No high pressure sales, options are given and you choose. Rick is very kind and explains everything from first to last. We were weather delayed and he stayed in constant contact. Crew were prompt, polite and professional. Clean-up was total. And Rick came BACK out as job was being completed to be VERY sure we were pleased. Nobody else will ever touch our roof!
Rick and his team were a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process. He provided us with quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I would use QR4L again and have recommended them to family and friends.
