Andrew had been recommended to me by my realtor after we purchased our house. To be sure, my agent would not recommend anyone she was not 100% sure about. Soon after I hired A.M.Construction to replace my garage roof, I realized why Andrew and his team were given such a stellar recommendation. From the start, both Andrew and Ryan were very professional, generous with their time, attentive to my requests, and very courteous. Their crew arrived early in the morning on a very hot summer's day and practically worked non-stop, and flawlessly, no chit-chats, pure labor, completing the job in a little over a day. Even with the grueling weather conditions, they were extremely diligent, hard-working, and super nice! In short, the many years of know-how and experience is clearly evident in the end result. Our roof started leaking last night. I called A.M desperately needing the issue addressed. The project manager, Jon Cutherbertson reached out to me immediately. He was extremely polite and assured me he would come right out to Lincoln and fix the situation even though it was raining.

He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and informative. He took his time explaining everything that was going on and how he was going to resolve the issues. He had photos of the problem areas and showed me how it should look. He took the time to follow up and show me the work he had done to stop the leak as well. Very neat, tidy work.

The leak is no longer. He did an excellent job putting a patch on until they can come do a long term fix.

I am extremely grateful to have had such a fast response from such a knowledgeable company. I look forward to having them come back and do the permanent fix. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future and recommending them to anyone who needs work done. Thank you!

My husband and myself had originally reached out to A.M. Construction in March of this year looking for a quote to have our roof on our home replaced. Within 3 days of reaching out via Facebook, Andrew stopped by our home to look at our roof and provided us with a quote. After discussion between my husband and myself, we decided not to get our roof done quite yet and have our chimney done first, however we didn't know where to start looking for the appropriate and professional masonry to do this job. I reached out to Andrew advising that we were going to wait on our roof and asked if he by any chance knew a good masonry. Andrew provided us with a name, and we contacted the gentleman right away. A few weeks later, we ended up having our chimney replaced. A few weeks after our chimney was replaced, we decided we should get our roof done. Andrew was very patient with us through the entire process while we were trying to figure out the perfect time to get our roof replaced. His crew did the job in ONE day, a phentomial job at that. A couple of pieces of facia were blown off the highest part of the house. We called to ask if this could be repaired and sent the requested photos of the damage. The very next morning, someone was at the house to repair the damage. We are grateful for the quick response. The job was done efficiently and the young man had the repair done in no time. Oh my goodness!!! They got my 100 year old, very large, with add ons barn house done in one day!!! A full crew showed up and left, it was like they were never here unless you look up at my beautiful new roof!!! Thank you Andrew!!!!!!

During the wind storm in December we lost a ton of shingles off the roof. I called around to get a qoute from many different companies, unsure what I was doing because I had never done it before. Andrew right from the start was upfront an friendly with me. Wanted to help get us a new roof as soon as possible so we didn't have to worry anymore about leaks in the house. Because I was going through insurance I had to get multiple things for insurance an Andrew was always very understanding an patient with the process. Eventually we were able to get the roof job scheduled. There were many challenges through this whole process but never once did I feel uncertain about this company or made to feel like I was irritating. The crew showed up at 8 AM had the roof shoveled an stripped by 10:30 AM, an the job was totally completed by 5 PM. The roof looks great! Company is respectful, friendly an extremely hard working. I would suggest this company to anyone I know, an will be keeping his contact information for when I need my garage roof done!

We are in the process of completing a large home renovation and discovered some issues with the roof/chimney. Within a few days of contacting Andrew, he sent his crew out to fix it, and they also found some additional areas that needed to be fixed. He was prompt to take care of it, but was transparent with the cost and very fair. Andrew is by far one of the most honest people I’ve met, and he has self created his business due to his commitment to good, quality work, making customers happy with the utmost professionalism.

My house had poor ventilation in the attic causing ice buildup in the winter time. A couple years ago, I hired a different company in the area to resolve these issues. Long story short, that company took about a week to do the job and they still didn't fix the issue and I was left with a lot less money and the same issues that following winter.
Something needed to get done so I turned to Andrew this year who came highly recommended from my peers.
Andrew came in, listened to my concerns and suggested that a ridge vent and a vented roof be installed. Andrews crew came in and got everything done in A DAY (with some very minor touch ups and trim pieces the following day). His crew cleaned everything up as I had no issues with stray roofing nails in the backyard where my children and dogs play.
I've attached two pictures below that illustrate the before and after of this project. In the first picture, you can see the area that wasn't being properly vented as the clear outline of missing frost illustrates. In the second, you can see that the frost is holding and maintaining a cool temp across the entire roof showing proper and adequate ventilation.
We've recently had a couple inches of snow as of this writing and I've seen no sign of ice buildup of any kind throughout my roof.
Your home is your most valuable asset and you can trust that A.M. Construction and Roofing will get the job done right.
I can not recommend them enough and I will certainly use them again for any future projects.

Andrew and his crew did our house roof this spring. It was done exactly as quoted and at a very fair price. They were efficient, only here for one and half days. That is huge to us because we didn’t want our yard/house a construction zone for half the summer.

Andrew's team replaced our garage roof this fall. I called Andrew for a quote, he was there either that day, or a few days later to look things over. Once we pulled the trigger he communicated with us regarding schedule. I was away from home when they completed their work within a day's time. Would have never known they came/went. Stripped old shingles and installed new, cleaned up after themselves. A small communication issue with the crew during the day of installation for a side job I wanted complete but I called Andrew several days later and they came back to do a small fix on the house roof. Will seek their services in the future. Would recommend to others.

The crew showed up early in the A.M. and stayed at it except for a short lunch break, until the job was done. One day start to finish and that included clean up. I could not be happier with service and workmanship.

They arrived on time, total professionals and completely stripped and re-shingled our home in 1 day. Caribou Rehab and Nursing had a section of roofing blown off during a bad wind storm. I was impressed with how Andy presented his proposal of optional approaches to repairing the problem area; he took a Google Earth picture of our roof, labeling different sections A-E with individual pricing for each section. This made the options very easy to understand. His crew did an excellent job with the installation (including replacement of rotted decking where needed), including complete clean up of the removed debris from stripping away the old. I highly recommend A.M. Construction for your roofing project!

The crew was amazing. Fast, professional, superb work and cleanup was exceptional. Less than two days to complete 3,500sq foot house plus garage.

We called for an estimate for a large roof on a 40x60 building with the thought that like other roofers in our area it would be scheduled for next year. We were blown away that we were scheduled within 4 weeks and the work came in slightly under the estimate. The work was done extremely efficiently and best of all the awesome crew cleaned up thoroughly so no worries about nails in feet or tires. From the moment I met owner Andrew Michaud I was impressed with the prompt and efficient estimate he provided. After accepting the bid, within one week a crew of the most polite and experienced roofers arrived and finished the project in one day--35 squares, 2 buildings. The crew promptly and carefully removed any object that could get damaged (flower pots and patio furniture, etc.), the home was completely tarped to prevent any damage to the structures and landscaping, and they had the old shingles removed and disposed of into the dumpster while the new shingles were installed. Neighbor after neighbor stopped and commented on how efficient the crew was and what a great job they did. I would highly recommend A.M. Construction & Roofing, Inc.! The best in Aroostook County!!!

Great company did my house roof in less than a day. The stripping of old roof and cleanup was great. Would definitely recommend and use this company for future projects.

Professional from the day Andrew showed up for the estimate until the last shingle was in place. Because so many contractors are unable to calculate the duration of their projects they often are behind schedule. We selected a week in September to aim for in the early spring, which is exactly when they showed up. Removed a metal roof, replaced 2 large skylights, re-sheathed the entire roof, added ice shield and shingled the roof in ONE DAY. Our entire project was completed on schedule in large part because the other steps were not delayed by the roofers. 5 Stars doesnt seem like enough!
