Sergio and his Team did a wonderful job on my broken gate. I shopped around and his price was definitely competitive but his work (photos) is what sold me. I found someone cheaper but glad I didn’t go with them as their work didn’t compare to Quality Exteriors.

I don’t think we’ll ever go with anyone other than Sergio for exterior projects. He’s communicative, timely, transparent, and his team does beautiful work. Most recently they replaced our 30 year old damaged brick facade with a new stone facade. The quality of work is fantastic. Sergio is never satisfied until the job is done perfectly!

What an honest, knowledgeable, friendly, fair-priced company. They did a lot of siding repair work for me, diligently focused on all areas of concern (and possible future ones pointed out to me) and the workmanship is impeccable. They matched some outdated materials and squeezed me into their schedule as it was necessary for my insurance company to fix.
Do not bother going elsewhere. A company with INTEGRITY!!!

Quality Exteriors did an excellent job repairing my cement tile roof following damage by a solar installer. They coordinated their work with a crew from the solar company who removed solar panels to provide access for Quality Exteriors roofers. After the roof repairs were completed and the solar panels were reinstalled, Quality Exteriors returned and did a free follow-up check to be sure no additional damage was done. I found them to be easy to work with and willing to work around other contractors. I would gladly use them again.

Sergio and his crew are excellent to work with. They are professional and prompt. They did a great job repairing siding on our house, following up with painting the entire wall. Great workmanship, and took extra effort to make sure I was kept in the loop when we discovered that my siding was originally a special order item that's no longer produced. Worst experience ever. Landscaping took forever. Concrete cracked in 5 days. Grass had to be re- done by another company. Sprinkler systems broke costing me hundreds in water bills. City made me redo parts because it was not properly graded. 6k job turned into 15k. Do not use. I should have know by the terrible website quality that this company is a scam.

Sergio and his team at Quality Exteriors repaired some rotting siding on the second story of my home. He provided a quote quickly and promptly scheduled the work. His guys actually started earlier than promised (with permission!) and finished on time despite poor weather. The work looks great. I'll call Quality Exteriors the next time I need some work done on the house!

Sergio and team were very easy to work with. They came to give an estimate just a few days after first contact. And they were able to squeeze me in just a few more days later. We hired Quality Exteriors to replace our gutters and gate. Sergio was able to come give us a quote within 24 hours of requesting one and worked around our schedule for install. HOLY SMOKES! Sergio and his team did an AMAZING job on remodeling of the outside of our home. We had a ton of rotted wood around windows/and trim. Not only did he replace/and repair with incredible craftmanship, but he was a pleasure to deal with as well. We had a leak in the end of a 25-year-old gutter that was causing some rot in our siding (due to dripping on a lower roof and splashing on an exterior wall). Sergio was able to come by only a couple of hours after I contacted him, and two days later the work was done!

Technically, we were "upsold" from my original ask of a repair, but there were other issues in the original gutter design that had been adding to the rot issue for years. Sergio recommended replacing the problem gutter and adding a couple more that probably should have been there in the first place, and that has 100% taken care of the splashing issue that was rotting the siding.

Sergio is VERY responsive via text and kept me informed the whole time, which is a nice change from many contractors. The price was in line with my expectations. Overall, it was a great experience!

Sergio & his crew installed a 70 ft single gutter with two downspouts on the front of our mobile home. Sergio provided competitive pricing & an excellent warranty. The crew did an great job, very quick install & even put our flood light backup! Sergio was able to accommodate and get us in a day earlier than scheduled. Quality Exteriors delivered!
We asked Quality Exteriors (QE) to provide service on installing the siding to our outdoor shed (10x16). tWe are pleased with the overall process/service they provided and the quality of the final product. They installed a board and batten pattern using cement board. The finished product looks great.

Some additional items:
- Quality; the finished product was what we were seeking.
- Cost; we always get 3-4 quotes before doing any project and QE was cost competitive.
- Communication; Sergio reviewed our project and communicated through out. This was very important as we had a previously installed door that needed adjustment and the QE team was able to quickly make the adjustment and continue working.
- Timing; QE kept us informed on when different crews would arrive and the time to expect. They also worked hard to ensure our project would be completed on schedule.

Overall, QE treated our project like it was their own home, which is exactly what we’re were looking for.
