QSI is a great company that provides great buildings at reasonable prices. They do fast, quality work and are very dependable. They do what they say they are going to do. They built my work shop for me and did a great job. Brandon Berry is a great salesman that explained everything about the building. Peter Loewen and his crew did a fabulous job building my work shop.I highly recommend QSI for your building needs.

The folks at QSI are true professionals. They operate like a military operation (Based on 24 years of military experience conducting numerous peacetime and wartime operations). The initial visit is performed by a seasoned QSI member (James Matthew), the next team shows up with all the materials, the follow-on team builds the structure, and the original seasoned QSI member conducts final review / quality control check. I couldn’t be more impressed, and as a retired military officer, I have extremely high standards. Did I mention they completed the two structures in a fraction of time I anticipated (two days)? I was thinking it would take seven to ten days. An amazing team!
I am meeting with the same professional QSI representative / team this month to extend one of the original structures. Also have plans to use QSI to build a bunk-house next year.
Don’t hesitate, you won't find a more competent and professional team than QSI. You can thank me later.

Building is fine, but the Concrete was terrible called our sales man and he just wanted to argue and tell me that 3 different Concrete companies don't know what they are talking about. The Concrete failed and started braking it was on 1 month old. They never called me back and didn't fix it.

QSI built a garage for us. They called to let us know when they would be there and arrived on time. They had our 40×30 ft. garage up in 3 days. Quality workmanship!

Our Salesman, Mike, was outstanding. From start to finish on our Miami County, KS project he was professional, responsive and very knowledgeable. Mike was there to guide us and even helped after building was completed. Great customer service. I have referred my friends to Mike for their building needs. Star employee!

We had the absolute best experience with QSI. Mike was super responsive from the beginning. When we first met him he had everything laid out he met all of my husbands expectations plus had a lot of additional things we were very excited about. Timing for the building was spot on, they met every deadline.The crews were clean courteous and they were hard workers every step of the way. Even when we had a change order to add an additional amount of concrete they met our request and kept the project on time. Honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else to get our new building built. Our experience with QSI in Richmond, Ks was exceptional from planning this project to completion. Kyle Greene really knew what he was doing and always had a quick and knowledgeable answer to my questions and was a great guy to work with! He always kept his promises too. Lastly, I would be remiss without mentioning Joe Yoder. When I arrived one evening to check on the progress, by accident and it was my fault, the dirt work was my responsibility, the post holes were all in the wrong position. Joe stayed late into the evening and after dark, filling in the post holes and stayed to dig the new post holes in the proper location so our project would remain on schedule and ready for the next crew! I was truly blown away by this gesture and his work ethic! please give Joe my sincerest thank you once again. In today’s day and age, that is something QSI and Joe should be really proud of! QSI is a great company to work with. They are very upfront about every aspect of what's involved with their buildings. Very easy to get ahold of and answer questions. The crews they hire are extremely good at putting up their buildings and very quick. Buildings are a good value and as described. This is our 3rd QSI building in the last 7 years and we will buy from them again when we need something in the future.

I have purchased two buildings from QSI. I have been very satisfied with both builds. Kyle Green was the salesman, he knows QSI buildings and how to get the project organized. Use his expertise. If you do the job will go well.
So many times with building projects the customer's expectations are not realistic. My best advice is to thoroughly research what you are doing, understand the process, make a checklist for dates for expectations and review everything with QSI before you start. This will help you help them and give you a satisfactory result.
QSI builds quality structures and has excellent crews. As you can tell I recommend them.

Best pole barn business in KS !!! Great service ...the repair guy does the BEST job ever if needing a repair

I had done a review a few days ago armed with some wrong information. Now this right here will tell you all you need to have a good feeling about QSI. Like I mentioned in my original post (which has been deleted because I don't like putting false info out there) I love my shop, plain and simple, but thought I had been overcharged for the concrete. The General Manager for QSI quickly began looking into it to see if they had made a mistake or not and then reached out to me. And let me tell you, he called at 6:30 pm, outside of the normal business hours because this meant a great deal to him. We talked for a bit and got things figured out and I'm not afraid to admit that I was wrong. If you need a building and want a company that really cares about customer satisfaction, go with Quality Structures. Oh, and one piece of advice, whatever size you are thinking about doing, go bigger. You'll be glad you did!

I used QSI for my new shop. They did an excellent job and the sales man Steve Morrison was great to work with. He has been very responsive throughout the process. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I was very excited to purchase a QSI building after seeing their impressive build quality throughout the area. However, like many others, getting a quote from them was exhaustive and impossible. After pursuing them through email, multiple phone calls, and website inquiry forms, I was informed they were very busy servicing existing QSI buildings and would have a quote to me "in the coming days."

Needless to say, after 3 months I must be only "days away" from that quote and I am glad to have taken my business to Yutzy Construction.

Edit: I did receive a sincere call from management apologizing for missing the proposal which was appreciated. I believe this was an accident and I would not hesitate soliciting them again for a quote. With that being said, it was still an unfortunate $35,000 plus missed opportunity due to quote management and responsiveness.

They lost the chance to bid on my building due to unprofessional salesman. When I asked him for a bid for a 40x80 building with windows he told me the week he spent putting windows in he could have another one built. He can get them up in a week and be getting paid on another one. I was planning to put the building up and making a house of it. I’m not sure if it was the fact I’m a women or that there were aspects I wasn’t sure about. Even if they would build it for 1$ the salesman ruined it. Find a better company with more professional staff

Overall pleased with material quality and most of customer service. In the end my ~$20k+ material kit could have used 500 more screws and I had to drive 50 miles one way to pick them up.

I ordered and received my material kit May of 2018 and am finishing up the last screws July of 2019. I built a 40x60x14 on my own while working a full time job so that's why it took me a while. Sales rep Jason was good to work with throughout ordering and receipt. I found a 2*12 to be split a couple months after receipt. He sent out a new one no questions. I asked for some matched paint to touch up some scratches I caused and he sent out no problem.

Dan at the help desk was always prompt in getting back on my "how to build" questions. Thanks Dan (and Yoder)!

Fast forward to recently i realized i'm going to end up short on screws and I call Jason. He no longer works at QSI I get transferred to Bob. He says "sorry, you got the number of screws you pay for and there is nothing I can do." I explain i ordered a kit to complete my building and I can't complete it because i don't have screws. "sorry" was the answer i got. I'm not as chapped about paying $40 and half a day to pick up screws as much as it that fact that Robert doesn't comprehend the importance of taking care of the little guy. I'm pretty proud of building this building and would be telling a lot of good stories including the QSI name but now i'll likely keep a recommendation out there to consider Menards, Yutzy, or Sutherlands as well.

We heard great reviews about QSI but our experience was very disappointing. We got our building permit on May 8th and we were promised that the indoor arena would be done for a kid's camp at the end of June. It's now mid-August and it's still not done. I gave two stars because the workers are skilled and work quickly; however, they have packed up and left for three weeks on two occasions. Communication has been terrible. It's very hard to get a response to our calls. The office and bathroom was supposed to be framed with 2 X 6's; however, they used 2 X 4's. Three weeks ago, they promised to furr the 2 X 4's so plumbing could be installed. They didn't do it and didn't anchor the frame to the concrete. My husband ended up doing it. We have also been waiting for three weeks for the concrete crew to show up. No word from QSI. We would not recommend them to anyone.
