I can't measure how much I appreciate your experience/expertise and that of your roofing crew, I had a number of issues to correct from my old roof:
- improper attic ventilation affecting shingle integrity
- shingle failure/poor flashing leading to interior leaks
- rotted soffits from poor flashing and shingle placement

R. Turley Roofing replaced our roof last week. From the estimate to the replacement, Randy, Ashley and Sheri were friendly, professional, and dependable. Lines of communication were always open. The roofing team took great care with our considerable landscaping and did no damage whatsoever. They tidied everything up at the end of the first workday (a two day job) and left the yard as they found it at the end of the job. During installation, noise inside the house was minimal and the workers were skilled, attentive, mindful, and hard working. The roof looks great and we are very pleased! We would not hesitate to use again and would recommend that you at least give them a call.

Excellent communication with Sherri. Ashley looked like Cat Lady scouring our roof for damage. Antonio and his crew were hard working and thorough, including cleaning up. Loved the serenade.

We just had our roof replaced after suffering hail damage in the May storms. Our experience with R Turley was amazing! From Randy (the owner) showing up to help with the initial inspection, to Ashley (aka - The Spider Monkey) climbing over our steep roof with the utmost skill and safety, to Sherri who handled the administrative side, it was an excellent project from beginning to end. At the end of the process, the cleanup was flawless. My wife and I watched the crew, clean and clean and clean. They left the outside of the outside looking better than when they started.

Randy and Sheila or Ashley? (spider monkey) came to our home to provide us a second opinion on possible hail damage. They assessed the roof and deemed it in great condition with no need for replacement. Another roofing company told us it needed replacement with no proof of damage. It's not easy to find reputable companies that stand behind their warranties. RTurley Roofing is true to their word. There were minor maintenance issues on the inspection of our 4 year old roof when we were selling our house. We were impressed by Antonio's expertise and how quickly he solved the issues. Super pleasant. Did not give the high pressure sales job. They inspected our roof and when they found it didn’t need replacement, they told us that. We will be calling them when we do :-)

Called and scheduled an appointment for a roof inspection. Day of they call and say it’s a bit wet we don’t want to be on a roof when it’s wet. Completely understandable so we reschedule for 2 days later. They no called no showed for the rescheduled appointment. Call the same number I called for the original appointment and they say they can’t find me in the system. Na I don’t wanna schedule another appointment with you I’ll find someone who will actually keep their word.

Excellent service. The crew was efficient cordial and quick. They got right to work and the yard was spotless when they were done. And did a great job! The house looks great.

I was extremely impressed with the work that was performed! All of the workers were skilled knew exactly what to do and worked very well together. After the job was done they were meticulous in picking everything up and left the yard better than it was before they arrived.

Called for a quote. The intial quote went well. They inspected our entire roof, we showed where the damage was that we needed fixed before the winter storms came. They said they would be out on Saturday to fix it before the storms and gave us how much it would cost. We agreed. Nothing. No call. No show. No nothing. Now the winter storms are constant so we cant get anybody to come out and fix our roof until the storms stop. We now have even more damage internal and external. Its great, I dont recommend

Response to owner: January 6th the wind speed was below average (12mph), temperature slightly low (low 34 high 41) throughout the day but nothing too bad except in the evening and night. There was no rain, sleet, or snow. Roads were cleared by city of Jenks. Even if something somewhere in there was less than optimal for the safety of your workers you could, at the very least, call to cancel. I will be going to someone else for the fixing of our roof plus the extended damage it has recieved since the winter storms. Thank you for your reply but it is not necessary to show me how you still failed me as a customer.

The quality of the RTurley roof that was recently placed on my home is outstanding. I’ve already recommended them to my brother. I chose R Turley because of the brand of shingles they use and it was well worth the wait after the June 2023 storm. Also, the care the roofers used protecting my landscaping as they worked was so appreciated!

R Turley Roofing did an exceptional job on replacing our roof. A severe storm in December, 2021 left hail damage to our roof and gutters. Steven with R Turley Roofing helped us identify the damage and contact our insurance company, then met with the insurance inspector at our home to help in identifying damaged areas. R Turley EXCEEDED my expectations as well as my Neighbors, who can be difficult. When I began my search for a roofing company I had several requirements. 1. Local Company 2. Would work with insurance company to simplify the process 3. Willing to work with 3 separate owners, and 2 insurance companies, as I share a common roof with 2 other owners. 4. Good Reviews and Quality workmanship, including clean up. Without R Turley's staff involvement, this entire roof replacement would have been exhausting. Ashley Mitchell worked diligently with each insurance adjustor, including sending shingle samples for testing, to get all the approvals. Randy Turley, the owner, was onsite for the insurance inspection. He even got on the roof with inspector. Sherri McAulay worked with my mortgage lender to get the needed endorsements to complete the payment process. The roofing crew that completed the job was efficient and took all the necessary precautions to prevent any damage to landscaping or other structures. Jake Andrews from RTurley help me in getting a smaller repair job done on our house in Tulsa. Although they were very busy due to the winter ice storms, Jake worked me in and identified and repaired the leak. I used RTurley to replace our roof on our lake home and they did such a good job I called them for this smaller job in Tulsa. Very satisfied and will recommend them and Jake in the future.

We spoke with several roofing professionals. It was hard to know who to trust and some just make the process SO complicated. I was referred to R Turley Roofing. They made the process so easy. Explained very thing in a proficient professional manor and installed a much higher grade roof than the other companies were even quoting!

This company knows how to "Raise the roof"! The only thing that stops them is Mother Nature. They are courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly dependable. They are definitely the best in customer service. Jake was very thorough in explaining the problems with our roof after he went up and inspected it. Ashley and Sherri were extremely helpful with submitting our insurance claim. Basically all we had to do was sign the insurance check. We could tell that the installation foreman was proud of his crew and the work they had done. The only way you could tell they had even been here was by looking at our beautiful new roof.

Jake was very attentive to our roof replacement project from meeting with insurance adjuster through completion of the roof install. Roof was installed on time per agreed upon schedule. Cleanup was excellent.

I contacted turley roofing after my roof was damaged in a hail storm earlier this year. They came out and helped with adjusting the claim, worked with my insurance company and completely reroofed my house in 2 and 1/2 days. Great job, cleaned up and left nothing behind. I highly recommend them!

Latest update 3/31/21: Jake from R Turley contacted my husband about this issue. I responded via email twice as requested in response to this original review, but they said they did not see/receive the emails and eventually contacted my husband after some deduction (his last name is different in their system). Finally, after communication/scheduling difficulties, Jake and then a repair team made it out to inspect and repair the issue.

An apparent leak was discovered in the siding directly above the roof area that was previously repaired. The siding issue is beyond their scope of repair, but they discovered leak evidence and re-sealed the questionable siding. We haven't had much weather since then to witness if the leak is completely resolved.

I have mixed feelings about the four star review I'm updating this to after the frustration we experienced, but I emphasize value in companies attempting to resolve online reviews. Unfortunately, if they had the same concern when contacted originally over the phone as they did with the one-star review, this could have been a five star review to begin with.

R Turley has refused to finish the work they started on our roof. Work that has already been paid for.

The repair plan we agreed on included new flashing around the chimney. I was happy to pay the price because of the overwhelming amount of good reviews from other customers.

When a crew finally did arrive, they spent hours on the wrong part of the roof, and didn’t touch the problem spot. I called the manager to confirm our plan and he immediately and awkwardly fired the entire crew while they were still on my roof.

A second crew was sent. When the job was completed, no new flashing had been installed like the manager said it would be. After speaking with him, he said that the repair crew probably discovered flashing wasn’t necessary and they would have done it if it was needed. I was concerned and disagreed but he assured me they would return to repair the roof again if it did leak.

Our roof is now leaking and R Turley is refusing to follow through. Last week they said that they would send someone out and no one ever came. This week we were told, “We don’t have any repair crews. We only have crews doing new roofs, and they’re booked until February. However, if you want me to send someone out to inspect for new damage and quote an entire new roof, we can do that. Otherwise, you should contact another company.”

We are shocked that they would offer to quote us a new roof while refusing to finish their original work. We will be sharing this experience with everyone in our community and encouraging them to contact another company for any roofing needs, just like we were instructed to do.

Update: I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this matter. I was told the owner wanted to speak with me, which gave me hope that he wanted to make this right. Still waiting to hear from someone.

Update: I still have not heard from anyone from R Turley. Will be filing with the BBB.

Working with R Turley Roofing was a fantastic experience from start to end. They truly made the process of having our roof replaced incredible easy! They knew exactly what to look for and helped deal with our home insurance to get the repairs covered. The installation was quick, clean, and the new roof looks great! Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

RTurley roofing did a fantastic job! They did almost all of the communicating with our insurance company, and they were kind and accommodating as we worked around COVID procedures with our bank! Our roof looks great, and I’m still so impressed with how quickly and professionally it was completed! I will recommend them to everyone.

Many considerations go into a roofing project, starting with the condition of the existing roof. Was it installed properly? Has it just worn out, or is there significant storm damage that would warrant an insurance claim? If insurance is involved, it may not be a simple matter of getting bids. One may end up choosing a contractor based on reputation rather than price, and then trusting the contractor and the insurance company to work things out. As for the roof itself, other factors include the shingle manufacturer, the product line within the manufacturer, the suite of products used with the shingles, the training and experience of the roofing crew, the plan for adequate ventilation, warranties, and the credentials (licensing, longevity, etc.) of the roofing company.

Given all the facets of getting a new roof, I felt that R. Turley roofing provided a fair, objective assessment of the situation, used quality materials, had an excellent crew, and did a great job of walking me through the process. My wife and I were particularly impressed with the care that the crew took with our property in terms of protecting the perimeter around the house and cleaning up afterward. Throughout the installation, we had good communication with the company and the crew, and we are pleased with the outcome.

R Turley made the whole process of getting a new roof through an insurance claim so easy. They always answered my calls and showed up when they said they would. They started the claim process for me by calling insurance with me and answering all the questions for which I didn’t have the answer. They documented the whole roof and were present for the insurance inspection. The installers were on time and finished the job on schedule. I can’t recommend R Turley enough.
