door install I promised my wife I would do… well I suck at door installation apparently… fortunately for me- these guys don’t. I will certainly be back to use them for more home remodeling and repair.

I had a wonderful experience with R. Warren after an accident with my car and my garage door. All the people who came to work on the special issue did a great job. Russ Hicks was a wonderful person to work with. I would use this company in case I ever need them.

R. Warren construction did a great job on our roof. They were very fast, and when they were finished the only evidence they had been there was the new roof.

We had a fire in our log cabin home Our insurance recommended Warren construction and we were very pleased with their work. Adam was our point of contact and he was amazing he would always answer our phone calls return our text messages. I would highly recommend Warren construction.

On Christmas Day, the sprinkler system covering my home froze due to extremely cold temperatures. As a result, my entire condo was flooded. R. Warren Construction Company promptly arrived and mitigated the water from my home. Their team removed everything and placed all the contents in storage. There was no damage to the contents because of the quick removal, clothing included. This job was a total gut job. Flooring had to be replaced, as well as some wallboard, insulation, and floor molding. Some lighting and ceiling fans were replaced in a timely.manner. Also, some parts of the ceiling required repair. Much care was taken to resolve the damage. I was always informed of the progress and was never inconvenienced. I stayed at a local hotel while this was being done. On March 10, I moved back home to a perfect renovation. I can’t say enough about the dedication and care taken to get me back home. I stress the word. ‘care.’ I would recommend R. Warren to anyone who is an emergency situation. Five stars to them.

The job entailed replacing plumbing at leak site. Replaced shiplap and was painted meticulously. Plank tile flooring was laid to look like it had always been there. Also needed carpet replaced in adjoining bedroom. We went with hardwood flooring. They were able to exactly match our hardwood in other areas of our home. Again, it was laid meticulously.

We had leak repair that caused our wood floors to be sanded and refinished. We did not want new floors.

Our insurance company recommended R Warren Construction. After meeting with Steve and Ray, I was confident we would have an excellent result and we did. They emptied the rooms with the floors needing repair. That team was fabulous and definitely very used to doing this. I had a small amount of color to show for the stain and they nailed it. The punch list went smoothly and quickly. I may have been the only delay.

Warren Construction managed the repairs to my mother's home following a flooding due to a plumbing issue. Warren Construction delivered quality, timely, and professional results. Their team genuinely seemed to care about us and our satisfaction with them. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Our initial work was repair of upstairs water leak damage. We were very pleased with the work and had R Warren do extensive repair and update in our 1987 home in a wooded area; repair rot, add deck, skylights, repaint, chimney update and completely restain/repaint exterior siding. Rick and team are very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

We had a washing machine service line fail inside the laundry room and we were gone from the house about 6 hrs. It flooded half the first floor and the crawl space.

RWarren responded immediately that evening and into the nigh with an incredible water mitigation team! They were courteous, professional, empathetic and caring....and they attacked the problem with the urgency of a homeowner. After 4 days of water mitigation and constant survey and monitoring, I was EXTREMELY CONFIDENT that they did the job right and that we would could proceed with restoration without fear of long term problems.

RWarren was the lead contractor for the repairs; they did a superb job getting sub-contractors into the house to do the work. They also took lead with the insurance company. Flawless!

As with any repair of this magnitude, there is always the opportunity to do some upgrades...in our case changing carpet to hardwood. RWarren rolled with the change orders even when we went with our own flooring guy because they could better match the stain of the rest of the house.

Sure, we had a few bumps in the road; it isn't easy to get sub-contractors. But they kept us informed and completed the work as fast as they could muster the right teams with the right skills and materials.

They made my sewer damaged rooms look better than they did before the damage occurred. I would definitely recommend them. I hope I never need property restoration services ever again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

5 stars hands down, start to finish. Very professional, quality of work is second to none. They have earned my business for every project yet to come.

We needed our roof replaced and chimney fitted with a new cap and re-mortared. They came out on time and did a good job putting on the new roof. Everyone was very friendly and professional. However, there were some issues.

1. Along one part of the roof, several of the rafter ends had rotted causing the gutter system to pull away from the roof. These were missed on inspection and not repaired, even though we were informed that they would come back and fix the problem.
2. Spent the better part of an hour picking up cellophane tabs, nails, tools, roofing, etc. after they had completed the roof. In their defense, they did come back to do a final clean-up the next day, but finding the nails was a concern.
3. The mason that came out needed access to the outside of the chimney, which was partially blocked by limbs from 2 beautiful holly bushes. In order to clear the limbs away, they were just broken off. Had he informed us, we would have been glad to trim the limbs from the area.
4. The roofers set the ladder to transport the shingles to the roof next to one of the shrubs out in front of the house and damaged the shrub.
5. They left a mess on the driveway out front with mortar and rocks strewn across the area.

Overall, the roof looks great but we feel there should have been more care taken with the plants and the unresolved issue with the rafters.

Our home suffered water damage due to a plumbing defect. Ron with R. Warren Construction arrived quickly despite terrible winter road conditions and immediately began water remediation. The needed repairs to our home were fairly extensive and included the replacement of the hardwood floors throughout our first floor. I truly cannot say enough good things about the entire crew. They are professional, timely, and very hardworking. They have even worked full weekends to help expedite our repairs. Ron has kept in constant communication throughout the entire process and has overseen all work to ensure that it is top quality. If the need again arises, I would hire R. Warren Construction in a heartbeat.
