The crew that came out were very polite. They removed a tree off my house and did storm debris cleaup. They were very thorough and left nothing behind. I was very happy with the work that was done and the price was very reasonable.

Had a huge Red Oak leaning towardca mobie hone only 5"" from crushing the home. They not only took it down without incident. But the cleanup was amazing. They are professionals in every sense of the word.

I was so impressed after the first time meeting with Randy. He explained the process of tree removal and elevation. They worked through the rain while removing a tree very close to my house without any problems and grinded stumps spur of the moment. I highly recommend them.

I was quite pleased with R&J Tree Service. I will definitely be using this company for any future tree/stump etc. needs. Randy came out to give me a free estimate (which was reasonable). He wrote up a contract with details and total cost and left a copy for me. His office later scheduled me in the next week. I was sent a reminder message which I confirmed. On the scheduled day, Will showed up at the designated time and worked hard the entire time he was here. I did my walk through and everything was exactly like I had wanted it. The crew removed 3 trees in our front yard. The workers were polite and took care of cleaning up leftover debris. The stump grinding was great. They took care to get rid of all of the stumps. The workers was done exactly as described in the written proposal. I am very happy with the way the job was completed.

The job we needed R&J to perform was exceptionally difficult. There were 11 trees in precarious positions that threatened the home. Not only were they leaning well over the roof but our land is steep rocky, mountainous terrain which makes things that much more challenging. I was baffled on how it could be handled, honestly. Randy came out with a reasonable estimate and took meticulous notes on the specifics of what needed to be done. They were here on the scheduled day and were felling trees with precision. Now we're feeling much more secure about our greatest investment. Everyone seemed like real pros and I'm glad we chose R&J. thanks, guys!

To begin with" Randy came out and gave an estimate and details of what they was going to do ( which was a great price for work that was done). Then thier employees cane out professional, very hard working and did GREAT Job!!! They cut huge tree that was close to building and power lines and trimmed up another tree down a hill and cleaned up every bit of it. AMAZING JOB!! Those guys did not stop until it was finished!! R and J Tree Services are pure professionals at a reasonable price. I originally went with a tree services out of Booneville, however they could not keep their commitment. In working with Randy and his staff, they where able to help work me into their schedule. They are great to work with and understood my situation in needing service sooner than later as this project was holding up several others. Once on site they kept me informed on what and how they where going to take down this 100 Plus tall tree. It was also in a very difficult place. They did so with great care. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up the site once the tree was down. I will reuse them in the future and highly recommend them.

I recently hired R & J Tree Service to take down several trees, remove two large debris piles consisting of our own tree cutting, grinding of all stumps pertaining to said trees and trimming up of several other trees. From start to finish both the crew and office staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were incredibly professional and clearly communicated every step of the process, ensuring that I was comfortable and informed throughout.

Concerns of potential damage always exist with any extensive yard project, but this team eased all my worries with their extremely careful and skillful approach. Not a single part of my yard or home was harmed during this massive removal. They took the time to protect my lawn and nearby plants, demonstrating a level of care that truly impressed me.

R & J Tree Service exceeded our expectations with some stump grinding we needed done-ground down 4 huge stumps, cleaned up the shavings, leveled off with top soil, and seeded! They came out and cleaned up 2 trees in front yard and took out a dead tree in backyard. I was very pleased with the work. They were very professional and left yard all cleaned up. These guys were great at removing two very tall pine trees from my yard. It was not the best location due to power lines and a fence but they worked through it even when the rain started toward the end of the project. I would definitely recommend them.

Back in September I had a tree fall on my house. I called R & J tree service because they had done a fundraiser for our animal rescue. I thought this would be a good way to show them my support. They came to my house right after they got back from the south after those terrible storms. I was amazed at how they got that tree off my house with the crane. Randy and Crystal were so kind and patient especially since this was an insurance claim. I will recommend them to everyone!!

Oh man! If you need a tree removed, look no further. My wife and I live in a fairly urban neighborhood with a small lot and power lines and neighbors close by. Randy and his crew made it look easy removing this massive tree from our front yard. When they finished removing the tree in what I can only describe as witchcraft, they brought in this sweeping grinder to remove the stump. The crew worked diligently to clean up and raked and blew the front yard. When they left, you would have never known a tree had been there. We are incredibly happy with the result!

R&J Tree Services just finished cutting some big trees for us including a massive Poplar that was hanging over our home. They did a fantastic job! They had power lines on either side to dodge, my house, a fence line and a dogwood we wanted to keep. They dropped every branch precisely. They worked safely and I felt confident while they were working. These guys know what they are doing! They cleaned up everything including a brush pile that was already here when they started. Even raked up our yard when they were done. These guys worked hard and gave stellar service. The price was great too! I highly recommend R&J tree service!

R & J came out and took down, 8 80 to 100 feet tall White Pine trees. While I was fine with the fact that they would probably tear up the yard. I was most definitely surprised, not only did they really not tear it up, they cleaned it up so well that except for the trees being gone, you almost not even know the equipment that had been run over the yard.

We were keep informed, if they needed to change something. All the guys were great. I would highly recommend if you have trees to come down to give them a call.

I have had Randy and his crew perform some pretty big jobs at both residence and my business. His work is exceptional. He has taken care of some very large trees in precarious situations but always manages to make it look easy. Perhaps more importantly, he and his crew take the time to clean everything up like nothing ever happened -- and that's the really hard work. He takes care not to damage any surrounding plants or buildings. R&J always shows up on time and gets the job done. I don't write that many reviews online, but I do for R&J.

Had them cut down eight trees on my property ranging from small to large. Conditions were that they would cut down the trees and cut the logs up into "manageable" pieces, ones that I would be able to move by myself. Everything else would be left on the property i.e. brush, logs, etc for me to take care of. They did the job in two days with three employees. At first it appeared to be fine, once I got the brush moved, I found they left quite a few very large pieces of the trunk from several of the trees and a lot of the larger logs were only cut 3/4 of the way through, leaving me to finish sawing through them. For $3,500.00, without them taking anything, I figured it would've been done as agreed to.

Exceptional service! They drove out to Clemmons NC, were fast and efficient with their time. A fair price, easy to get in touch with and did an excellent job with the clean up. This was the second time we have used them and will call them again for future work.

We've used R & J twice to remove some huge trees in our backyard. I've been very impressed with Randy and his guys. They do excellent work for a fair price and one of the big, important points where I want to brag on them is cleanup! Cleanup is huge. When they left I had a nice pile of wood to burn and the brush was taken care of. I'll gladly use them again when I need them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service.
