Was suddenly in a bind and needed someone asap!. Called Tim. 30 minutes later they were on site and taking care of the project I had going.on . definitely life savers.

There work is fine but scheduling and communication is virtually non-existent. To be fair, the jobs weren't the biggest and I wasn't expecting them to be a priority but for the second job I was told sometime in a week. Never got a date. After calling and no return call I called a third time which was two weeks after initial call and they fit me in the next day. If you're looking for something concrete, maybe try somewhere else; otherwise they are fine.

Excellent response. Master level electricians solve problems, educate you, and get things done. Getting things done should have been first on my list, but they excel in all four of my criteria.
