I delt with Ira James who was very efficient. I didn't know who I could trust. Ira came through. The crew did a great job I would recommend A+ Roofing.

We have used A+ Roofing twice now. Ira does a great job working with insurance. They work fast and always stay in contact throughout the process. Will use them again if needed.

A + Roofing Solutions provided excellent service and quality work. I had 2 roofs and guttering replaced on 2 different homes. The communication was excellent. The roofs were done timely. I received a detailed estimate with an explanation. The owner met with my insurance adjusters. After it was completed, he did an inspection a couple of weeks later. He made sure the job was completed correctly and made appropriate adjustments. David and Christy Watson, owners and operators of A + Roofing Solutions provided the best customer service experience. I highly recommend A + Roofing.

I can’t say enough about the A+ Roofing Solutions team and the care they’ve taken in getting our roof and gutters replaced. From the get go I got a really good feeling when meeting Pat and Zeke and selected them on the spot. The professionalism shown was top notch. Pat walked me through all the options and costs and was transparent with everything. I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed working with Zeke! As I was at work much of the time Zeke dealt mainly with my wife who absolutely loved him! He was Johnny on the spot for all issues and we never felt we wouldn’t get something fixed if it went wrong. From start to finish it was a pleasant (weird term for a roof replacement!) experience. We will definitely recommend A+ and when we need another roof, they’ll be our only call. Thanks guys!

A+ did a fine job replacing our roof, but be careful if you have them replace your gutters. The owner does not believe it is necessary to install the back of the gutters behind the roof drip edge so that water coming off the roof drips into the gutter. The owner told me they simply install gutters on about 50% of houses in front of the drip edge as there is no building code requiring them to do it the recommended way.

Replacing my roof was made a pleasant process with the aid of A+. Ira James, the Project Manager, met with the insurance adjuster to inspect my roofing needs. Ira stayed and completely and honestly laid out a plan that was easy to understand and totally adhered to from start to finish. I was amazed at how quickly the job was completed. The crew were friendly and did a great job. Ira was just amazing and honest in working with me.

I tried 3 others before selecting A+ Roofing Solutions. Ira James answered my calls and texts very quickly. Came out and provided an estimate, contacted the insurance company, sent out his team, did the work and cleaned up all within 4 days. I am very pleased with the service and my roof looks amazing. The Team even painted my vents to match the new black roof. One less job for me. Highly recommend.

My Project Manager, Ira James was great to work with. He went over my claim documents line by line. He worked with my Insurance Company adjuster and included me on all email correspondence. He also kept me up to date on the roof repairs and we did a walk through after the work was done. I highly recommend A+ Roofing.

I had damage done to the roof of my shed. I contacted several other roofers prior to having Ira James, who is the area project manager, referred to me. The other roofers never got back to me. When I had recent Hail damage Ira was the first person I contacted, again He worked with Insurance Company to get me a complete roof replacement. They arrived at my home at 6 am banging on my door. When I answered he was talking on the phone while telling me to move my cars. First off, don't come to my door on the phone that is rude and unprofessional! Secondly, don't bark orders at me like I'm one of your crew! I kindly let him know we would be leaving for work at 6:30 and the cars would be moved then.

I was told my pool would be covered with a tarp so that debries and nails wouldn't get in it. Well I got home and had to get that stuff out of my pool because it wasn't covered while they did the work.

Their truck broke down and they left it in my drive so we had to park on the street. They could have moved it.

They took up my solar lights and didn't put them back. They took up part of my path edging and didn't fix it. They left plastic bottle trash in my yard and left rope tied to my front porch post.

I would not ever recommend this sloppy, unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate company to anyone!

I have to say I am rather impressed with the reaction this review got from the Project Manager/Contractor! This gentleman showed up at my house on Saturday ready to right all wrongs made by his crew, physically and monetarily!! He offered to have my pool professionally cleaned, also!! This simple act, spoke volumes to me! The crew was lacking but this manager stepped up!!

I had a complaint about their lack of communication, but the company really responded well to criticism and went above and beyond to apologize and make changes so that customers have good experiences.
Our roof is no longer leaking, so no complaints whatsoever about the work.

Ira James- Area Project Manager- was incredible & guided me thru the whole process of filing claim, scheduling appraisal & completing claim. Best service ever & answered all texts, calls very quickly. They replaced roof in one day! Thank you, Ira!

I was unfamiliar with the insurance of getting our storm damaged roof repaired, but our agent Ira James handled the process for us in a professional way, and he was able to get a full roof replacement for the damage we had. He would always get back to us and pick up immediately if we had any questions. When there were any surprises, the repair team kept in touch with us, and did a fantastic cleanup.

This is the second time our family has called upon Ira James, Project Manager, and his incredible staff. No one else would do the job and not only did Mr. James and his team take on the project, they did so quickly, and with great respect and integrity. We called these guys out to get a quote for a new roof and we want to upgrade to a metal roof.
The guy told me that I first need to file a claim with my insurance and let him sweet talk the adjuster. He literally told me that he knows all the State Farm adjusters and when the guy sees his smiling face, he'll get me a good deal.
They wouldn't even give me a quote.
I told him that I have the money and I'm not ready to file a claim.

We needed to get a new roof on a house we were selling. We only had two weeks before closing so it was going to be a challenge. A+ is a rare company with fabulous customer service. A+'s Ira James worked with insurance company to get best outcome. Larger crew finished my roof in a day that ended @ 5pm, not sunset. Took care with my new gutters as well. Great company- I highly recommend A+ Roofing.

I contacted area project manager Ira James when I needed a roof inspection. After helping with my insurance claim, Ira and the A+ team handled my roof replacement in a first-class manner from start to finish. They were on time and battled brutal heat to get the job done faster than I thought they could. I definitely recommend them, and will use them again myself.

Finding A+ Roofing Solutions was a happy accident. I mistakenly signed up for Angie's list while trying to figure out how on earth I was going to afford a roof replacement. Ira James, the area project manager of A+ roofing, called me the same day and I really didn't have high hopes when I started my google search that morning, but Ira has somehow made it happen! We have a new roof! Not just shingles either, we have new decking that he got approved by the insurance company, too. He honestly went way above and beyond than I ever expected and actually cared about us even though the job was small. He isn't just a salesperson, he is passionate about the project and getting it done right and making customers happy. He met with two different insurance adjusters and dealt with two different insurance companies to get my claim approved. He got up on that roof with them and talked it out and I'm just not sure that would have happened if it had been another roofing company. The roofers did a stellar job too, finishing our roof in one day and leaving my yard cleaner than when they showed up. I went to stay the night with family, and literally came home to a new roof the next day and a cleaner yard. I cannot recommend enough. Huge burden off of our shoulders. Now I just need a new coat of paint and she'll be beautiful again :).

Holy cow, cannot say enough good about this company. We suffered damage on our roof from a hail storm and ended up fighting with the insurance company for over a year. The area project manager, Ira James stepped in and had a new roof on our place within two weeks fully paid for by the insurance company. Could not have done it without them. and the work was impeccable.

David and his team at A + went above and beyond when it came to helping us prove the insurance company was incorrect in their opinion. He spent several hours in the heat time and time again meeting insurance adjusters to prove the roof needed replaced. Im not sure anyone else would have spent the time to do that. A plus Roofing helped my Mom in her time of greif. She just lost her husband of over 40 yrs. They came in and treated her like she was their mother. They are honest and reliable to every word. Greg and Dave are professional and awesome to work with. They came out and gave us an estimate and within a week they had the insurance company out as well to inspect the roof. A week after that our roof was torn off and a new one was installed all in ONE day. The crew works extremely well together from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone. From start to finish A + Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. I gave them a call and the owner Dave answered. We set up a time for him to come over and inspect my roof for hail damage. He showed up on time and did the inspection. He answered everyone of my questions and explained the whole process to me. With in a week Dave met my insurance adjuster at my house and I got improved for a new roof by my insurance company. A week later his very professional crew came over and within 2 and half days I got a new roof! They did an incredible job and my yard was SPOTLESS when they left. The next day Dave came back over to my house and inspected their work himself! It was AMAZING using A + Roofing! I HIGHLY recommend them for any roofing need you may have!

Fantastic experience. Greg and David are simply exceptional and show true professionalism in everything they do. They are more than willing to help and make sure the job is done correctly. Having been my first time to need a roof, I had copious amounts of questions about how the process worked, what kind of shingles etc. Each question was answered and explained every step of the way. After the job was completed all of the debris, nails, and trash were cleaned up in a fast, timely manner. I love the way my roof turned out. It was an absolute privilege to work with A+. I am a licensed insurance adjuster and met them on a claim. I found them very friendly, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I meet hundreds of roofers a year on claim inspections and they are by far one of the best I’ve seen.

We had a very positive experience with A+ Roofing from our first contact through completion. They handled all of the insurance claim process, including personally meeting with our insurance representatives and walking them through the details. Our home is rather large and complicated with different aspects and we appreciated this extra effort to keep the entire process seamless for us.

The A+ Roofing team took the time to cover all of our bushes/flowers to protect from any potential damage, thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, walked our property numerous times to insure no debris or nails were left on any part, all in extreme heat! They never tried to “over-sell” us into something we would not need, used high quality roofing material that our insurance company approved of and they were responsive to any questions we had!

I met the salesman Greg through a random text. Within days he came to inspect my roof and handled everything with the insurance company! Within the week the project manager David came over to inspect the roof then he setup a build date. They upgraded my 20 year roof to a 30 year roof for almost nothing which made my home insurance go down. I didn't have to pay my $1600 dollar deductible since they do whatever they can to try to pay your deductible or atleast lower it. They had my roof built and the yard cleaned up within one working day! Great guys and if you have any questions about the process they respond at any time day or night! I think I've talked with Greg more times around 1am then any other time and always answered my questions in a professional manner!

I recently had A+ roofing solicit me for a new roof. I let them look. I was in need of a complete roof. They helped me get the claim approved. I got a second (good faith bid from RBK) just to keep them honest. RBK bid was about 5k less than A + so naturally I either want a match or RBK gets the job. A + became really unprofessional at that point and kind of threw a little hissy fit. More or less acted as if I betrayed them by getting the other bid. They also bid my parents roof and were 3k higher than RBK. Their salesman, Greg I believe, also just sent me a nasty text that read " I thought I was a good judge of character, but you have none", so now I will do my part to put him on blast. Be careful of them. If you need a roof call Keith at RBK roofing.

A+ Roofing is a great company. They do quality work in a timely manner. Everything they said they would do was done right. I would highly recommend.
