Poor experience dealing with Quinn Roofing. I contracted Quinn to replace my residential roof and they ended up sub-contracting the work out (without my knowledge) and more importantly, Quinn did not stand by the workmanship of the subcontractor they hired. I ended up having leaks in the dormer area due to lack of step flashing. I was promised a full repair to problem areas and compensation for interior water damage, but only received a quick patch which led to further damage. Please save yourself the headache.

My company owns commercial properties in the Windsor Essex area. After some severe damage from a storm at one locations, Hesham and his team were quick to respond and got the roof fixed quickly, considering how busy they must have been. The price was fair, communication was great and the repairs have been solid. We will work with them again.

As the past president and current property manager for the Society of St.Vincent de Paul we have used Quinn Roofing for both flat roof installations and also repair. They were very professional and we were very pleased with their work and both our roof installations were done on time and they even did a few small repairs at the same time at no extra charge. Just recently we had a leak due to damage caused during an ice storm. They came out in a timely fashion and completed the repair in less than perfect weather. This was greatly appreciated as their quick repair allowed us to continue our workday without any loss or damage to inventory. Quinn Roofing did an excellent job for our family. They found the time to fit us into their schedule on short notice and were very responsive. They took pictures of the issues with the roof and texted them to me so we could see how it looked before and after it was done. Their team cleaned up everything and was done the job in 1 day.

They did a commercial apartment installation & they did not install enough down spouts, so now there's water damage. It's been a over a week not being able to get someone to even come look at the roof, let alone repair it before it gets worse. I do NOT recommend them!!

Almost just got hit by one of these vans. October 29, 2018 just before 5pm on Ouellette/Dougall out front of Teppermans. The guy was doing 10km/h below the speed limit in the left lane, & when he got to the bend, had two wheels in both lanes & almost hit the front of my car. After he moved back over & when I got up next to him, he was laughing away with his cell phone up to his ear, completely oblivious. If he can’t figure out the rules of the road in a van covered in company logos, I certainly wouldn’t trust him with my roof!!

I came across your company while looking for someone to repair my roof, called the office for more information and a quote. The woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. She told me they would come out and look at the roof and then provide me with a quote.
Someone else from your company just called me and said you don't do repairs for residential- your secretary should know that! So I dont understand why I was told you would. And why does your website advertise repair for both residential and commercial. Thanks for making me wait 2 days for nothing to happen.
