You guys have an employee that drives an older Blue ford pickup and she comes in at 12 she’s ran me off the road and cut people off aswell as shooting the finger at people while driving and since I can’t contact hr I’m hoping to get in contact someone here

Want to make a review on this company I think it's one of the poorest companies I've ever worked with they made a promise to be back into our condo in two months here were four months out and we still don't have any answers they're tying everything up holding the money back which if I know now we would have had a different company do our business I don't think they're qualified to handle big jobs poor customer service no returns of calls if I could rate a zero that's what they would have got

Our oceanfront family business. the Tropical Manor, was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. We have been blessed beyond measure by the extremely knowledgeable, timely, and professional mitigation and restoration services provided by R&R Industries. It's like we have a super hero team helping us to navigate through this devastating disaster. Keep up the great work! We really appreciate the truly amazing assistance you have provided!

Just walked in needing some help on some sheet metal. Jess in back was one of the best, thank you for the help.

This company engaged in fraudulent practices and tricked us into signing a contract with them. Then they fired the guy and blamed it on him. They continued to lie on multiple occasions. Their employees smoked inside our home, attempted to steal tools from our property and even enter our daughters bedroom and tried to engage conversation with her. They showed up late for inspections and sometimes not at all. The scheduled false inspections with the city in an attempt to cut corners. They are frauds. Even after I terminated them they begged me to hire them back. We were advised by an attorney that they recommended we should because GCs were hard to find. Then after we did they entered into more fraudulent practices. Do NOT use this company.

We have been using R&R Industries at Towers 8&9 Condominium for a number of years now. I wouldn't trust our roofs to anyone else. They are prompt, offer exceptional service, and do quality. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a quality roofing company.

I worked with Ricky on this project. He was very helpful informative and professional. The man in the field performing the work we’re very knowledgeable and polite. The work was done quickly. They clean the jobsite when done and left nothing behind to be cleaned up. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Witnessed an R&R salesman going around taking other roofing company's yard signs and tossing them in the back of his truck. When I approached him, he sped off but not before I got pictures of his face, truck, license plate and about 6-10 other company's signs in the back. Classless and petty.

The staff was very professional. Ricky is very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. The job was completed on time.

I just wanted to make sure my review was posted under the correct name. My previous review was incorrectly placed under my son’s name. I would give these guys a 0 if that was a choice. R & R Industries installed a roof for me for 16k. They shingled around the chimney covering a preexisting flashing problem and didn’t tell me about and also didn’t apply any other flashing. I am a single woman and have been misled by them as to the cause of this leak for 8 months and had to get another contractor to get the truth. Now R & R industries wants to make “minor adjustments “ to correct this when the entire area around the chimney needs to be reshingled and reflashed to stop the leak. I thought I was hiring professionals. I guess not... I just want it fixed properly.

R & R Industries improperly installed a roof for me and now I am having leaks and they refuse to fix it. They need to redo the roof around my chimney and appropriately seal it with flashing. They told me I had "improperly installed " flashing under the stucco. This is the first I have heard of this. They never told me about it when they did the roof. As a single woman, I have been misled as to the cause of the leak for 8 months by R & R Industries. I had to get a sec0nd opinion by another contractor to find the truth. I thought I was hiring professionals and paid almost 16k for my roof.

R&R responded to my call within 1day and Ricky was at my home the next to take care of a blocked dryer vent on the roof. He was prompt, professional and courteous, not just resolving the problem but declining to charge for his time. Stellar service not often found and much appreciated! I would highly recommend this company and Ricky is a great asset to their team.

R&R technicians worked quickly and carefully. They took time to explain each step in the installation process and did excellent work-site clean up at the end of each day.

R+R is the best, by far, roofing company we've worked with. They're always quick to arrive when we've got a problem with one of our older roofs and they've worked closely with us to replace those old roofs with vastly improved modern construction

I had a total reroof done by another company in 2019 and they would/did not honor their 15 year labor warranty. I had also called a chimney professional to prepare to use my fireplace for the first time in 8 years. Ricky called and coordinated with the other professional and the work was done in 1 day. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. I didn't have paint to touch up the chimney after the repairs and Ricky went further and offered to come back to paint when I have the paint available. I do recommend R & R to anyone in the Daytona Beach area.

Very reputable company located at 500 Carswell, Holly Hill, FLA. We went for details to get an estimate on rain gutters for our business building. The receptionist was vey friendly and helpful to our request. Will issue another post after estimate is given and work completed.

After searching for a roofing company, someone recommended R & R Industries to my husband and I. This was a great recommendation. I was contacted the very next day by Jeff Prater, who we would be our Project Manager. He came to inspect our roof the next day as we agreed. He totally inspected our roof and explained to us what had to be done and why. Everything he told us was included on our Estimate. Jeff made sure we understood the Estimate and how it was priced. There was no deposit given or asked for upon signing this Estimate. No funds were given until our work commenced in the next few days. We had a inside leak and Jeff knew the rain and time was of an essence to get our roof done. Jeff is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring person. You could see this in how he spoke to us and about his crew. The crew arrived early in the morning as we were told. They worked hard from their arrival, accept for taking their lunch break, until it was time to leave for the day. There was no horseplay or slack of hard work from this crew. Jeff checked on his crew often not only to check on them, but their safety and their health as well. Our roof was just completed a couple of weeks ago. To see that Jeff cared about his crew in such high heat weather and rainstorms was admirable. You could just see he was genuinely concerned for their well being. He was proud of his hard working crew and let us know we could feel at ease that a job would be well done. And that was true. Our roof was completed quickly and responsibly. Jeff and his crew are definitely a great asset to their Company and represent their Company well. Jeff not only advised us about our roof, but also recommended someone to replace and install our new gutters, as well as recommending someone to repair our damaged ceiling. He has contacted us a few times since our roof was finished just to make sure we had no problems. Which, of course, there is none. My husband and I both are confident that we made the right decision in going with R & R Industries and would definitely retain their services again if ever the need arose.
